I ordered the items online and picked Sunday September 26, 2021 as the delivery date since I would be working Mon-Sat of that week and received a call today informing me that the delivery cannot be accommodated since they only deliver in my area from Tuesday-Saturday however the online portal did not inform at the time of ordering that this was the case - I should have been informed immediately following my online order date which was on September 14, 2021
The order number is 09141SCRKRZ AND I HAVE ALREADY MADE THE FIRST PAYMENT on Thursday September 24, 2021 on my Flexiti and became so upset when I received the call today that I cancelled the order since Leon's appears to not have satisfactory customer relations.
Desired outcome: I would like Leon's to honour their online delivery commitment and if they don't deliver in certain areas on certain days then the online web should reflect that.
