This has got to be the WORST shipping company ever! They said my business was closed and unable to deliver, when I was sitting at my office waiting for my bosses Christmas gift to arrive. I don't know what business they went to, but it wasn't mine. Can't get anyone on the phone, internet contact says they will contact you in 1-2 business days. How are you even in business?
Recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS company, cheap for a reason.
Great delivery service
Although I gave them 5 stars I do have 2 issues with them. 1) it’s been difficult trying to get delivery instructions to them. (so far they have been spot on until my last delivery from Walmart. I try to make deliveries as easy as possible, but sometimes I can’t seem to get the delivery instructions either to the courier and or the delivery driver. Which leads me to the next issue 2) I don’t like chatting with machines on the internet nor the phone, especially when they give canned questions and answers (for me to use). They won’t let you answer in your own words without a message popping up that says that they don’t understand and so on. All they have to do is contact me via a human and everything would be cleared up. Other than that they provide a great service.
Recommendation: Yes I would recommend them. Just make sure you give them details on the delivery.
Delivery drivers can't read!
This is the 3rd delivery from this company. I wrote an e-mail after the first, they said it would not happen again, it has 2 more times! My delivery instructions are to deliver packages to my front door. Their drivers continue to deliver to my garage door, I have run over 1 package and hit 2 others! When I get in my car I don't look outside, I get in my car and back out of my garage, I don't expect any boxes to be there. Also, why do you have a phone # to contact you if there is no option to speak to customer service? Are you expecting complaints? I would NEVER use this company. Now Fed Ex has a competitor for worst delivery service!
Recommendation: NEVER use this service! They are horrible! And their drivers don't know the difference between a front door and a garage door, how sad!

I have been waiting on a delivery for 7 days. Today I find out that my package was returned. I left a note for the driver Charles twice. Your driver was too lazy to perform the job. I live in a gated community. The front gate is locked. The driver needed to go to the delivery entrance. This is the entrance UPS and FEDEX and all other deliveries are made. Then just walk around to my building. The driver is too lazy to walk around. I have received packages from Laser track a couple of weeks ago. One driver threw the package on the porch instead of ringing the buzzer so I can let him in the building. I am disabled and I cannot walk up and down the steps. The other driver did exactly what was supposed to be done. What am I supposed to do now? If the drivers don't want to do their job, they shouldn't have it. Good afternoon, I am a Security Director at a residential property located at 575 Exterior Street Bronx, NY. I attempting to locate a delivery driver that is employed by your company. He drives a white van, License plate 68020NA. The reason we know he works for your company is because we had the police department run the plate. The driver comes into the building on a daily basis to harass the security at the desk. He states we do not open the door during deliveries. The building houses domestic violence victims and we have to be very careful who we let in. He does not have a uniform or ID and the van is a plain white van with no markings making it difficult to identify him as a delivery person. When he does come in, he is irate and extremely aggressive. He refuses to sign in which is a building rule for all people. He curses and berates security the entire time he is in the lobby. We do not know if this person is mentally ill and/or capable of violence. We are also contacting the property attorneys for guidance and creating a police report. The delivery driver indicated that these packages could not be delivered because the business was closed. The delivery was to an apartment building and not to a business. Lasership/ontrac stole my packages twice now!
This company should be shut down. There are hundreds maybe thousands of theft complaints online regarding this company. Their drivers scan items as delivered even if they don’t go to the location. I told them my item was marked as “delivered at front door” just when my daughter was in front of the 2 apt building walking our dog and no one ever came to our front door. They simply said they’ll conduct an investigation and get back to me, hours later they tell me they checked all the trucks and my item is now considered lost. I told them if the item was in the truck and marked as delivered but was not then the driver is the last one holding my package so why the hell are you searching all trucks? This was last month and now they did the same exact thing with the same response. Both were orders from Victoria’s Secret. The packages are arriving to the Lasership location on Queens Blvd and never making it to their destination because they are stealing them! I am so angry because they have caused me to lose some great deals on items that are now sold out which were my daughters’ Christmas gifts. There’s a change.org petition with over 8000 signatures from victims of these crooks. They need to be shut down!

