Lasership thinks its the post office and can leave your package in your mailbox i found my lastest package left in my mailbox, there either cant deliver at all or there just leave it in your mailbox. Amazon needs to stop using lasership.
I've order a number of things through Amazon and they have shipped by way of Lasership and found my packages either lost in transit or opened when arrived. I was told it was damaged during shipping. I pointed out to the deliveryman that the box was cut open not smashed as if someone wanted to see what was inside. I don't like that I can't get tracking info from Lasership site to see where a package is. Lasership's site only shows that it was shipped. I rather just pay extra to ship my items with UPS or USPS.

I have never received a package shipped via Lasership. Always lost or damaged. At least once, the replacement shipment for a damaged or lost item was ALSO shipped via lasership.
My driveway is 1/4 mile, and they leave packages at the main road, and I don't even get notification that they delivered. I have found large cardboard box shipments left out in the rain hours later, only to find ruined electronics inside. I have also found boxes forced into my mailbox because they were too large to fit.
When this started, I began threatening to cancel my Prime membership (Lasership 5 day damaged delivery counts as guaranteed 2 day, apparently, and occasionally next day, or local courier!)
I am "expecting" a package from them tomorrow... I wonder if I'll ever see it!
amen...agree that Lasership is the most incompetent and unprofessional shipping company I have ever encountered.

I received an email from Amazon that I was guaranteed delivery of my order by 8 p.m. today from Lasership. The status online showed a departure scan at Lasership's facility at 7:30 a.m. today. That facility is less than 1/2 hour from me, . When I hadn't received it by 5:50 p.m., I called Amazon. Their agent called Lasership and was told they had until 8 p.m. I called Amazon again at 8:15 p.m. because I did not have my item. Another agent called Lasership. He was told that they had been given an extension until 9:30 p.m. I waited until 9:50 p.m. and checked the status. Lasership indicated they attempted delivery at 9:42 p.m. That was an outright lie. I was sitting right here in the next room from the door and nobody knocked. I have reported all of this to Amazon and told them I never wanted anything shipped through Lasership again.

LaserShip, Amazon's New Shipping Partner, Might Be the Most Hated Company on the Internet
By
Dan Nosowitz
There are certain industries that inspire outsize amounts of rage when they screw up. Airlines are one. TV providers are another. But angry comment for angry comment, there may be no more rage-inducing business than package delivery. If you want to garner widespread customer fury, just deliver a package late or damaged and wait for the storm to roll in. LaserShip -- an Uber-like service that delivers packages for Amazon, Walmart, and Sephora, among others -- might just be the most hated company on the internet. Some comments, helpfully gathered by the criticism website laser[censored].com:
LaserShip -- and the ocean of dissatisfied customers it leaves in its wake -- is an inevitable result of stratospheric growth. Reliable shipping companies like FedEx, UPS, and the USPS aren't able to deliver all of the same-day, next-day, and two-day packages that Amazon's Prime customers are paying for, and the infrastructure just isn't there to do it as cheaply and efficiently as Amazon needs. That's led to parasitic companies popping up to take advantage of Amazon's need for cheap, fast package delivery. The poster child might just be LaserShip.
Amazon uses a variety of ways to get people their packages. Because its volume is so huge, an algorithm automatically chooses the best available option between the USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon's own Flex delivery service, and any of several companies Amazon calls DSPs, or delivery-service providers. Customers can't select which shipping service they'd prefer; there's too high a chance that one of those companies is maxed out on how many deliveries it's making, or that the cost for Amazon would be too high. A same-day delivery done by FedEx could cost Amazon $50, according to Kevin Porter, who has worked for LaserShip, FedEx, and UPS as a courier. So Amazon sources cheaper options. One of those is LaserShip.
Twitter and many message boards, including posts on Amazon's own forums, are full of complaints about LaserShip. Packages aren't delivered. Packages are delivered late -- this is more troubling given that Amazon often claims a strict delivery window of the same day, the next day, or in two days -- or are left outside. Packages are marked as delivered and not delivered. Packages are delivered to the wrong address. Packages are often just completely lost. (The message for that one is, "LaserShip is unable to confirm control of your package at this time.") Sometimes, an error will show up on the tracking page: "Parcel damaged and will be discarded." Customers who attempt to contact LaserShip report being totally unable to solve their problems; they are better off contacting Amazon or whichever company they originally purchased their item from.
AND
Tom Mara of LaserShip cultivates an innocent persona. It's as if he is playing a character in a play, with very thoughtful displays of his personality. He completely puts on the innocent or especially sweet act, which is easy to believe. You shouldn't take your first impression of him or any of them at face value. If you don't know a person well, they can mislead you into thinking they are innocent or sweet. The only real way to know a sociopath's true personality is by getting to know them well. But if you listen to your intuition, you may get the feeling that their persona is just too simple to be real. Non-sociopaths are genuine people and not a perfect picture of a simplified personality.
WARNING: PLEASE BEWARE OF Predatory, philandering, sick men there, including but not limited to, effeminate Tom Mara who feign victim when they're exposed, outed or confronted.
I would just like to warn anyone looking for a position with this Company. Most of the people there are unskilled labor just trying to make ends meet. It's very diverse, which is a good thing, but then you realize, people are stuck there, with little to no education. LaserShip counts on this ignorance or lack of the ability to see that anyone has the ability to go somewhere where they can prosper and thrive.
I would say this isn't a company for anyone with any integrity. It's especially not fit for females. Predators to the Nth degree. All in management, sales especially.
Remember Uber, in the news recently? You NOW have an idea of what LaserShip is like. A bunch of dim-witted, philandering, Neanderthals who haven't realized that growing up and not cheating on your wives is not that bad. Beware of all of them, who pretend that they're family men and the ones who, especially project that they're so virtuous -- that projection is the red flag. They really wear who they are on the sleeves, so just watch and listen, but only if you have to work there; otherwise please stay away.

