Mahindra & Mahindra review: complaint against ceo ravi chandra mahindra win-win automobiles, bhopal, m.p.

Respected sir / madam,

my name is AKASH CHOURE, aged 20 years. I am a resident of bhopal, madhya pradesh. I was working in WIN-WIN automobiles, pvt. ltd. as a sales executive and EV consultant. This dealership is situated at misrod, hoshangabad road, bhopal, M.P.

During this whole period of employment there, I carried out my duties and responsibilities in a very responsible way with whole dedication. I have also completed all resignation formalities as required.

However, they are withholding my salary for the month of July without giving any genuine reason and explanation. Also, they have cut off my salary for the month of June, without any prior notice or information.

I have been following up with them for the past 2 months, but they have not been cooperating at all. I have been facing severe financial issues because there are family dependents who solely rely on my income

I am the only earning member of my family and my father expired recently. Also, I have not made any sort of mistakes that had an impact on the dealership yet they cut off my salary without any prior information.

I have already mailed you previously but hasnt got any sort of answer/ solution.

Now, I am planning to make this problem viral on social media.

Moreover, the CEO of the dealership MR.RAVI CHANDRA has not approved my salary and asked me not to file a complaint against the dealership. Otherwise, i will have to face consequences and the GM of sales in the dealership, also told me nothing gonna happen, keep trying.

literally, my family is suffering from financial problems, they are playing with my problem.

Therefore, I kindly request your goodself to look into my grievances on non- payment of salary by my ex-employer , and give necessary direction to them to release my payment immediately. I shall be grateful to you for your help.
