The tractor is hard to shift, and times it will not come in out of gear. I was told that this was normal. After break in period of 100 hours the problem will go away.
We have 185 hours and there is no improvement in the transmission.
Transmission type: synchro mesh
3 speed forward and 3 speed reverse
with high and low selection lever with HST UNIT.
If this wasn't a problem, we would be very satisfied.

I had sent my car vide no- OD02BV9877 for repair & maintenance purpose. After getting in to your dealership Aditya Motors ,Nakhara, Bhubaneswar at 9am on 07.09.2023 , they started to look/service the vehicle at 12.30pm. At 6.30 pm their service people are telling about non-availability of some spare parts. We are completely kept in dark about the status for getting service.
Availing service from the dealership is quite frustrating. It looks as if we are enslaved by purchasing the car.
This is complete inhuman attitude. I am left with little hope of getting proper service.

XUV Features
I have made several complaints about the features of Mahindra which are not working after the servicing done at wazirpur, Delhi. I have given my car at Mahindra Service station of Wazirpur Delhi, which was my biggest mistake and i still regret it. They are masters in spoiling your car which you have purchased with your hard-earned money and with your emotions.
I got a call from Mahindra for software update, I have to give my car for one day. After the update done in my car, I was told that my car mirrors are not working, Lane change alert not working, automatic wiper not working, Alexa not functioning properly because it was manual,
I met with their unit in charge who has advices to bring the car and will resolve the issues.
Again, I have to take one day leave to take my car for proper functioning. After a day when i got my car back I have realized that the previous complaints are not resolve yet and they gave me couple of new problems added into that.
I have tried reaching their unit managers, but they are least bothered to reply to me back.
Please advice for right person in Mahindra to be contacted.

I have purchased new Mahindra generator at the time of installation it was said 3 free services done by Mahindra after that it was paid.
When I called Mahindra guy who was looking for this area in Theog Himachal Pradesh that he was saying no need for services up to 300 hours when it was installed then they were saying after 50 hours need to do services.

Parts and ability to service current customers.
Fall of 2022 I bought a new 2638 HST Cab tractor. Over the winter I damaged the side of the roof. March 4th of 2023 my dealer ordered a roof and told me it shows out of stock. Mahindra would not give them a date one would ship. I've waited patiently until about 3 weeks ago. I then started working with a customer service rep who gave me different answers each week. This week on 05/08/2023, he told me he would get to the bottom of it. I said I would call back at the end of the week, he then said I have waited long enough and he would get me an answer right away. Well come Thursday, 05/11/2023 I have to call again. He says the dealer should have called me because my roof was already there. I told him it is not, because I know the salesman and he would have called. Of course I call and no roof with no etc. I call the rep back and am again told that he's going to resolve it. A couple hours later I have to call him back. I tell him I'm really starting to get pissed off at the whole situation. He then proceeds to tell me that I'm not going to like the answer he has. He then tells me that his buyer told him that it won't ship for at least another 2 months. At this point I explain how crappy Mahindra customer service is, and that it's ridiculous that they are building these every day, but don't have parts to service their customers. My Mahindra is the 1st and last I will ever buy.
Desired outcome: Get me the roof I ordered so my tractor can be operated in adverse weather. I bought a cab tractor so I can use it in adverse weather.

It was not attended. After that again I took the car Sutria (Hubli) for same complaint they told such sound is common,
When I found sound was too much then they agreed and said need to replace spares under warranty on 4th they have changed pad upper coil spring front which is Rs110.00 +GST for that they have charged me Rs 658+GST labour charges which I objected
Desired outcome: I paid labours charges and took the car , problem is not yet solved
For booking of xuv700
I have booked xuv700 in aug 2022 there is waiting period of 3 to 4 months by which I was agree. But till now I haven't got my xuv700 when last month I got conformation that I will get my vehicle by 22 April but few day before I got a msg that my booking will be delay for 3 to 4 month. I got a call from dealer side that if I take finance then I will get my vehicle in 2 to 3 days. Whereas I am buying it in cash but they are forced to get it finance.now after seeing this type of pathetic and fraudulent service I had canceled my booking. And they have charged me 10% of deduction from my booking. I think that the mahindra are cheaters and not to be trust worthy. So I suggest all the buyers to think and then go for mahindra vehicle. I have been cheated so make sure u all won't.so I give no rating to mahindra
1626 front tires going flat while in storage.
I would like a Rep. from your company to travel and see this issue before loading up to Mahindra. Customer service is something ENC needs some protocols written to help them. Hauling something 4 times is ludicrous for 2 (FRONT) tire issues. The tractor has had flats since new. I have complained months before and the owner blew me off because of the distance. i now have 7 hours on it with $42.00 tubes in each front tire. Be a reputable company and replace them.
ENC owner talks to customers differently than Mahindra.

My van is doing 3000km.it has a shudder when on incline I purchased this bakkie brand new and had a problem on 20 October 2020 I called in and asked for help to the nearest mahindra mahindra assist said they were sending a tow truck out but up until late that afternoon nothing I then arranged for it my self and paid 4250 rand to get it home called in again the next day as we were not at home the week end and nothing is being done called in for the entire Friday waiting for the manger to call nothing contact head office still nothing made a few more calls and found out that it could be the gearbox and till now nothing no response I have my own business and it's now hurt my business no bakkie no work I hired a bakkie now I still in the same position
Desired outcome: I heard that a 4x4 has a fault. Unhappy and would like mahindra to take Back vehicle and return my money I have work to do and that in reaiblity vehicle does do it for me it's brand new and already problems I want my money back

I recently purchased XUV7OO on 5th of September 2022, I wanted to have a Choice number for my car as this was the car which I was going to use for my daily purpose Naik Motors Ratnagiri Denied by saying your number is not available so I asked my RTO Advisor he allotted me my choice number, I paid CRTM charges I gave Naik Motors the receipt I also have the copy and stamp from the showroom now vehicle was left for passing they asked me to come in Ratnagiri city to do passing 1 day before to the date of passing I asked them why didn't you inform me earlier they said we told you after we came to know I asked them to schedule next date or do it in Chiplun which also comes under Ratnagiri District RTO they denied by saying you purchased your vehicle here you have to do RTO PASSING here (which is wrong if I purchase a vehicle from any district and have already paid CRTM charges I can do passing of my vehicle from any camp which is held in same District), because of this caios amount of 22500 paid by me for choice number is lost & I dont have my choice number please help me out I need my money and choice number back.

