I am absolutely disgusted with Leons. I was told by the sales associate in person that would deliver to be on Sunday February 17th after I placed my order on February 5th. I called to confirm this on Wednesday February 13th and was told "We do not have the furniture for delivery on Sunday" After a bit of an argument, they called me back to say they DID have the pieces and the delivery WILL be on February 17th which is a Sunday. On Saturday February 16th I received an email with a tracking link saying my delivery will be tomorrow(Sunday February 17th) and this it the link to track it. Then at 10:45AM on Saturday the 16th, an employee from Leons told me "we do not delivery on Sundays and we cannot deliver" This is absolutely disgusting.. I was told by SEVERAL employees on SEVERAL different occasions that my bed would be delivered on Sunday February 17th. If you do not offer shipping and delivery on Sundays. Why was I told SEVERAL times about a sunday delivery. The employee then tried to offer me a $50 store credit ... are you kidding me. I have payed close to $3000 and you are 1. making me wait an extra week and 2. Offering me the smallest sort of compensation imaginable.
To top it all off, I told all sales associate, I live in a condo, and have to book an elevator date and time and also PAY to book the elevator which I have booked on Sunday February 17th and now they are not delivering.
I have NEVER seen such horrible customer service in my life and am absolutely disgusted with Leons.
