sir i have complain with my dealer (at ranchi). i am very much fed up due to poor service of my Mahindra Hywa. Dealer at my location (Ranchi, Jharkhand) can't provoid service as well as can't provoid parts to me after giving cash at counter. my HYWA Navystar Registration no. is JH01AT 0121. I am totally fed up due to poor service. As i purchase this hywa in may 2013. I am helpless as my problem is as it is from last one year. Sir i purchase mahindra hywa for my business point of view but due to very poor service and negligence of NEXRA Motor, Ranchi I am never going to suggest any of my friends or anyone to purchase MAhindra Hywa. Kindly look up at this matter seriously. Area Sales Manager or Area Service Manager can resolve my problem.

Mahindra & Mahindra Problems faced with Rexton

I had met with an accident on 21st September 2015. The cause for the accident was bursting of tyre. In that incident the lower arm broke, in-turn causing damage to the steering box and rod. My problem is that, I haven't got my car fixed yet!. It has been a month and 10 days..! Each time I call them, they say they haven't got the parts yet.! I have also been facing small problems since my purchase of this car. Airbag sign does not turn off, cruise control not working, loose ORVM, had to change my brake pads before 5000 km, so on. Fed up with the car. Made a very wrong choice.

Mahindra & Mahindra Scorpio s8 - problems

my vehicle with number UP32 GJ 1100 was purchased from A.Automovers P Ltd. faizabad road lucknow on 07/07/2015
within a weeks span i noticed that the abs ( brakes) were not working properly on my first sechdule service i brought this issue to their notice but it was not resolved then i have twiced complaint but nothing has been done i have escaped 2 major life threatening accidents and would not like to risk my life any further.now
i dont wish to carry on any further your company you please take back your vehicle and refund me my amount as i dont want to die this unnatural death due your lack of customer service

my vehicle mahindra scropio s8 with number jk01AB 2710 was purchased from himalayan motors srinagar kashmir 0n 3/06/2015
within a weeks span i noticed that the abs ( brakes) were not working properly and sudden brake it play scratch sound and front wheels through out black dust from very first day and back door produces irritating knocking sound, , on my first sechdule service i brought this issue to their notice but it was not resolved then i have twiced complaint but nothing has been done. i have escaped major life threatening accidents and would not like to risk my life any further.now
i dont wish to carry on any further your company you please take back your vehicle and refund me my amount, vl sue soon in the court if my problem wdn't adressed soon.

Mahindra & Mahindra ABS failure & Pathetic roadside assistance

Date of Accident:- 14th August 2015

Place of Accident:- Lavasa Valley, Ajghar point

Time of Accident:- 11:30 AM

Model:- Mahindra Ssangyong Rexton RX7 AWD

Month of Purchase: November 2014

As you can make out my car was just 9 months old, i was driving down the Lavasa City ghat at a normal speed of 50kph, when on the curve my car skid and just kept skidding and ended up with 2 tyres went down the drain and the rock sticking out crashing into the headlight and breaking the front left bumper as well.

I called the mahindra roadside assistance but i wasn't able to get through them for 30 mins.

Finally when i was able to get through them, the executive asked me to take down the chassis number and keep and he will call me back in 10 mins, after 20 mins when i hadn't received any call from them i called back roadside assistance who asked the entire scene and after explaining the entire scene gave me a number and said its their local dealer, Sahyadri Motors and they will come and pick up the vehicle.

When i called them, the number was of a local garage person.
I had to get the number of Sahyadri Motors from JustDial and when i called them they had no idea and were clueless about everything.

Finally i got a call from roadside assistance and he told me that they were sending a tow truck, who will pull out the vehicle as well as tow it back to sahyadri motors & it will reach the place in the next 90 mins. Finally after 3 hours i got a call from the driver saying that he was about to reach.

They had sent a long truck with just one driver and that truck in no way could ever pull up a vehicle which weighs about 2 tons out from the drain.

He still tried for 2 hours and finally understanding that he won't be able to remove the car, he called the mahindra executives and explained that we would be requiring a crane to pull it out which was very clearly mentioned by me to Mahindra,
The mahindra executive tells me, that Sir as per policy mahindra gives roadside assistance only when the car is on the road. Since your car is not completely on the road we cannot help you.

You have to on your own get the vehicle out and then we will tow it back.
All this was told to me at around 6:30-7 pm when it was already getting dark.
He further adds that sir the tow truck will wait for 1 hour if you can get it out today or else we will have to call him back tomorrow.

When i somehow managed with the help of Lavasa security to get the vehicle and paid 12, 000 for it since it was late already and completely dark.