I posted a complaint last week about Lasership. I had a lot of problems with them and cancelled shipment of 2 orders I had placed with Amazon because of Lasership. I then emailed Lasership about what happened and I received emails from 2 different people at that company promising to look into it. Eventually, I received emails and phone calls from the Region Manager of that company who saw to it that I got the product I had wanted and personally delivered it to me. He further told me to contact him directly if I had any future problems.

I "received" a package this morning from this company. They threw it on my porch from the truck and kept going! I heard the bang and tried to catch them when they turned around on the street, but they ignored me. The package contain items in glass bottles but they didn't break, thankfully. I won't order from Amazon again if this is the only shipping option. Not the first time they just drop and package and go.

We ordered a tablet from amazon on Dec.22 for a Christmas gift for our son. They said it was delivered on Dec. 27 at 1:30pm. Of course it was not. I checked with Lasership and they said it was signed for by Over fence. Who the hell is Over fence. I believe that whoever was to deliver this package stole it. Lasership is a bunch of thieves, scam artists, and worthless people. Amazon has lost our business. I will never order anything from them or anyone Amazon works with. Lasorship may have been the problem, but I Amazon is at fault as well.

We are getting the same run around from lasership as the above complaints. I called the CEO and no response from him.package was out for delivery yesterday but did not come.called today and was told that it was to late to deliver it yesterday and that we would get it by tomorrow.i said why was it not put on the truck and delivered first today? She didn't have a answer.now the map shows that the package is in Kansas and we live in Baltimore. How did the package go from delivery in Baltimore to Kansas ?

Lasership seems to be another fly-by-night company. I first had trouble with a package from Swansons Health Products, which was claimed to have been delivered to my front door. After complaining to both companies that there was no such delivery, the package was mysteriously left at my front door late the following night. Then last night, 03/19/2014, someone rang my door bell eight times in quick succession, and left a package at my door at 8.58 pm. On both occasions the package was place right up against the storm door making it impossible for me to open the door. I don't know where they are hiring their drivers from and what kind of training, if any, they are giving them, but Lasership would appear to be the worst delivery service in the US.

Lasership is by far the worst delivery company. I would prefer it be delivered by the newspaper kid on his bike with a broken arm. They deliver way pass normal hours or no delivery at all and will say it was delivered when it wasn't on the tracking page. I have many times headed to work and I work the graveshift to find my package leaning against my door. They do not knock or deliver on time just when they feel they have to before heading home. Lasership is a disgrace to couriers everywhere and need to be shutdown.

I would have to agree with all the comments being made. Amazon, for whatever reason has decided to use Lasership, which as I've now experienced, is the worst decision Amazon could have made. The expected delivery was today, 5/29/14, by 8pm. The package, as I'm told, is sitting in the Orlando distribution center and will not be delivered and no reason is being given. The fact that this delivery is not going to happen is forcing me to postpone an installation. When I choose to use Amazon again, I will make sure they are not using Lasership and if they are, I will cancel the order and find it someplace else.

