We ordered above item with you and had delivery date from UPS of 11th March. it did not arrive as they said did not have full address. I gave them full address. On the 14th March I receive this message from them:
The receiver does not want the product and refused the delivery. We are absolutely appalled at what they have said we have not seen anyone from UPS and certainly wouldn’t have refused delivery as we have waited in for 4 days. This is not acceptable for them to say this and hope you will follow this up with the drivers. We would like a full refund on the item. Your urgent attention and reply to this matter would be gratefully appreciated. D Fermandell
