I bought ANPS Dakar Matic in 2016 with following

last service in June 2019 there was no problem, everything went smoothly and the service was very good from service center. Problems arose when I wanted service in December 2019, the service and spare parts had been charged because the service had been done for 50, 000 KM . somehow based on vehicle mileage, it was reached 22, 000 KM and ownership was still within 3 years old, complain raised on November 29. Very regret my complaint was never been responded by the central Mitsubishi. I just wonder if this problem is so big for KTB that it took a long time to solve it. I want to ask KTB what is meant by "Free services and spare parts up to 50, 000 KM or 4 years. And I also want to ask if all the owners know that the service at KM 15, 377 in the car but maintenance services are carried out by service center for KM 50, 000 services. I have almost hopeless how to communicate with Mitsubishi KTB Indonesia since all channel have been undertaken but no response provided from Mitsubishi.
