I gotta say, my experience with LED Factory Mart was not the best. I tried to reach out to them for some help, but it was like talking to a brick wall. No response, no nothing. It's like they don't even care about their customers. And to make matters worse, their website is not even secure. I mean, come on, how hard is it to make sure your customers' information is safe?

I also have to warn you, don't buy from China. I made that mistake and ended up regretting it. The quality of the product was not up to par and it was a nightmare trying to get any kind of support or help from the company.

Overall, I would not recommend LED Factory Mart. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually cares about their customers and takes security seriously.

So, I recently purchased a halo ring from LED Factory Mart and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the product. Right out of the box, the halo ring didn't shine white like it was supposed to. I mean, come on, that's the whole point of buying a halo ring, right? And to make matters worse, the headlights didn't adjust to DOT standards. I mean, what's the point of having headlights if they don't even meet the basic standards?

I tried to contact their support team multiple times, but it was like talking to a brick wall. They just kept giving me the runaround and didn't seem to care about my concerns. I mean, I get it, mistakes happen, but the least they could do is offer to replace the defective item or give me my money back. But nope, they didn't seem to want to do either.

Honestly, I'm so frustrated with this whole situation that I'm considering taking legal action. I mean, it's not like I'm asking for the world here, I just want a product that works like it's supposed to. So, if you're thinking about buying from LED Factory Mart, I would definitely think twice.

I recently bought a 52-inch light bar and 2 pods from LED Factory Mart (ledfactorymart.com). When the package arrived, I was excited to install it on my vehicle. However, to my dismay, some parts were missing. I immediately messaged them about the issue and waited for several days for the missing parts to arrive. Finally, the missing parts came, and I was able to install the light bar and pods.

But my excitement was short-lived. On June 18, 2021, I noticed that the brackets were starting to rust. I also realized that one of the pods was defective. I immediately messaged LED Factory Mart about the issue, hoping that they would help me resolve it. However, I was disappointed when I received a response that my purchase was made on June 11, 2020, and therefore, it was out of warranty. I couldn't believe it! It had only been 7 days since I received the product, and they were already telling me that it was out of warranty.

I was not happy with their response. I understand that warranties have limitations, but 7 days is too short. I would have understood if it was 7 months, but 7 days is unacceptable. I was so disappointed that I felt compelled to write this review. I normally don't write reviews, but this time I had to express my disappointment.

Overall, my experience with LED Factory Mart was not satisfactory. Although the product looked good, the missing parts and defective pod were already a red flag. And to top it off, their customer service was not helpful. I hope they improve their products and customer service in the future.

And when I finally did get in touch with someone by email, they just gave me the runaround for like two whole months. It was a total nightmare.

Honestly, I wish I had never bought anything from them. The headlights I got were totally generic and the app for the halos just wouldn't work right. It was a total waste of money. So if you're thinking about buying something from LED Factory Mart, my advice is to runnnnnnnn! Don't do it! Save yourself the hassle and find a different company to buy from. Trust me, you'll be glad you did.
