I purchased a Tuscany pullout kitchen faucet (903105i5ss) from Menards on 10/05/2019. The button that changes from solid to spray has broken and now does both at the same time. I have sent 3 emails to the warranty department and called once to try and get a new head unit for this model under their life time warranty. I have not heard back from the company at all. I feel that it should last longer than less than two years. They could at least reply to my complaint and give some sort of response, but nothing. I am only asking that they replace the head unit not anything else. It seems that the warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on.

Purchased from Amazon in 2016 approx. $24. The unit developed leaks and cracks in central faucet hold-down nut in three years. So in 2019 we purchased a second one - at approx. $36 (! again fr. Amazon. We selected it again as its plastic, for our rental near the beach in Ensenada Mexico (we use a US ship-to address). All-metal faucets corrode or turn green quickly in the salty air. Plastic should be unaffected. Now, after two years, this second unit is RUSTING on the gooseneck. Possibly the stem is not plastic as advertised, but is rustable metal. Or the 'chrome' coating (over plastic) is oxidizing. Chrome is flaking off over a two-inch length of the gooseneck, dribbling rust stains down the length of the gooseneck. The unit is now 'not available' on Amazon, and the 'contact us' link on LDR's website is not working. The unit on their site is now shown as model no. 012-36425CP, ie., using an "012" prefix, not "952" as before and on our orders. Since I have bought two of these, LDR should replace my current unit, or at least the gooseneck part. The attached photo was taken after scrubbing off all the loose, dribbling rust. It appears that the chrome itself is oxidizing (so it may not be chrome?) and that the black is the underlying plastic tubing. Note also that the price of this product was increased over 50% between 2016 and 2019.

The faucet started leaking inside the sprayer and I can't get it apart to see if it can be fixed. It is leaking back down the hose and into the cupboard below the sink. I would like to be able to replace the "Double Function Shower" faucet. The item number is 21 on your instruction booklet. This is suppose to have a Lifetime Limited Warranty. My faucet sprayer is failing. It is beginning to leak which also causes the faucet water flow to "sputter and spasm". I purchased this at Menards and understand it has a lifetime warranty. Faucet bought new from Menards in Lincoln Nebraska two weeks ago. Professionally installed. Faucet working correctly for less than seven day. Now button on the sprayer doesn't work. Button doesn't switch between spray and stream. Installer contacted by me. He did come over and check it out. A while back I purchased two of your LDR two handled faucets and installed one a few months ago it started to drip I could not get parts so I installed the other one and it leaks too. So I would like you to send me replacment cartridges for both faucets they have a lifetime warranty . Thank you for any help. David Bauer

The faucet hose is leaking and spraying everywhere. The LDR website does not have any information for how to contact them. I need a replacement hose/parts. I paid good money for this faucet to break so soon. Menards did not have replacement parts either. They told me to contact the manufacturer. There's suppose to be a limited lifetime warranty. Anyone else with this problem? Did you get a replacement piece? How? HELP!

I purchased this faucet from menard's in 2008. They no longer sell this style of faucet and am unable to get replacement parts at the store. The faucet that I purchased is now leaking from spigot on the hot water side. How do I get replacement parts to fix this problem? I purchased this says lifetime warranty after a week I went to change the water function and and where it connects to the shower neck cracked and started spraying all over the place I contacted them twice with the problem email address and phone number no reply at all from this company I was just want a replacement the item is clearly defective seems this company does not respond or care about there consumers I think this is bad business

Bought sprayer hose less than three years ago and the hose is leaking, it's the pulldown spray sink bought at menards, I been back to store no help there and 4-6 stores and nobody has the hose now I found it is a regular problem with your product! I now understand why the name is not on display of unit, for the amount of money paid for this product and to get so short amount of use it's a shame

I bought a tuscany volk single-handle pull-down coil kitchen faucet, model number: 5160ss from menards 12 months ago and now the coil is leaking right in the middle. I went to the menards store that I purchase it from - no replacement parts and they offered no assistance whatsoever. I've searched the internet - can't fin a thing! So disappointing! I will never buy another tuscany faucet - apparently they are junk!

The hose on the pullout has split and now leaks. Menards won't help because they claim to have no stock. They said to contact ldr industries: [protected]@ldrind.com and request the new pull out handle with new hose. But i've emailed this address multiple times and have received the infamous damon email failure notice that tells me it's not a legitimate email address.

Obviously the fittings on this model make replacement parts obsolete and takes away my ability to fix the faucet I own and purchasing a replacement piece is not available. Please, please help.

Purchased tuscany faucet from menards, the high arch pull out type. Within a week the full stream started to slow until it became only a dribble while the spray still had full flow. Took it back to menards for exchange, my mistake, and installed the replacement faucet only to have it do the same thing within a day or two. Only difference this time was that the full stream stopped completely while the spray still continued to work. The problem appears to be in the push button head.
Now I seem to be stuck with a defective product. Would not recommend a tuscany faucet to anyone.

I purchased a tuscany faucet at menards, installed it and it worked for a couple days and then just stopped working. Returned it back to the store and was reluctant to purchase another tuscany but figured if it was a differe, time model it should be fine. Well I was wrong... We installed the new one and not even a year later the sprayer which is also where the main source of water comes out is stuck between spray and stream, which makes no water come out at all. So frustrating! We are now having to buy our 3rd faucet within a year. I will not be purchasing a tuscany ever again.
