Lasership does not deliver
Lasership was supposed to deliver my 2-day delivery package from Walmart.com. The order was placed on Tuesday, Sept 5, 2017 before 12pm-with a delivery date from Lasership of Thursday Sept 7th. The delivery date then changed to Friday (no explanation)-on Friday, Sept 8th, Lasership entered a false claim of an "exception" that they couldn't deliver to my address. Mind you, FedEx and USPS were able to successfully deliver packages-I was home on Friday, there was no delivery attempt. The "exception" is that Lasership cannot deliver their packages. I called Walmart Friday evening to discuss the issue-Lasership stated via email tracking update that they'd deliver on Saturday, Sept 9th. It is Saturday and now Lasership is stating it will deliver on Monday, Sept 11th. A 2-day delivery has now turned into a 5-day delivery! Walmart guarantees 2-day delivery-this is why we shop on that site, we need our items in a timely fashion. This is the second time I've had this issue and have contacted Walmart to discontinue shipping via Lasership since they CANNOT deliver the promised 2-day delivery Walmart guarantees. Lasership has a lot of complaints and nothing seems to be changing. I've told Walmart if they continue to use Lasership, I will cancel my orders and have since informed other Walmart customers of Laserships failures (many have the same experiences). Walmart has sent the complaints to their supervisors regarding the need to suspend their relationship with Lasership. Only use FedEx or UPS. The leadership facility that delivers to me is located in Ridgewood, NY; I'm in Brooklyn-nothing was preventing that timely delivery except the incompetence of Lasership!
General manager
One of your general managers Troy Hanford sent me bigoted facebook messages and I do not know him. I respectfully ask that you display zero tolerance for bigotry and remove him from his position. We are prepared to pursue this to the fullest extent that the law will allow if he is allowed to remain employed. If you need evidence of the Bigoted messages I can provide them. Will check back on Sept 1st.

Hello, I have had it with Lasership service, if you can call it a service, I have had two very bad experiences with them in the past two months, the first experience was last month, instead of ringing wall panel for apartment's, which clearly says it on the package, the driver just took it back, and in the process my package was damaged, and I had to reorder Item's all over again. The second experience was 8/07/2017, I track all my packages on line and when I noticed my package was delivered I check and found it was not there, come to find out the driver had scan my package even though it was not delivered, I was running all over the building thinking someone had stolen my package, It has been a nightmare with them, and I don't won't to deal with them anymore.

Delivery
Horrible lazy lieing workers. They claim they attempted to deliver my package two days in a row i was suppose to go out of town canceled it because package was being redeliver after truck had broken down but claimed they attempted a delivery. Custoer service contacted the driver and said the truck acctually broke down and it will be deliver by 10 am before i left town next day. Waited never showed cancelled my trip said it would be delivered by 9pm checked status by 8:30 attempted delivery bull [censor] i was out side with my neighbor at 8:25-8:35 no one attempted to come... This is a sa excuse for a company.
Delivery negligence
According to their website, the delivery was made on Saturday 15th at 12:00, all my family members were home at that time and I never received a call nor did anyone ring the doorbell to inform me of a package delivery. When I contacted them about the issue, they did not confirm the delivery, instead they told me not to worry and to wait two business days for a delivery. I never received my package. I have contacted LaserShip earlier regarding the matter and was informed that there will be an investigation and a reply in 2-4 days, but never heard anything from them after that.
Today is the 27th of April, and neither Zara (the company from which I ordered), nor LaserShip have resolved the issue.
My package has items worth over 360 us dollars. This isn’t a price easy to dismiss or overlook. They never replied after stating that you will conduct an investigation, and they never delivered my package.
I will be sure to check the surveillance cameras outside of my building to see if your delivery was ever made, and if made, whether it was made in the appropriate matter.
Lasership delivery service
I have ordered some items from Walmart and they sent my package using LaserShip delivery service. I was surprised that they did not use FedEx or something like that.
I never heard anything about LaserShip so I went online to see what people said and to be honest I wasn't happy when I saw tons of negative feedback.
Several weeks passed and nothing arrived, I tried to reach LaserShip but the ignored me. They also ignored Walmart.
Walmart then shipped a replacement with another delivery service and items arrived. But package which was sent with LaserShip was lost.
Poor shipping service
What a terrible service this Lasership is! No matter what you do - just don't use this shipping company, they are highly unprofessional and unreliable. I used them only once and had the worst experience ever, my order was lost and these people were absolutely useless. In the end I did received my order, but it took them over a month just to find it. When I asked them what really happened they just said that was an accident and promised that won't happen again. I will never use their service again!
Delivery negligence
They delivered an expensive package to my apt complex with a sign saying "packages go to office apt 110" and say they left it at front door where at least a hundred people go in and out every day and no one wants to claim responsibility for me never receiving my items I paid for in good faith that would be delivered to me. They should not allow ### drivers like that to even have a job or not have a delivery service at all
Amazon delivery
Lasership is the worst delivery service ever.
Two packages delivered by Lasership have been left on the sidewalk instead of opening my gate and leaving it on my porch in front of my front door. I was lucky enough to see them as I was walking to my car parked on the street. I complained to Amazon who said they would advise the carrier.
Last package shows delivered but I never received it. Pretty sure they left it on the very public busy sidewalk again on the floor near my mailbox and it was stolen by a passerby.
Amazon seriously needs to find a new delivery service as they will continue to lose money for all the lost/stolen packages.
Delivery from amazon
LaserShip stated that they tried to deliver my package from Amazon at 8:36 p.m. on September 16th 2016. That is an untrue statement. I was here the whole evening. My puppy would have barked like crazy if anyone had come up the driveway. I think that a company that makes false statements that it delivers on-time or tries to deliver should not be working with Amazon. I have had no problem with all of my other merchandise from Amazon over the years. This company is unable to produce great customer service that is usually associated with Amazon. I will be returning my package when it does finally arrive due to poor customer service from LaserShip.
Worst delivery service!!
I ordered some stuff and the company I have ordered from uses LaserShip service. My order was not delivered and I have no idea what happened to it! When I contacted LaserShip regarding my order they claimed that they delivered my package a long time ago! The shop I ordered from said that they did not get any notifications from LaserShip and they are frustrated as well. Always ask what delivery service does the shop use and if you hear LaserShip then run away as fast as you can!

