Recently I have been getting more and more dud cigarettes in the Marlboro ice blast packets. It is quite annoying as cigarettes aren't cheap, I do enjoy these cigarettes but not when I'm paying for ones that do not have the ice ball. It can be very frustrating when you are looking forward to what you think will be a nice minty cigarette and it turns out to be a dud.

I was coming here to complain about an issue it seems someone else has already complained about but Im leaving my complaint as well. My husband stopped and grabbed our regular gold carton at a local gas station in Omahs, NE. Oh my lord the taste is AWEFUL! I even sent him a text this morning asking if his pack was disgusting and he agreed and said its the carton not just me. Very foul. I put my first cigarette out of the pack out after 3 draws and havent wanted one since. Maybe thats a good thing...lol. But just absolutely HORRID and FOUL BITTER taste. Im in Omaha, NE so seems they were dispersed across the US tasting like this and imagine you will receive more complaints. Sad. Im seriously considering switching to Camel and Ive smoked NOTHING but Marlboro since I started smoking 33 years ago, thats how BAD these taste. So disappointed.

I'm writing this complaint because I recently purchased two whole cartons of Marlboro black one hundreds which is my favorite brand of cigarettes and has been for sometime I smoke my first cigarette and I noticed a foul very stale taste so I immediately opened up a different pack from The other carton, same exact taste, I could not believe that I literally purchased 2 whole cartons both of which having this same disgusting tasteSo I ended up going to the local gas station next to the place that I purchased the cartons at which was speedway and there was definitely nothing wrong with this pack. I don't know what the hell was wrong with these but I definitely would like replacements as I've been a loyal customer for years and I don't want my friggin money back i just want my smokes, thank you for your time And I really hope that you guys can respond quickly as don't feel I deserve to wait.

I'm a loyal supporter of this brand for quite a while now and the last three boxes of cigarettes that I've bought I have received 3/4 duds that do not have an ice ball in the cigarette. This is quite pricey and I would like to continue to buy this product but if this is the type of product that I'm going to receive I would rather then move to another brand.

I'm smoking Marlboro for over 10 years today I bought a box 20% of it when I pull the cigarette out of the box the filter comes a part so easily and the the rest you smoking nothing happens like you not smoking (the smoke ) not coming through and the quality is so so bad like a Chinese cigarette it is really bad and I'm so upset because it was a bad experience

Earlier today I bought a box of 20 Marlboro gold cigarettes. On opening them I discovered that five out of the packet were severely damaged. Four of which were bent and broken and tobacco was all over the bottom of the box and the fifth was white with only a small amount of tobacco near the filter. I have photos to confirm the damage. I have provided evidence of photos in the section below.
I am deeply disappointed by the quality of my purchase. They are far too expensive to have to throw a quarter of the box away.

I have been a loyal supporter of this brand however the last 3 boxes I have experienced more than 5 cigarettes being "duds" with no menthol ice ball to pop. These cigarettes aren't cheap and I'm very disappointed in the quality and considering taking my business elsewhere. Attached is the most recent box I have bought with the first two I smoked with not menthol ball in.

However i have come across a few cigarettes that does not pop the mint. I bought a pack on monday and i tried to pop the mint but nothing happened.
If it was once off i would've understood as a defect but now i feel its unfair to me as the consumer since it has happened previously.
I kept the box and half the cigarette if you want to test.

I have faithfully smoked Marlboro Black 100's since they came out. If my favorite store is out of stock, I go elsewhere. This is just what I smoke, Period
However, the last 2 cartons I've purchased have had 5-6 cigarettes in the individual packs that are defective to the point of being un-smokable . This is disappointing. If I wanted to buy a cheap cigarette, I would not pay this price

I have been smoking for about 3 years, and in this time I have only smoked Marlboro brand cigarettes - Marlboro Red Beyond.
In the past few months I have noticed an increasing amount of "dud" cigs, where the menthol ball doesn't pop - this can be very frustrating as I only smoke the cigarette with the ball popped.
Most recently, I have purchased a box of smokes with a few of the cigarettes having tiny tears in the rolling paper which means I cannot actually smoke them at all. Please advise as I have been a very loyal customer and these cigarettes are expensive.

For the last three months every single box I open there are a minimum of 5 cigarettes ice balls are already popped and the cigarettes taste stale. Firstly I dont some any other brand than Marlboro beyond blue and this past two weeks I've purchased 5 pakes op beyond blue and there where more than 8 cigarettes in every pack that didn't have the ice ball in the filter or it was already popped. First they change the flavour and the name, and now they give out a product that is incomplete or has been damaged in the process. This is unacceptable! Very upset about this!

I check every time I receive coupons for savings on the purchase of single packs. I seriously cannot figure out what the problem is. Is the problem human error or a computer software issue? 2 YEARS. TWO YEARS and I STILL repetitively receive the wrong coupons. Great 'promotional' execution.

I am lately really disappointed at the Marlboro beyond blue cigarette brand. I have been smoking Marlboro for almost 7years but lately I constantly find cigarettes in the packet without the ice ball and thats the main reason why I smoke it. I have also noticed that the cigarette have huge lumps in that causes it to stop burning mid cigarette. This is not acceptable as we pay alot for cigarettes and especially people like me who smoke more than a pack a day. Please can you deliver on your promise as you state on your packaging 'crush for a fresh aftertaste'.

I would like to bring to your attention that the packet of Marlboro blue beyond I bought was really not nice the cigarettes did not want to burn and had very big chunks of tobacco in them. I was very disappointed as one spends so much on a packet and I had to end up throwing most of them away. I really enjoy this brand and also prefer Marlboro above any other brand.

I walked in 7-11 Philadelphia/ Pickering in the city of Whittier. It was [protected]. It was around 9:00pm. I asked for a pack of cigarettes (Marlboro). I handed my $2.00 off coupon. He pressed a button on the register then he scanned one of the three barcodes, hopefully the correct one. He said no after scanning. I said no what? He said don't take coupon. I ripped them up thinking o.k. these coupons are not expired received them on [protected] through u.s. mail maybe Marlboro sent me bogus coupons. I purchased instead the ciggario blueberry swisher. I have health problems so I have a taste for tar. But the swisher are strong tobacco. In one hour later my friend went to visit 7-11 the same location same employee she used the same coupons of her own. His register and scanner and my friend barcode on the coupons my friend returned to her home said to me associate scanned my coupons once and she bought a pack of Marlboro and redeemed $2.00 off a pack of tobacco. Now I'm a male and she is a female. I hope it wasn't discriminatory against my gender. That's all I'm asking just seemed very odd conducting business as a loyal citizen of the United States. I have a picture of her accepted coupons on the clipboard and mine which I retrieved from the store trash can indoors. The store cameras have the incident.

In my last Packet there were 2 cigarettes without the ice ball🙁. I kept the cigarettes as proof.
