I have been using Mitchum for years now. I normally use the roll on ,but sadly I have been unable to obtain this item from my local Supermarket. I relented and bought the solid block Mitchum rather than go to another product. Sadly, after two uses the circle at the base if the applicator just turns around without pushing any more of the deodorant up the container. This isn't a cheap item and I do feel rather robbed.

I have been using your product for many years, however I’m disappointed to advise that over 3 cans have blocked on me with 3/4 full. All purchased from tescos online for home delivery. All cans have just stopped and it’s so frustrating as you shake and can hear how full it is. I have remained loyal to your brand even though it’s one of the most expensive at £3 odd a can. Yet I feel you are only half filling your cams with gas and this is very unfair on us the consumer. Please advise how you are going to convince me to continue using Mitchum and what about my £9 I’ve paid for these products that I cannot use

For some reason the roller ball turns but the liquid inside doesn’t come through the roller. I have tried squeezing hard to no joy. No matter what I do the roller is always dry. I know there is product inside the container by its weight. Bought in Waitrose not sure what date.

I am contacting you in regards to your Mitchum deodorant. I have bought 3 bottles of your deodorant recently in 3 different stores.

One of the bottles allowed me to use the product once and then completely blocked up on me. The can was full but it wouldn’t come out.

The other two bottles of deodorant was completely blocked and will not spray anything out of them.

I have been using your product for years now and I am really disappointed to say I have paid money for a bottle of deodorant and it won’t come out of the can. I have always had no problem paying extra for your deodorant in comparison to the cheaper products out there but I have to say I am extremely disappointed and annoyed to say not 1 but 3 bottles I have bought of this Mitchum Deodorant and they are not working.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. i would hope your company could look into this issue as It may be happening for your other customers.

I’m just getting in touch as I would like you to be aware of an issue with one of your products

We as a family use the Mitchum antiperspirant and deodorant range we have been for years in the last 6 months I have product the deodorant spray and 3 separate cans have been faulty I have kept this one if u need me to send it to u they are full can that I have had to Throw away

I have the third can it is full but when I press the trigger spray nothing comes out

I purchased Mitchum Gel Powder fresh Antiperspirant and deodorant in September 2022 at Checkers Westgate Mall Mitchell's plain the deodorant is a gel and was already he deodorant is gel and was already twisted to the top where it wasn't that much gel left inside the gel did have the silver strip on top so it wasn't used it was just manufactured like that. I had to open the applicator in order to get the gel out and apply it with my fingers.

The last 2 mitchum solid sticks I've bought, I turn the know at the bottom and it does not work. The stick inside does not move or come out. So I literally have to remove with my fingers and rub under my arm. The recent one I bought is still new and in tact and does not work. I always buy at Checkers Gordon's Bay I. Cape Town.

The products were bought in August.

I bought two of these and then brought them home and it seems like it is heavy but nothing comes out even a roll the ball around because I’ve used this product before but nothing would come out it’s like it dried out or something or it was dry it out from the beginning there’s no liquid sound

I am now overseas with it it was 100 mL and I had to buy new ones because I thought this was gonna work anyway I can’t really send it back to you because it would cost more money than buying a new one but I have the product and I can take a picture for you

Following our recent communication regarding the amount of antiperspirant is wasted due to poor design of product I am supplying the relevant details as requested.

It seems that they have changed the formula for some reason and the "unscented" has a definite smell, and it is BAD. At first I thought I bought a counterfiet version on Amazon (which happens with products sometimes) but then I went and bought another set at Walmart and it was the same bad smell. It is actually offensive to our whole family. We will no longer be using this product.

I've recently tried your your Natural Power Bamboo Powder Eucalyptus Deoderant 40g and would like to provide some user feedback.

I found this deoderant to be quite effective and enjoyed its use daily. However, when the dispenser seemed to reach its end, I observed that it left several grams of deoderant (approximstely 5-10%) inside that I could not apply due to the arm's curvature. To retrieve the remainder, I needed to get a tea spoon and dig this out and make a paste to apply manually. I have photos illustrating the dispenser issue to share with you if you are interested in seeing them.

This experience leads me to question your packaging design decisions and consideration of ergonomics and the natural environment. I'm a little disappointed as I specifically purchased a "natural" conscious product such as this to help the environment.

Why would the design not allow all of the product to be effectively dispensed?

Overall, I found the design of this product to be a little wasteful, i.e. trapping deoderant inside that I purchased, and consequently not the highest value for money. I hope you can reconsider the design on your dispenser to be both human and planet friendly.

Good afternoon, before be vegan I used to use mithum deodorant. I love it. Now I am vegan and I bought some vegan deodorant. Before was good but I couldn't use until the end because the package of this product. I was using my finger with a lot product inside but was hard to use. I stopped to buy your products because this.i sent a email before, but nobody answer me. Now I saw in the boots a new one I tried but it's impossible you can see the picture . All my t-shirt is white because that cream . I put just a little but is enough to make my dirt.

I have already made a complaint about this deodorant. However, you guys sent me three coupons of $5 yet I can't use more than one coupon at a time so it does not work for the things that I potentially want to buy I don't know if you can give me a coupon that has all the amount on one, which was $15 that would work a little bit better that way I can buy a product and not actually have to spend my own money on it.

Good day

I love using the Underarm Stick - Powder fresh but I have bought 1 in April and 1 in July which I can't use. The turning part just turns and turns but doesn't push the stick out.

This is a very expensive product and I really don't want to change but I can't keep on wasting my money on something I can't use. I don't like using the gel so I would have to go over to another product that has the stick.

Please can you sort this out for me.

My partner has used this and has had two sleepless nights due to being in unbearable pain.

The product has left the skin on my partner BURNT , and casued excrutiating pain and discomfort.

I could not be more angry and dissapointed that such a big company and player in the body product business, would have a product that could cause someone to be in so much pain even seeked medical advice as soothing creams is not softening the pain.

On the product there is also NO labelling that states that it may cause irritation...

I have purchased a woman’s deodorant and it’s won’t roll up it’s the second one I’ve gotten now and I don’t know if there was a whole bunch of default ones put out but I’ve gotten two and it’s a little expensive to be thrown away . As you can see in my video I had to scoop some out to use for work that’s why Some is scooped but it’s a full and send it back it just won’t roll up Thanks Chrissy Mingo

I have bought Mitchum Unscented deodorant for years and have never had a complaint until now. The recent unscented deodorant I purchased was not unscented. I tried using it and it’s definitely less than desirable. I checked other “unscented” Mitchum deodorants and all had that unpleasant scent. I bought a scented Mitchum and don’t like it either.

Deodorant spray doesn’t work you are unable to press down the button !

I’ve just returned from holiday taking a can of Mitchum deodorant with me, again the button became so stiff I couldn’t press down to spray out any deodorant therefore had to go and buy some more Deodorant.. As I say this isn’t the first time this has happened but very convenient and annoying whilst your away.

This has happened three or four times since I’ve been purchasing this Deodorant, I think they need investigation as to why ?

This is the worst smelling stuff ever! I’ve used it for years and never had a problem because it was unscented the new one I bought actually caused me to have an asthma attack. I’m sensitive to smell and now I’ll have to find something that is truly unscented. Really wish I would have known before I put it on I couldn’t even wash it off with soap hardly please go back to the other formula!

I first brought this deodorant on 23rd may 2022 before my holiday. I continued to use the roll one deodorant as well as the spray, this worked well and seemed to be fine the first few weeks.

A couple weeks later I started to notice some discolouring and soreness in my armpits.

I then stopped using the deodorant as this was only since I started using this, and this has damaged and made my armpits very sore and discoloured.