The company www.lasership.com is real scam. I used their services, but I waited one week and didn’t get the order. I contacted the rep, who told me that they had some technical problems. He promised to inform me when my order would be in the process of the delivery. I waited and heard nothing from these scammers. I wonder if you have the same problems, what you have done in order to solve it.
The company provided fake tracking number
I bought some stuff and the seller promised to send it through the company www.lasership.com. I got the tracking number, but it was fake. The seller didn’t know what to do, ‘coz the company didn’t respond. We called to the company and asked to help us, but they ignored our complaints and requests. Please, post comments and your ideas, maybe someone can help me.
Driver
At an accident scene the following transpired: A Contract Driver for this company decided to interject himself during the exchange of insurance information between parties involved. When he was asked what his business was he became angry and exited the Laser Ship van and surprised me by thrusting both his hands into my chest. This company is obviously doing a poor job in screening their hires. Or they are hiring known criminals straight from the prison system like many of the other desperate for cheap labor companies are doing now.
Horrible delivery
Lasership delivery person jammed a package in my curbside mailbox so tightly that I needed sharp knives to dismember the package to dislodge it from the mailbox. I presume this was done to save the 30 seconds necessary to leave the package at my front door, as is normally done. The Vitamin Shoppe needs to stop using this delivery service!

Most of the time I have had a delivery from a Lasership It has had complications. This week I had ordered two packages from Amazon at the beginning of the month from two different vendors. I ordered vitamins on-line, which I have been ordering for the past two years. I never received the package. I called the on-line store, who sent another package using LaserShip. LaserShip said both packages were placed on my front door step. I was home for the second delivery, so I know it never arrived. LaserShip uses GPS; the GPS does not come to my house but sends people a street over, so someone received my two packages. LaserShip stated that my packages were delivered and there was nothing else to do. The vitamin company resent a third package via UPS and I received it in 2 days... NO PROBLEM! I do not recommend LaserShip to anyone!
Amazon loves lazy delivery people
Lasership, the latest shipping scam used by Amazon, doesn't bother to deliver to the address on the package. They just drop the package to the first place they pull into then say it was delivered. I have complained about them before to no avail. They are a cheap delivery service that has no place in the industry and are used only because they are cheap, not because they are good. I have prime and two day shipping with Amazon. I also live in a townhouse in large multi building complex. Lasership just stops by the management office and leaves my packages there instead of bringing it to my townhouse. then they don't bother to let me know about it. I am sick and tired of trying to find my packages when they aren't delivered and no attempt made to deliver to the address on the package.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Tom Mara cultivates an innocent persona. It's as if he is playing a character in a play, with very thoughtful displays of his personality. He completely puts on the innocent or especially sweet act, which is easy to believe. You shouldn't take your first impression of him or any of them at face value. If you don't know a person well, they can mislead you into thinking they are innocent or sweet. The only real way to know a sociopath's true personality is by getting to know them well. But if you listen to your intuition, you may get the feeling that their persona is just too simple to be real. Non-sociopaths are genuine people and not a perfect picture of a simplified personality.
WARNING: PLEASE BEWARE OF Predatory, philandering, sick men there, including but not limited to, effeminate Tom Mara who feign victim when they’re exposed, outed or confronted.
I would just like to warn anyone looking for a position with this Company. Most of the people there are unskilled labor just trying to make ends meet. It's very diverse, which is a good thing, but then you realize, people are stuck there, with little to no education. LaserShip counts on this ignorance or lack of the ability to see that anyone has the ability to go somewhere where they can prosper and thrive.
I would say this isn't a company for anyone with any integrity. It's especially not fit for females. Predators to the Nth degree. All in management, sales especially.
Remember Uber, in the news recently? You NOW have an idea of what LaserShip is like. A bunch of dim-witted, philandering, Neanderthals who haven't realized that growing up and not cheating on your wives is not that bad. Beware of all of them, who pretend that they're family men and the ones who, especially project that they're so virtuous -- that projection is the red flag. They really wear who they are on the sleeves, so just watch and listen, but only if you have to work there; otherwise please stay away.
Delivery
I ordered products from drugstore.com. They used Lasership twice. Neither time did the shipment arrive at the designated address. Drugstore.com was really good about replacing the first shipment. They need to stop using Laseship because their drivers are incapable of making a correct delivery. I will not order from Drugstore.com until they drop Lasership and will not order from any company using them as I am not getting what I purchased if Laseship can't get the package to the right address. They have the phone number and could have called to check like FedEx does.

Order via Woot and paid via Amazon prime so far so good received e-mail package would be delivered on Monday Sept 9, 2019 was home all day and waited they have my phone number and should have arrangements to have the gate code as UPS Fedex etc have or call me for gate code, driver claimed at 8:23 pm he couldn't get in and just left, Tuesday September 10 package out for delivery at 7:00 am received phone call at 2:30 pm that driver needs gate code

I’ve ordered through Walmart.com also. Lasership delivered my first package just fine. I ordered my daughter a new coat for Christmas. Was suppose to be here yesterday according to my email from Walmart. Lasership tracking said the 3rd was delivery schedule. I checked today and left an email yesterday to them and now they lost my package and it’s an exception. So angry they would do this.
