While visiting my grandparents I'm Charleston we decided to go to Longhorn Steakhouse this past Friday night. When asked for the free appetizer we were denied for the free appetizer with entree. Party of 5 ordering well over the required dollar amount. Server said they don't accept Retail Me Not. As the app said it was verified it was humiliating to be told this.

My daughter and I came to this restaurant for dinner. We stood at the hostess stand for several minutes watching the 2 hostesses have a conversation, never acknowledging us. The manager, Richard, even came up front, but as he told me, he was talking on the walkie and didn't see us or pay any attention to us. REALLY? Is this the new customer service approach your company is trying? After complaining to Richard about the treatment we received, we left and had dinner at Logan's. I often eat at the location in Southaven, MS where I live and really enjoy the food. However, being ignored will force me to spend my money elsewhere permanently.