Parcel never received (delivered to wrong address).
An order I placed with Bath & Body Works was, for a Xmas gift, was never received. I went on line and saw the OnTrac info. stated it was delivered on 12/11/23 at 803pm and left with a person. an it looks like there is an electronic signature. Not sure if that is the person that received it or it's the driver acknowledging delivery was made but that is NOT my signature. My order was for $94.59. The charge posted to my bank but I don't have the items I ordered. This is very disheartening to think that my order was delivered to a wrong address and someone willingly signed for it, accepted delivery and wasn't honest enough to say it was not theirs and the wrong address. A package with the tracking number above was delivered to our building located at 3850 Boston Street, Baltimore, MD 21224 in error. Had the delivery carrier used the Luxor package room appropriately and scanned the parcel, he would have discovered that no one lives here by that name and maybe took another look at the label to discover he was at the wrong address. Because he sat a group of parcels in the room and probably only scanned one box to unlock the door, this was missed. Please have someone return to pick up the parcel. Thank you! Bath and body works order
Initially received email that expected delivery date was Sunday, December 3, 2023. On December 3, received email that delivery delayed due to inclement weather (it was raining). Received email on Tuesday, December 5 that package was delivered at 9:37 p.m. at front door. No package was delivered. Checked with all neighbors to see if they got my package in error; nope. Called BBW this morning to complain. They said my package shows “out for delivery”. Why would Lazership say it was delivered at 9:37 on December 5 if it’s “out for delivery” on December 6? No delivery of my package to date.

My american eagle order!!
I went through similar situation as everyone else. I have a 600 dollar order I placed with American eagle. It kept saying it was on its way past the final delivery date of November 13 th. I placed my order in November 4 th2023. The day came and went. It kept saying it was on its way. I contacted Lasership twice about my order. They then responded on November 18 th after my second request for information on my package, and than the ne xt day it said it was delivered and my package was not there. Which I thought it was suspicious as soon as I asked where it was the next day they responded and said your package was delivered the issue is resolved, and I had no package. I contacted them again which I could not call you can not get a person it tells you to sum it an online form. I have never had a package say delivered and it was not delivered or I could not find it. I have never had a missing is package ever or had a delivery be two weeks late. I contacted American eagle And they said they would investigate and refund me worst case. I looked at my neighbors houses there was no packages and I have never had an issue with a missing package. I had already had a bad feeling while it was almost two weeks late. But than I went online and saw all of the reviews of people saying they had missing packages when it said delivered. The company is shady and they are obviously scamming people and how are they getting away with this. I am getting a lawyer they are running a scam and stealing people packages I told American Eagle what the reviews say and that they need to stop using Lasership or they are going to basically loose out on millions of dollars refunding people fir stolen packages. Lasership
Never get packages when company uses Lasership. UPS Fed Ex USPS and Amazon Drivers I never have a problem with. It’s only when it’s Lasership. Please make them accountable or please assign me another way of having my packages delivered. 210 complaints 0 resolved. They say that they delivered when they didn’t They leave on 1st floor in front of building door where I have not received it. They leave at front of building stair case where elder neighbor getting mail sent it to me. They leave at mailbox and say signed by mail box. They leave at apt on 1st floor take a pic without apt # and say they left it with me. I never got it. Now they say delivery attempt could not deliver but I’m home waiting and see they never came. A waisted day of time and money. I have gotten packages from companies on the same day and within hours I’ll get a text saying they could not deliver but I just got a delivery from another company not to long ago.

Lost package
This has to be the worse delivery service. For 5 days I got the run around about the status of my package, every day they told me to wait additional business days. Finally I was told it would actually be delivered by end of day then a few hours later I get a status update saying my package is lost. How ridiculous! I refuse to ever use lasership again and I will tell every and anyone about this experience.

Lasership Package Deliverer
There has been too many times when my packages are not being delivered by Lasership. I order from Amazon a package that is to be delivered today, but has not. 99% of my orders from other companies has been satisfactory.

Exactly, only when it’s Lasership because they are thieves, the company allows this constant criminal behavior from their employees and does not hold them accountable and at least pretend to care about our concerns. Didn't follow delivery instructions.
I have been back and forth for days with customer service in regard to not delivering my package when I am not home because my packages keep getting stolen. I stayed home all day yesterday, but they decided to come today and leave my package and it was stolen immediately. I told them someone should be home by 5pm and that to avoid where we are today.
