I have been waiting on a delivery for 7 days. Today I find out that my package was returned. I left a note for the driver Charles twice. Your driver was too lazy to perform the job. I live in a gated community. The front gate is locked. The driver needed to go to the delivery entrance. This is the entrance UPS and FEDEX and all other deliveries are made. Then just walk around to my building. The driver is too lazy to walk around. I have received packages from Laser track a couple of weeks ago. One driver threw the package on the porch instead of ringing the buzzer so I can let him in the building. I am disabled and I cannot walk up and down the steps. The other driver did exactly what was supposed to be done. What am I supposed to do now? If the drivers don't want to do their job, they shouldn't have it.
