This has been a ongoing issue since I found this game app! I submitted a customer service request to look into the matter. "automated response" email was done with a person's name, thus my thinking I was dealing with a real life person at the time. Went around & around beating the dead horse & then beating around the bush next to the dead horse, then went around beating another dead horse... You get the picture! None of which actually addressed the issue I contacted them about so I was stupid enough to actually ask for the issue to be escalated. What was polite previously, turned into the monster that ate johnny! The conversation quickly & immediately turned ugly & literally traumatizing as I was thrashed for cheating in some manner, stating "we have tracked your account using exploits to gain an advantage in our leaderboards". They then repeatedly threatened to remove & ban me from their app all the while trying to appeal the outrageous & egregious claim... I wouldn't know how this was possible in any way but this charge is just vague enough to send people reeling & it quickly gets people to forget why they tried to contact customer support in the first place & also gets people to stop trying to get help regarding app issues! So... People join my club, they play, no stats show up ever or players who's stats are showing up aren't accurate which makes you not win weekly competitions. I'm wondering if there is one guy who has created automated responses based off of queued wording in emails... If the person who is asking for help continues to press for help, the "dogs get released" to chase off any unwitting trespassers using the "cheat threat"... Hmmm... Anyhoo... Still have the issue, will continue to have the issue it seems! I was literally about to ask for the matter to be escalated & then I saw the words "please note that this is an automated message." & stopped dead in my tracks! I then looked online for others experiencing issues with miniclip & found this site so yes i'm going to complain! I have all the emails still dating back to 4/6/2020 if you need them.
Desired outcome: This treatment of customers needs to stop. BE Real, BE Honest, BE Responsible for what you create & STOP acting like a Narcissist!

I had about 8million winnings and all was taken away from me because I gave my wife some winnings. They cant simply take all my winnings away. Unexceptable. They could have warned first and if happen a second time then it would be fine. I want all my winnings and my wifes winngs returned. One of our big concerns is connection time out. The game keeps saying slow connection and the other person wins! My connection is PERFECTLY FINE! The entire club is looking for your contact information to complain or just uninstalling the game completely. This is RIDICULOUS. It has been 2 days now. I just want unlink my account with my wife's facebook, please DO NOT REMOVE my account, I already invested a lot of time and a reasanable amount of money in it. My wife accidently logged in to the game with her facebook log in to create an account for our son, that is all that happened. AGAIN DO NOT REMOVE MY ACCOUNT! - this was the message I sent...seems pretty clear to me...
And what did miniclip support do? Remove my account.

Instead of sending standardized answers to clients with problems you would do much better really reading the emails, instead of instantly sending answers that are totally beside the questions.

Immediately after receiving the receipt emails. I cancelled the subscription.
It states that i will still enjoy the benefits until the 17/08/2021.

Approximately every 4th game I play, I will make a shot before the timer changes color or starts making noise, I will see the target ball go in the pocket, and I get ready for my next turn -- but then the game will suddenly say I had run out of time on the prior shot (which I hadn't); it will return all balls to their prior locations (i.e., prior to my shot); and give my opponent the ball on hand.
Approximately every 20th game I play, I will have a successful run on the table without my opponent getting any shots -- but, when I get the 8 ball in (without scratching), my opponent will inexplicably be declared the winner.
Have not received replies from the company directly.
