Midway Nissan I was in the midst of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership

I was in the midst of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I had an approved loan with capital one however their finance department wanted to increase my interest rate so they could make commission so they did not complete my deal.

Midway Nissan I had an agreed upon price of $32000, no extras

I had an agreed upon price of $32000, no extras. After wearing me and my wife out in the business office, being tired I failed to read all the crap. Short story they inflated the price to $34920.36 then added a worthless wax treatment for $348 then somehow put a $4000 charge for a service contract. I only agreed on the advertised price as shown in the attached Photo. that price in the photo was agreed upon by the General Manager after I left the dealership, he (The general manager) called me while I was driving home to Tucson to make things right.

On Saturday February 20 I went to Midway Nissan to trade in my 2019 Nissan Titan and purchase a 2021 Nissan Titan, the salesperson was ***. After signing all the paperwork the finance manager *** said that he would be mailing the papers to my mother *** in *** to cosign and once they received the paperwork back I would be able to pick the truck up. *** said that they already had an approval for the loan from *** bank. On February 22 I texted *** and let him know that I wanted to make sure that the title was a "or" title and not an "and" title because I didn't want to worry about it in the future and he texted back and let me know that it was an or title with my mom and I. I called *** on Friday February 26 and asked if I was able to pick up the new truck and she said yes that all the paperwork was signed and I could come pick it up. I went to Midway Nissan and gave a $1000 down payment plus my truck as a trade in and everything seemed fine as I d

Midway Nissan I bought a used 2013 Volvo XC from Midway Nissan in Nov 2020 my sales person was great the dealership not so much

I bought a used 2013 Volvo XC from Midway Nissan in Nov 2020 my sales person was great the dealership not so much. So here we are in March and I've had an ongoing check engine light issue since January which I just found out today is 4 bad O2 sensors and well they don't go bad in under 4k miles. Cost from Volvo to replace $2,390 in parts, I also had a bad upper engine mount not covered by the craptastic warranty that Midway told me would cover everything. I had to replace the engine mount myself since or I would have been charged another $350 from the dealer. The only resolution I want is they either take the car back or they cover the repairs that should have been done long before I purchased the vehicle because O2 sensors do not fail in under 4k miles.

Midway Nissan On December 13 we purchased with a personal check a 2019 Mustang from Midway Nissan

On December 13 we purchased with a personal check a 2019 Mustang from Midway Nissan. We had two unfortunate issues for which I would never recommend them. Find another dealer.Issue #1 KEY FOB We had a prior experience with losing a Key FOB and it was costly to replace. Given the Mustang purchase we were advised there are the usual two KEY FOBs. Upon leaving with the car there was only one Key FOB provided. We were told they could not locate the second Key FOB. However, they would provide the lost one or provide a replacement. As of December 23, we have not been contacted regarding the second paid for FOB. Our phone calls, emails, and text messages were not returned. We checked on the Internet and got two quotes for $300. Cant describe in words my anger at being scammed out of $300. They must have thought they could scam an couple in there seventies. Issue #2. We were shown a Form ***..Report of Cash Payments Over @10,000 Received in a Trade or Business. They wanted us to provide our social security number. In addition, they wanted us to provide four references, income, account balances, payment history, credit history, and credit scores. Understand Form *** is a joint form used by the *** and the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network to track individuals who evade taxes.etc. We refused to provide anything other than a personal check for the amount due. We were then harassed and treated rudely as the Manager, General Manager, and even the alleged Owner via a phone call stated we were breaking a law by not providing the Form *** information. It was difficult to believe all of these Midway people did not know the definition of Cash. . The personal check we provided for over $10,000 is not cash and therefore Form *** is not required. If anyone from Midway reads this and disagrees. I would refer them to file:///C:/Users/Owner/Downloads/askedquestions.pdf and file:///C:/Users/Owner/Downloads/Cash_Reporting_Form_***_and_Your_Dealership.pdf.