It's obvious that Amazon needs to end their relationship with LaserShip. LaserShip is not a reputable company at all. The tracking said it was delivered. I called and after OVER AN HOUR on the phone going back and forth between me, the rep and the driver, they finally delivered it to the right place. It's such a small town and easy place to find but I had to describe the building at least 20 times while the rep had me on hold to talk to the drive. Finally they got the driver to the right address and while the guy from LaserShip was handing me the package, he was on his phone telling someone "I left it there, that's where I left it!" when in fact, it was not left anywhere near my place. In fact, he took it out of his car as he was telling this to someone over the phone. The delivery guy was pretty intimidating and rude too, standing in front of me and blocking me as I was trying to walk down the road to my place (the place where he should have dropped it off). LaserShip is really bad. I love Amazon and their CEO Jeff Bezos is a genius, but they should stick to only reputable shipping companies. LaserShip is not a company that Amazon should be associated with.

I've had another terrible experience to add - I payed for 2 day shipping for my package to arrive at 8pm last night and it's been "in transit" since 6pm yesterday, which is ironic, because the Chantilly VA office at least isn't open on weekends! Then, after waiting 20 minutes on hold (actually a little over), I was contacted by a customer service representative who was able to access the same thing I could see online and call the same office I had called before - the only difference was, she got the days/times wrong of when they were open! I agree with the above poster - this is a terrible company and Amazon.com def should stop doing business with them! In the meantime, I highly recommend going to their facebook page and commenting and tagging Amazon in the post so that they can see how many people are upset! https://www.facebook.com/lasership (Also a customer service "person" will message you back but I doubt anything will be accomplished...)

I ordered two packages from Amazon, one on Monday and the other on Tuesday, using Prime. Delivery expected Wednesday and Thursday. Got text messages at 10pm on Wednesday saying the first package was delayed by the shipper, got two text messages on Thursday at 10pm one for each package saying they are delayed by the shipper. Checked this morning and neither is out for delivery although they have been at the local Lasership depot since 2:30am on Wednesday and 5:30am on Thursday respectively. Just checked the Lasership tracking page and they are both still at the depot so that means no delivery today either. I am phoning Amazon later to cancel the orders and my prime membership as it is pointless having it if 2 day shipping takes a week anyway. I would rather go with USPS and know I had to wait a week.

I am an Amazon Prime member and paid for same day delivery. Lasership lied about delivering the package, which never arrived - I guess that way they get paid and Amazon doesn't know until someone manages to navigate their site and get to a person. The Amazon site unhelpfully suggest that recipients look around for the package and look for an attempted delivery notice. Wow. I can't trust Amazon to deliver packages - seems like a core part of their business, so why are they still using the Laser[censored] bozos?

been a customer with amazon for so many years, I've forgotten how long and a prime member for as many years also, have never had a problem with delivery via ups or usps - however, the first delivery with lasership was on oct 27, 2015, it was on time even early, the fellow came up to my apartment with a very large book that I ordered and I signed for it - i was very happy for great service so then when I went to order something else, and saw that lasership was the carrier - I was pleased to see that since I had a good experience - but that all ended with the current order - it has been nothing but aggravation ever since - I've spoken to their customer reps - they are very nice but they can only give me info based on what they are told - so the experience with them is limit - I ordered an expensive toy from Amazon on Saturday, 11/21 - received notification from amazon item shipped out for same day delivery - that's when the nightmare started with this carrier - was to be delivered by 9PM - wasn't too concerned, since like i said had good experience first time - however when it was after 9 pm and no delivery - I called amazon and their was no up to date delivery info from carrier - just out for delivery - so I put in my complaint in with amazon and went to bed and amazon put in a replacement order for the same item for delivery sunday, 11/22 - the next morning I was up around 5 am or so - and checked the status of my order - and the follow up said - attempted delivery, that was not posted the night before, so who knows when they put that on status - an out right lie - I am home - no reason not to be since I was expecting a same day delivery - even when it is two day delivery I am here to accept package - why agree with certain delivery terms and not be here that would be stupid - anyway - I spoke to a customer service rep at - lasership - - she said she was sorry - I lot that did - in any event, the replacement did not come either nor the original order - that makes two orders - I track my orders when I know they are coming a certain day - and for this replacement I sat at my window, I can the entrance from my apartment, and tracked it on my kindle, and up to 9pm and beyond - no one came - again no delivery - spoke to a another cust service at lasership on Monday morning and she said it was delivered on sunday night between two doors in the west, the outside and the interior where you have to ring bell to get into the main part of the building - before I go any further - I live in a complex with 3 entrances, left wing, south wing and east wing and the delivery info is on the label including apt number and wing that I live in - I've lived here over 40 years and have had no problems getting delivery from any other carriers - the first lasership driver didn't have a problem finding my apartment for the first delivery from them - so what is going on - so another call to amazon on Tuesday, 11/24 - for another replacement - oh by the way, when the lasership rep told me that the delivery was made on Monday at the west wing, well if that was the case, why didn't driver ring the bill - that would have been the right thing to do, like the first delivery back on oct 27, - she had no answer to that question and you know why - the drive didn't come to my wing for delivery because after I put in another replacement order with amazon - this morning around 10 am or so I get a ring at my door upstairs here and when I opened the door, standing there was one of the buildings porters, holding two packages, he said these are for you and where were they found - outside the door of the south wing entrance - so apparently the original package was never delivered cause the two that were found were together, meaning both of these packages were delivered at the same time and not when lasership said, so much for the delivery to the west wing another lie - a sign that the original delivery was never there - ever - anyway I called amazon to stop the other replacement order put in on Tuesday morning - she sent me an email saying she had put in a stop, but unfortunately I guess it was too late - and then I started getting notices from amazon that order was out for delivery - and the final noticed came after nine tonight that it was delivered and I was on with a rep at amazon at the same time and he saw the change on my status also - did you get the delivery, well neither did I - I'm being sarcastic - I get the same thing everyone else who has a complaint with this carrier - attempted delivery or delivery made - never received a written notice on any other of this - let me tell you something - if the powers that be at amazon think they are saving money on prime members services, they are mistaken - we pay for the membership and should be getting the services, like we always have been - and amazon is paying this carrier and they not getting the service either - don't know the person at amazon who thought of this change - but it was not too smart - if this problem Is not fixed the next place I write to is the better business bureau and then to Mr Jeffery Bezos- wonder if he knows what is going on and if not he should be

