This goes even beyond McDonalds, but I am tired of going to all of these fast food places and no one can understand English. We are told that you cannot fire someone for not speaking English, but yet you can be let go for not speaking Spanish. Something is definitely wrong here. The last straw was this morning when I went to McDonald's I ordered what I wanted drove to the first window paid and then drove to the second window to pick up my food. The girl hands me my food and a coffee and I told her I asked for a Diet Coke. She just looked at me, and looked around at the other people, then figured it out. I got my Diet Coke then I asked for salt and she just kept saying salsa, and I kept saying no salt, then once again she started looking around, then figured it out. I realized she had filled my Diet Coke to full and it was coming out of the top all over and filling up my cup holder, so I grabbed the napkins and started cleaning it up, and I looked at the girl and asked for some more napkins and she just looked at me and I kept asking for napkins, and she started again looking around, I was really upset at this point, and told her I need some more napkins now. The girl turned around and got the manager and she came over to the window, and asked how she could help me, and I told her I need napkins because my drink is leaking all over. The manager handed me that napkins and apologized, because she new I was upset. I told her that they need to hire people that can speak and understand English.
Part of my family immigrated here and they spoke German in the home and English everywhere else, they didn't expect for everyone that was an American to conform to them, they adapted. The other part of my family is Cherokee Indian, and they are as native as you get and they even learned English. Why is it that only Hispanic people from Mexico are aloud to have a culture, and me as an American citizen are not aloud to have a culture, demand that English be spoken only, and why are my rights less then people that have broken the law to get here.
I was in Mexico a couple of weeks ago, and no one there was bending over backwards to speak English to me or give me something for free, and I didn't see an American's down there working in any of the places we went.
Something is really wrong here, and we need to make this corporations accountable for the people they hire. Maybe start hiring young American kids that speak English and would like to make some money while going to school.

i ordered 3 big pancake meals only rieved 1 and came back through and couldnt get it cause they told me to pull around and took more t5hen 15mins so0 i had to leave to be at work on time
At the McDonalds at 425W. 7200S. in Midvale Utah, there’s a lady who refuses to serve me through the drive thru unless I use the the McDonald’s App. This has happened on several occasions and it’s only her that refuses service.
Not refund yet it’s been 10 days thats how you deal with costumers
1/31/23 @ 5p. I ordered 3 bacon quarter pounders and 1 was 2 pieces of bread, 2 pieces of cheese and 2 slices of bacon. NO MEAT! HOW IN THE HELL DO U FORGET THE MEAT? Outlandish! They need 2 call this the impossible, cus it's impossible to eat a hamburger with no burger. When I called to complain, the phone rang busy all night!

Ordered drive thru at the Jacksonville AR Main Street location tonite at 8:40. Got home and our meals, 2 #2c's were awful. The fries are old and stale, and the QP...yuck! The employees are incredibly rude as well.
I recieved cold stale fries that was less then half way full in the box for $3.69 and the box had what appeared to be red lipstick on it which is unacceptable and disgusting and my cheeseburger wasn't wrapped in the paper threw the drive thru extremely rude employees and managers

I just learned that you are putting forth Cardi B as an Example for children... I , as a grandfather take my kids to Mcds or pick up Happy meals for them for lunch... I will never do that agin... I will never purchase any food from Mcdonalds again...
Ticket number 16610, walked into the Rushville McDonald's, around 10 a.m. on Tuesday the 7th. I was ordering breakfast, got my good which was good, and in the middle of my meal, the employees were yelling and cussing at eachother, which is very unprofessional.

McCrispy looked nothing like your ad photo as I received no lettuce or tomatoes. The buns were burned and I received two small pieces of bacon. The only thing that was good was the chicken. Sad.

