I ordered a couch set from Leon's on October 31, 2020. Originally was told delivery would be 12-14 weeks. When I called back in January, the delivery had been pushed back to March. When I called in March, I was told it was now pushed back to late July. I called today (July 10) to confirm delivery, and am now being told late August. No updates, always myself/my husband calling to confirm. I've asked multiple staff members where the delay lies (production, delivery, etc.) and no one has any answers to my questions. Staff very defensive, brash, and unhelpful. I've asked on two occasions now if they could provide me with updates when they are informed of delays, and have not ever received a call.
Desired outcome: Have my couches delivered in under a year…