Lazer ship not only threw 2 boxes at our door, with breakable items inside. But the doors we got just installed, dented and skinned the paint off the door. They said get an estimate for the paint. I think that just is the point, they are damaging our property because of laziness. I'm never going to use that company anymore. It just might be worth paying a little extra and have ups or fedex deliver the packages. At least they don't damage the property, if they do they take care of the problem. And the driver that thru the boxes would of been fired.

Lasership dropped somebody else's package at my door. It is perishable stuff and the address is far from my home address. The carrier never rang door bell to let you know that he dropped something. I tried to contact the CS to ask them to pick up and send to right person. After more than 20 min waiting, a female CSR asked me the tracking number, I told her it was not my package. I read it to her from the box. she said that was wrong, I said it is like that. the CSR dropped my phone call right away. No wonder the CS is so busy because they may get a lot of complaints for wrong shipment or missing packages with such a poor service.

The Amazon order was delivered by Lasership. The delivery man walked up to the house. He did not knock, he just tried my front door to see if it was unlocked. My wife was extremely freaked out. My dogs went berserk. I could not believe it. I saw him approach the house, walked to the door expecting as knock, instead he tried to open the door.
I don't think Lasership screens their drivers' backgrounds. Seems like anyone can work for them. We will be reporting this to the police and to Amazon.
I can not believe Amazon is using a company like this.
Makes you think what would have happened if the door was not locked and there was no dogs at my house. Or was he scouting to find easy prey for some of his friends in the burglary business?

Just got hung up on by one of your reps. Your drivers can never can seem to find our building, the most iconic in the city of Philadelphia, nor do they have the common sense to make a delivery during business hours. My order made it to the laser ship facility in Memphis, TN then suddenly could not be found. This happens to often with lasership. Retailers need to stop using them. I would pay more out of pocket to have my items shipped with ups or fedex. If you review last experiences from people there is no recourse with lasership.

I completely agree. I have had numerous issues with Lasership: delivery at wrong address and even a driver stealing the package after taking a delivery picture on his phone. Lasership says it will investigate but the only thing they do is look in their system and see the driver's entry that the package is delivered. That's the end of the investigation. Amazon should stop using Lasership.

Delivery is uncertain. They seem to leave your package at customs for an un-determined length of time meaning there doesn't seem to be a rush to pick up from customs

I was told that my package was delivered and is at my front door. It was never delivered. You actually have this same scenario as a customer service reason and then when you select that you are told to contact the vendor. Why would I contact the vendor when you marked it as delivered. Please respond - I just want my package.

I received an email that that the merchandise that I ordered was delivered on August 19th. I live in an apartment complex. I went to where the mail is delivered. I noticed several packages on the ground. None of them were mine. It seems that the delivery person did not feel the need to actually deliver anything.