I would like to render a complaint. I bought my 1st Mahindra Dare in 2020. all my service are up to date. with my last service a told the people at Mahindra Rustenburg that there is something wrong at the brakes. The service record came back as the brakes are still in good condition. Then it came to our attention that they never had a look at the brake discs. the brakes is eating the disc. then it pictures was send to warranties and it came back as normal wear and tear and that I'm a very conservative driver. if so then why does the brakes grating the discs. according to me this is totally unacceptable and it must be replaced to my cost. no warranty on that. I also told them that it sounds like my wheels is coming of almost like the wheels is loose or the chassis is broken or something. then I was told they did a adjustment on the brakes and all is fine.
less than a week my husband was back with my car at Mahindra Rustenburg as I could not drive with my car anymore. It really was getting worse and worse by the day. I'm a woman driving alone in the early mornings to work whilst it is still dark on the mine road and I can not afford to stand next to the road that is suppose to be still brand spanking new. Then some guy there had a second look at it. then it was brought to our attention that some left and right steering stabilizers had seized up. My thing is what? how is this possible? The guy took my warranty booklet once again and again told me that its not covered as we passed 2 years already. I mean really, my car is 2 years yes, but with only 22 800 km on the clock. How is this even possible? How can after service on a brand new car be so poor? I pay a great deal of money on my car every month, my car had 0km on it when I bought it. I'm a woman driving it. and this is what is happening to it? An guess what? about 2 weeks after that, when I reverse my car started making a funny noise at the back. the faster I go, the faster the sound goes. And yet I know its not even going to help going to Mahindra Rustenburg as there is now help/service there whatsoever. What must I do? I don't have the money on me day by day JUST to fix whatever my warranty don't cover. My car is still new and I'm to scared to drive with it. I bought a brand new car and was putting my life and my kids life's/safety in the hands of Mahindra and this is now what I'm struggling with. Wheels is the most critical thing of a car.

Customer service for backhoe
I purchased a 2022 Mahindra 5145 4wheel drive tractor in mid February 2022 I paid cash for a tractor with a loader and I think a backhoe not sure because I still don’t have the backhoe I was promised By March 1 2022. After contacting my dealer numerous times they say 2 more weeks it is now the first week of July and still all I get is nobody knows. Mahindra is supposed to be such a big great company why don’t they pull there head out of the hole it is stuck in and find a new manufacturer to make the part that so many customers have been waiting for god only knows how long. It would seem to me that would care about their customers because word of mouth is what sells products. I for one would not recommend this company for anything since they don’t have enough brains or Managment qualities to figure out there is other companies that can make a simple steel bracket for there hookup. By the way don’t call customer service all they do is say they can not help call the company you bought it from. Well I have done they for over 4 months now and since they still have 11k of my miner it may be time to find someone who would like to persue a lawsuit. I really don’t want to do that but maybe Mahindra will see people are pissed off because they don’t care once they have our money.

lack of parts for repairs
5/30/2021 recived recall for my tractor eMax22L. called dealer next business day informed about recall. said will order parts for repairs. the dealer is lockard"s inc. flatwoods wv.26621. have not heard for 1 year. when i went to inquire about parts they informed me that they never seen this recall. i was informed that the old service manager left. now parts have become avaliable but now i at the back of the list and looking at appox 2 months for repairs. and also there could be more wrong with the motor. i have 98 hours on this unit and changed the oil 3 times because of smelling fuel in the oil. the new service manager said it maybe more than the recall but has no idea how long unit could be down. unit in service 7/27/2020 it's now 6/21/2022. i think i deserve some help on this matter.

2017 mahindra mp85 4wd cab tractor
I bought a 2017 MP85 4WD Cab Tractor with only40 hours on it from Crystal Super Center in Spring Hill FL. I have owned the tractor over a year now and it has been back at the dealer 5 times now because the tractor is always broke down because the shuttle shift in transmission keeps jamming up. Mahindra people Texas are useless and just want warranty to expire. Dealer is useless and wont fix it. They hold tractor for a month each time and send it back with shuttle shift jamming up. They are stupid. Worst tractor I ever bought. It spends more time at the dealer broke down than me using it on the farm.

Lack of spares 2022 Mahindra XUV 300 W8 diesel South Africa
I bought a brand new XUV300 in South Africa end of March 2022, unfortunately the underneath got damaged by a manhole cover hitting the underside of the vehicle in a severe storm. I paid upfront for the spares as required on the 4 May and still are awaiting for all the spares to arrive in South Africa to fix the vehicle.
Weekly I am contacting Mahindra SA to get updates. I just feel if you sell a vehicle you should have the spares readily available and it had been a month now.
Desired outcome: I just want the spares to get here and get the vehicle fixed and also hoping that this complaint will help Mahindra better supply South Africa with spares so future customers won't have the same frustration