Every week end I get biscuits they mess my order up. Today this biscuits were so hard you couldn’t eat. I tried to take them back they said they couldn’t take them. So I can buy from there but they can’t take the nasty food back?
i have bragged about the coffee at Mc Donals but i have visited the one in fort meade fl it is not at all like i am used to in other places like lake wales fl or frostproof fl or avon park fl and the food is not as good and service sucks no matter what time u are there

Order via app waited for meal drive home . Paid for a double quarter pounder with cheese meal . I live 5 mins from store.
Just worked a 14 hour shift .
So chips were freezing cold not even like warm . It’s was a normal 1/4 pounder with cheese .

i ordered habenaro burger meals from mc donalds and the whole burger was filled with sauce even i cannot fine the burger bun from the extra sauce i am very dissapointed with the behaviour of mc donalds . please solve my problem. the whole cup of coke filled with ice till lid.
I bought a cheeseburger at shadwell McDonalds in East London on the 1st of April at around 11.30pm. When opening the wrapper I found that someone had already taken a bite out of it. I returned it to the staff who jokingly gave me a replacement. Disgusting experience

Please put better staff training in place, so that they can actually fulfill their obligations under their role as a McDonald’s employee.
McDonald's Harrogate, is a health hazard, the bins overflowing, the tables unwashed, food on the floor, twice complained while I was there to no avail, not even a apology. Plenty of staff, poorly managed.
Today 11.4.23 - 8:36 am - I bought and take away the morning mix and mix: nasi lemak + hash brown.
I am disappointed as the rice is not cooked. Therefore, I am not able to finish the nasi lemak. Should there be a quality control before the food are sold to customers, this will not happen.
On April 18, 2023, approximately 8:10 AM at the Hartsfield Jackson international airport in College Park Georgia restaurant 31491. I purchased a sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal. However my biscuit was too hard to eat. When I tried to bite into it, it was very hard and I had to spit it out.

I'm Doordasher. Many issues w/ this location, always after 9pm. Last week, wait an hr for order. Told them it's ridiculous having to wait so long as a deliverer. Last night, waited an hr. At speaker & wait for voice that never comes. 4 cars at other speaker goes. People behind me yelling at me to move. Then say they don't have the order & are rude
Manager verbally attacked a young woman by continuing to yell "I am in charge" until the young woman was in tears. This was in front of the customers. This was at the Farmington NY location on Friday April 28 I think
Three times we have placed an app order and the order was not received. Customer service was very rude, yelling at me over the phone. Refused to give me her name and the owners name. They need better training, definitely in customer service and app training. You di not have to worry about us going through this again.

I bought a breakfast for three people and the three orange juice were diluted with water undrinkable. please have your manager know of the issue, I was not going there to complained because the employees are incompetent.
It says they open at six but you have to wait In drive through for 15 to 20 minutes to get your order taken today is 5/11/2023 it's an inconvenience for many people headed to work I know I have been setting here and so far five people have drove off .
May 11th. about 5:00 P.M. It would be so nice if the bun were larger. The meat, lettuce, tomatoes, etc. fall out of the bun making it messy to eat. Thank you for your concern.

The store is dirty and all of the benches need to be replaced it is difficult to sit and enjoy my Mac and fries with the inside of the restaurant being so far gone.
My son and I ordered large meals at the McDonald's. We always get large fries and a large drink as part of the meal. As advertised. Today, we were told they come with a medium drink unless you ask for a large for a extra charge. It doesn't say that on the menu.

Today 05/30/23 at about 12:10pm today I got Mc chickens with nothing but cheese and mac sauce on it and the first one i ate was fine the second one i was chewing and crunch crunch between my and spit it out in my hand and there glass in my food
The McDonald’s in Stanger opens at 7 got there by 6:55, waited for 15mins and their system was still not ready. No one even bothered to explain to us, what was going on. I’m very upset ended up being late for work.
I go to McDonalds about every morning, and 3 days ago it had me upgrade my app, I had almost 22,000 points and McDonalds took all my points and now i back to 0 points after i upgraded it.
