Before the service, I informed the technician, a certain Maquiling about the annoying noise that comes from the rear of my car of which he said he will look into it. After the service and when asked about the annoying noise, he told me to just spray the SPRING with high pressure water of which I did and with no positive result. But what annoyed me most is their charges for cleaning of brakes and bolt tightening because my Brake Pad is already damaged and a lot of screws are already loose after 10 days of service and I believe that they did not do anything. They charged me for 10, 660 and most probably, some of the worked requested were not performed as well. Lastly, please remind workers of Zamboanga Motors not to jeopardize the safety of their customers. Worked requested should be performed properly. thanks
Last Dec 10, 2019, I visited Zamboanga Motors, the authorized dealer of Mitsubishi Motors in Zamboanga City to have my PMS after reaching the mileage of 15, 000 kms. At the outset, I informed Mr Maquiling, the technician assigned to my car to look into the squeaking/annoying noise at the rear of my car of which he readily said yes but also added that it is common occurrence among Mitsubishi Strada, as if to say that it is just normal. After the work was completed, I again asked him about my concern and this time, he advised me to just spray the spring with high pressured water as it is only dirty. I repeatedly sprayed the spring but the squeaking remains. I am asking now for your help on how to fix this problem, I even have the bolts all tighten by a mechanic friend as this was not performed during the PMS and my brake pad already damaged(disc lining almost) despite being included in the "work requested" and dutifully paid by me.
