I ordered on the app at 704 pm and all the other McDonald's I e ordered with have been very efficient but the one in Yadkinville on 601 and 421 were not so much. I arrived and was told to drive around to window. Then at window was not handed a receipt and was told to go on to next window. Upon reaching last window I'm sitting there for 10 minutes no contact they were all looking at sale books talking about what they were going to purchase at Black Friday deals as I continued to wait. So Once I finally get the window to open he says please pull up to the waiting on order area. Then 2 cars behind me go and they pull another one to wait. One employee comes out and ask if I had the order she had and it still was not my order so I'm 25 after 7 and finally at 730 they bring my food out. I'm really trying to figure out how can the app be faster if your employees are not doing their jobs I understand it's a holiday and I truly appreciate them working but please have them do their jobs and not look at sales papers
Claimed loss: Why did it not go smoother I was in a hurry and it took 27 minutes
Desired outcome: Better communication and faster service with great customer service
