I am writing to you with a humble request and a heavy heart regarding my Mahindra XUV 3X0 MX1 White, which I booked on May 15, 2024, at the introductory price of Rs 7,49,000. I made this booking within the first minute of the window opening. However, five months have passed, and I am still awaiting its delivery. My heart shattered when I heard today that the price of this variant has increased by Rs 30,000.

This was going to be my first car, and I have always trusted the Mahindra brand. However, if a person who booked a car within the first minute is not able to get it at the introductory price and within five months, it raises trust issues.

I kindly and humbly request your intervention to ensure a fair and transparent process. I have always admired Mahindra's commitment to customer satisfaction and trust that you will look into this matter personally. Your assistance in this matter would mean the world to me and restore my faith in the brand I have always cherished.

Hi! I booked #XUV3XO MX1 on 1st day of window open (15 May) in 1st minute. However, I am yet to get delivery after 5 months. Meanwhile price is also increased by Rs 30,000. Booking reference no. is OTF25K00121

Send this formal request directly to Mahindra & Mahindra’s customer care or escalate it to their regional office, providing all the booking details and expressing your disappointment in the delay and price increase. Emphasize your trust in the brand and kindly request that they honor the introductory price since you booked within the first minute. Politely ask for transparency regarding the delivery timeline and the price adjustment.

I have already send this humble request to Mahindra customer care. I am not getting any positive response. They are simply saying that waiting time is 32 weeks and price at the time of booking will be applicable. However, 45000 cars have already been delivered. My booking was in initial approx. 5000 customers.