Lasership delivered my Amazon order to another address not mine..had to have a replacement order shipped..was not aware until I tracked the order only to find it had been delivered to the other address two days earlier

Lasership delivers when they feel like it, scan item and telll amazon its shipped. liars! May they burn forever in hell! drop and broke very expensensive item i brought by several amazon llc and plundered my items on my cement? not feel like delivery in rain so stuffed box and crushed it into mailbox? w t f?
We are getting the same run around from lasership as the above complaints. I called the CEO and no response from him.package was out for delivery yesterday but did not come.called today and was told that it was to late to deliver it yesterday and that we would get it by tomorrow.i said why was it not put on the truck and delivered first today? She didn't have a answer.now the map shows that the package is in Kansas and we live in Baltimore. How did the package go from delivery in Baltimore to Kansas ?
I placed an order with Amazon.com on the 20th of February and their warehouse waited until the 25th to start shipment. Shipping Progress followed as:US 02/25/2014 5:00 am Shipment information received by LaserShipHALETHORPE, MD US 02/27/2014 4:38 am Arrived at LaserShip Facility From
there on was no updating what so ever. That was until March 3rd 2014
1:40 pm it updates claiming it 02/27/2014 2:00 pm Delivered FRONT DOOR. I
checked consistently nothing was ever found EVER. Tomorrow makes a
solid one week the package was never delivered.
I ordered a bunch of stuff and the two items sent by Lasership are missing... Great job Amazon.
I agree that Lasership is the WORST! I had one package that I never received and another that is late and I am still waiting for it. AMAZON please remove them from your shipping methods.

I can't agree more that Amazon should stop using lasership
Another lasership lie. I too am a Prime Member and ordered an x-box game same day shipping. I copied and pasted the following tracking info and for the record I never received the item.
INDIAN TRAIL, NC 28079 US
08/26/2017 6:00 pm Order has been delivered Left At: Front Door
08/26/2017 5:59 pm Out for Delivery to recipient
08/26/2017 5:58 pm Loaded onto vehicle
The Order was loaded onto vehicle @ 5:58 PM and 2 minutes later @ 6:00 PM Left At: Front Door? Ummmmm No!
Just got hung up on by one of your reps. Your drivers can never can seem to find our building, the most iconic in the city of Philadelphia, nor do they have the common sense to make a delivery during business hours. I'm sending this message to Jeff Bezos so he'll know how unhappy his Amazon customers are with the rotten service you are providing.
My notification for my product was stamped, 'delivered' however that was NOT the case. Tracking ID:-LX42505519.
My order made it to the laser ship facility in Memphis, TN then suddenly could not be found. This happens to often with lasership. Retailers need to stop using them. I would pay more out of pocket to have my items shipped with ups or fedex. If you review last experiences from people there is no recourse with lasership.
Today i was expecting a package from free people which i planned to wear tonight. I'm very upset because i have been trying to get help for 3 hours. What do i have to do to talk to a human?
I completely agree. I have had numerous issues with Lasership: delivery at wrong address and even a driver stealing the package after taking a delivery picture on his phone. Lasership says it will investigate but the only thing they do is look in their system and see the driver's entry that the package is delivered. That's the end of the investigation. Amazon should stop using Lasership.
I worked here back in may and i still have not been paid. Where is my money?
Delivery is taking a chance of a timely delivery.
Delivery is uncertain. They seem to leave your package at customs for an un-determined length of time meaning there doesn't seem to be a rush to pick up from customs
My package has been left with customs for 3 days now without a time for pick up. This is intolerable..
I was told that my package was delivered and is at my front door. It was never delivered. You actually have this same scenario as a customer service reason and then when you select that you are told to contact the vendor. Why would I contact the vendor when you marked it as delivered. Please respond - I just want my package.
Hello , I never received my order and I actually have a ring camera and no one came to my home the day that showed that my package was delivered I have a feeling that my package was stolen or taken to the wrong address my mistake . I just want it to share my experience for someone to address this .
I received an email that that the merchandise that I ordered was delivered on August 19th. I live in an apartment complex. I went to where the mail is delivered. I noticed several packages on the ground. None of them were mine. It seems that the delivery person did not feel the need to actually deliver anything.
I've been waiting on my package since 11 AM this morning it was marked out for delivery @12 PM this afternoon now it's 6 PM and I won't be home later. I do not wish for my pack to come at midnight kuz I will be sleeping.
I placed and order and it was shipped. Tracking # 1LSCXLFU400292306. I was told it would be delivered 8/21. I didn’t receive it. 8/22 and adult have yet to receive my product
