I am extremely frustrated with Logitech and their horrible customer service. I placed an order worth €209 on their website, but it has been stuck in “processing” for days without any updates or shipments. This is completely unacceptable for a company of this size and reputation.
To make matters worse, I’ve tried repeatedly to contact customer service through their phone number, but each time, the call gets disconnected. The only other option is a chatbot, which provides automated and useless responses that don’t help at all.
I’ve been trying to cancel my order and get some kind of response from them for months now, but I’ve received no direct communication, not even via email. It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored like this, and my money is just sitting there, with no resolution in sight.
I would never recommend Logitech to anyone. Their lack of customer support and disregard for customers is outrageous.
Completely unacceptable and very disappointing!