After towing the vehicle i did not receive a call back for 2 days and finally got 1 call on 17th August, from Sahyadri Motors who asked me which insurance i have and when i said bharti AXA he said that we don't have cashless tie-up with them and its better if you take the car to the dealer you got it from.
Again the charges for that will have to be borne by us alone.

i want a resolution from Mahindra of how are the compensating me for this.
if buying such a expensive vehicle and this is the car that they provide which just has features for the sake of it, i will very well scrap the car completely.

I will keep writing about this issue until i get a call from mahindra and give me a resolution for the same.

Mahindra & Mahindra Not satisfied repeated complaints

I brought a brand new xuv 500 from sjb Mahindra Coimbatore I was repeatedly experiencing a left pulling and break shoe problem and some repeated problems . Am a business man running miles a day i hereby service my vehicle periodically, I am not satisfied wit the service my tires worned out because of these problems, I want to claim from the related company or I may go legally for the replacement . Thank you

I own a xuv500 no . TN 38 BY2112 in. Amen of D .gunasundari iam experiencing repeated problems in break shoes . I can't manage tha problems in that . I already raised a complaint about this problem . There is no proper response in that . Iam too worned out of this problem . They are wasting my money and time . Please do finish this problem with a gud rectification

I am one of the owner of mahindra Quanto and my car no.MH20 Ch 5308 i am scared of going to any of your authorized service centers when ever i had being to any service centre i came to know that there is a shortage of spares last week my car was at G3 motors ltd at nerul navi mumbai due to shortage of spares my car was there at your service for 1 week and the issue was of gear even i was heavily charged for that though the car was not rectified then again on monday i.e on 27 april 2015 i brought my car to the service centre and my repair order no. is RO 16D001293 those guys are saying that they are rectifying my cars problem is it that you dnt have any skilled engineers at your authorized work shops when ever i call them i get the reply that you car has gone for a trail its seems like that i not a car owner becar you could say plz reply me. tell us labour charge 2400. and this is my first paid service and owner name Geeta soni jalaun .and stayaring rod change while old stayaring rod is correct 2400 +887 labour charge .and tell us that your ac defect repcharge charge 48090. while vehicle reading 15000 .what is this tell your worker me that 2400 service charge and labour charge extra as check any other system add labour charge.I am not satisfy with mahindra vehicle and this is my first and last miss point.

My complaint is my car piston burn without indication of yellow lite, I had just repair my Xylo Car No.GJ 27C-9271 on last month( Feb-2015) at Mahalaxmi Auto Repair Charge Rs.45000.00 than again my car was repair at same place, I had put my Xylo Car on Dt.07-03-2015 for above folt & I had given RS.98000.00 for that & take delivery on 21-03-2015, I always service my Xylo Car at only Authorized service station but I am not satisfy from Mahendra Car, so I request you please consider to help me about discount from my Last Amount Rs.98000.00 because I am small car operator & I am not afford this too much repair amount

Mahindra & Mahindra delay in repairing

after the small accident of my suv w8, ( DL 4C NB 9955 ) i send my car to mahindra peeragarhi delhi. show room. from thereon they send the car to kundali workshop where it took more then one month for small job work. Mr Sushil was handling this car, i was chasing and requesting him again and again to finish the job as it was over 6 weeks car standing in workshop, but he kept making all sort of excuses, that workshop was 30 KM from my home and i had travel to see the car every 3-4th day as he was not responding positively.

Finally the day he told me to pick the car, i went there in morning as told by him, to my surprised the car was still not finished, as i could not see my car in workshop, when i asked him about this, he said t has gone to peeragarhi workshop for washing. The car came back 7pm in the evening, and when i asked the driver who took the car for washing, he said that he to local washing place and that too only from outside, but from inside it was completely mess.

When i checked the car from in out, i found as many as 7-8 faults which were still there, at that point he started telling his staff to fx it. they fixed some of it as it was already dark.

He then told me to come back in two three days to get remaining faults fix as well, and when i asked him about the stepney rim and Tyre which he was supposed to change. he said when you will come in 2-3 days, hell change it as he dont have it in stock from 6 weeks.

and while taking gate pass after i made payment of 62000, i made him to write on the document that service and rim and Tyre are need to be changed and other faults which were still there even after 6 weeks.

I took the delivery of 2 weeks back, and still my car is unfinished and whenever i call Sushil, he does not respond properly, and keep telling me that it will take 2-3 more days to get the Rim.

after that they took all the money from insurance company and some part of money from me and gave the suv to me without finishing the work, and with this promise some other pending work they will do after 2 days. i am calling him again and again to finish the work but no response from his side.
SERVICE WORKSHOP IS REALLY VERY VERY BAD OF MAHINDRA XUV..
i request to company to see this matter urgently.

