Ordered an item and paid for it. Within 10 minutes I realized nothing would arrive on time. Opened customer chat box and called customer service at the same time. Waited in the chat queue and phone for almost an hour. Both answered simultaneously. Both refused to cancel my order, saying the items would have to be returned. I confirmed with them that nothing had shipped yet and asked if they could please just stop it from being processed to avoid the return fees. "No." So now I have to wait to get my order that I don't want and pay for it to be returned. I told them I felt it was an incredible waste of money and time that could be prevented if they would just cancel my order. "No." Lesson learned. Never, and I mean never, order from those idiots/crooks.
Inform LTD Commodities once again while explaining the order details and requesting them to reconsider the cancellation of your order because items had not been shipped from their end at that time of conversation. If moreover they refuse, take full spellings of all the extensive details, and think of arguing the charge with your payment provider referring to their inability to cancel it for a reasonable period.