We have bought a new Mahindar Bolero ZLX 2WD 7STR, Chassis number MA1XX2GPKE5K57035, that had already covered a distance of 500km and found to be in a very dirty condition.The front mirror had cracked and it had been covered with a sticker. On complaining at your agency, the dealer had not gave any attention towards our complaint. And the first service of bolero is not satisfied to us because it's service had been done in a rubbish place without any washing of bolero. We are feeling very harassment from your service. For last year on dewali. Unfortunately due to accident front cover Had Barebacked. But Delar Replase it with Faulty Front Cover & he Said this cover replase with New After Some Days. But Now He Refuse to Change It. I have already registered my complaint ONE OR TWO TIMES & complaint No is IMB 362233 & IMB16000 But No Response Give By You. Please Take Necessary Action On It as Soon As Possible Other Wise I go to other way to solve my problem.

Mahindra & Mahindra Scorpio Servicing

I am taking my time out to provide feedback on Sireesh Auto Pvt ltd located in Singasandra post.
SirI have given my vehicle for normal 50 KM service. After servicing I had to revisit the service centre 4 times to fix a simple clutch by issue. Even after paying a whooping Rs. 12000 that includes undercoating + several other additional things which was suggested by Sireesh Auto and I agreed the quality of the service for the very reason I visited the workshop failed miserably.
I believe in originality and always keep my vehicle in top condition with all MM parts therefore since the begining I have always serviced by vehicle in Sireesh Auto in Hosure Road branch. This time I did a grave mistake going to Sireesh Auto located in Singasandra post, Hosa Road.
The attitude of the service personal are disgusting apart from the pathetic job they do. Here are some of my pain points:
a) the vehicle was delivered to me after 3 days without washing;
b) so i went to the workshop next day to get my car washed. Waited for 4 long hours to get my vehicle washed and delivered. I must tell you that the car cleaner who cleans my car on a daily basis does a much much better job than this service guys;
c) with lot of disappointment and wastage of my Saturday morning I took the vehicle home. Could not drive for 1.5 days because the undercoat that was done did not dry even after 5th day. can you imagine the quality of work;
d) when i took my vehicle to my office the gear started giving me problem. The reason is the clutch was loose and therefore gear was tight. Again a visit to Sireesh Auto !
e) After 2 days...the clutch got stuck and I merely survived an accident while coming back from office. Guess what ? I revisted Sireesh Auto 4th time. This time I had to pay additional Rs. 850 /- because the clutch had dirt and was not cleaned during servicing.
The worst part of the entire episode is when the service guys came to deliver the vehicle after calling 10-12 times. When they arrived they had an negative attitude when I explained that I am getting harassed by Sireesh for not doing the job correct the first time. They took Rs. 850 /- without giving me the bill and also pushed me before driving away.

What a shame I could not believe this and stood there on the road for a while before I parked my vehicle in the garage. Ops! I should not forget to mention my car was delivered to me with complete dirt /mud both inside out.

I will never suggest my fellow Scorpio owners to this service centre. An absolute cheat + no courtesy + absolute bogus service with no professional worker.

Overall, i felt cheated + harassed + my vehicle not serviced to my satisfaction.

Case mitigants :

1. Vehicle handed over to dealership on 21.8.2014 at 10:50 am

2. Stereo not working.

3. Audio controls at steering wheel not working.

4. Central locking remote not working properly.

6. Dealer : Dehra Dun Premier Motors.

7. PRIMARILY THE VEHICLE WAS FIRST TAKEN TO WORKSHOP IN JULY’14 DUE TO SOME NOISE IN FRONT WHEEL. ACCORDING TO ME THE PDI WAS ALSO NOT DONE BY THE DEALER (PRE DELIVERY INSPECTION). THOUGH THE SAME PROBLEM WAS FIXED.

Mahindra & Mahindra Faulty steering

I bought a brand new Mahindra XUV 500 in May 2014 and experienced problems with the steering from before it reached 5000km. It was reported with my first service on 5000km but they informed me that they need to fit a new steering column due to a factory fault and that they will notify me when they will be able to fit it. The new steering column arrived and was fitted but the problem was still not resolved. I returned to Mahindra Vaal on 06 August 2014 after completing another 1500km to report to them that I am still experiencing the same problem with the power steering. They informed me that they will order a new unit again and will notify me when it will be ready for fitment. Three weeks have past with no answer from them.
I am driving around in a vehicle for the past 9000km that is unsafe and very difficult to keep on the road due to the faulty power steering. This is totally unacceptable and I am considering to take legal action if the problem is not resolved soon.

i have purchased a car mahindra scorpio from mahindra dealer (sterling motor co) at faridabad haryana on 14th of april 2014. at the time of dilevery there is a dent on car. but dealer do not resolve my problem. second time they change my winshield covering beeding. they paste it by elfy. now there is many marks on my car of elfy. dealer do not resolve it last 10 days. i am facing many problem without car. please resolve it as soon as possible. otherwise i gave him a leagel notice to dealer.

Mahindra & Mahindra not repaired

Dear Ms. Roma Balwani,

Greetings, refer to above, I have purchased a vehicle mahindra Quanto C-8 model no. DL8CAC0962 on 6th oct' 14 from inderprashta automobile wazirpur dehi, within from the month 1st issue come in 22nd oct'13,

On 22nd oct the first complaint register of technical fault of child lock not working. for which i went to indraprashta service workshop at wazirpur delhi, where mr sandeep the technician attend the problem and given beck after confirmation of ok
from that movement i had given my vehicle 7 times at running service. every time the vehicle attended and given back.

On 30th march'14 while on long drive with my family, gear box of my vehicle broken and car were stuck at mid of the road. my entire family were save from a major road accident that time and i made a call at the online customer service [protected] where they were ready to give tow and arrange taxi for my family. but as they were taking more then 6 hour we arrange to repair from the road side assistance. and paid 2000 rs. for repairing the vehicle.

so i had given my vehicle again at workshop in wazirpur for checking why this is happening again and again and i have to come back here for one or other compliant. They took 4 days to solve the issue and given my vehicle back with dent on left side door. when i asked the same from sandeep he said we dont know.

on 20th may i had given my vehicle again for running repair at wazirpur workshop they have taken a time for 2 hours from me to correct the situation and informed to change the ABS technology. But after waiting 6 hour they told to leave the vehicle for more work so i left the same. but they took 15 days .
I got my vehicle back on 5th june'24 after saying they my sister met with an major accident and is hospitalized is in ICU .

Sir yesterday 8th june while coming back from hospital with my family we again save from a major road accident due to my car stop automatically at raod fortunately we are save. and my vehicle is again at workshop at durga automobile rama raod delhi.

Note.: Above all sir this is to bring your kind notice that on every service indraprastha workshop they handover my vehicle with empty diesel. i bring this to the notice of senior manager mr. vipin prashar mob no. notice again the same happen and more so my vehicle received with damaged condition agin from worshop. now i informed about yesterday incidence.
Sir in 7 month more a month my vehicel is at workshop.
refer to the above mails i received my car again on 16th sep after keeping
for 6 days, but today again my car stuck up after running only 45 km and
again at workshop. i requested to help from mr. dheeraj from durga
automobile and mr. vinay from inderprastha automobile but both of them not
supported me. and now no one is supporting to give the final solution.
please guide and suggest the same.
otherwise have no option but to opt some process and help from other
resources.
every time my car goes to workshop come with a very bed shape and with
missing parts

Therefore you are requested to please look into the same and reply with the updates.

Mahindra & Mahindra Inabilty to rectify the problem

I am the owner of automatic Scorpio which I bought in August 2009. I often had problem in changing the mode from parking to drive. On 19th April 2014 while i was driving suddenly the vehicle stopped moving but engine and all functions were working.
Informed the dealer ITL MOTORS PALAKKAD and they came and towed the vehicle to their yard but till now they are not even able to identify the problem they are telling only their assumption (so many may be s...) I bought MAHINDRA SCORPIO AUTOMATIC thinking that I get good service but your dealers failed to show and making me in trouble.
Hope you will take the matter in to consideration and do the need full.

And completed 2 servicing.but still my bike average not going above 45km against company promise of around 84. though I maintained bike very well and followed instruction up to 1000 km running. Also DTE function shows variable readings every time for which I am not satisfied.when shown to service centre at bhandup answered like don't take this serioseriously and don't go through it.if it is like this then why company introduced such featured.And doing promotions. Pl help

Sir i Bought Mahindra Centuro Motorcycle Last year in November but my bike is some kind of problem my bike oil & Service Meter is not working Last Two Month I test it in your mahindra service centre in Najafgarh but they are not try to solve my problem sir please try to solve my problem as early as possible

Hi,
I owned a Mahindra Gio 4 wheeler, service was done by mahindra service station and it cost me about 4000 Rs then due to some reasons i was not able to drive for 6 months when after six months i tried to start i find nothing was done, i went to service station then they said you should come with in 30 days, then i again one more service was done and now it costs 7000 Rs to me, after 4 days i find vehicle was not able to run in 4th gear i went to station then they again charge me 400 Rs, then after 10 days i find same problem 4th gear was not working again they asked me that there is some problem and they charge me 700 Rs, today again i am facing a same problem, i have spent 12000 Rs which is too much big amount for a normal driver person.please do needful regarding this.
