dresses shrunk to an unrecognisable degree
I am a regular customer of modanisa but my latest purchase has left me extremely disappointed.
I purchased 3 lightweight abayas in 3 beautiful colours from modanisa because they were cotton so wouldn't make me too hot.
However, after washing them ONCE, they shrank so much, to the extent that they could not be worn again as they were far too short and their dimensions were completely ruined!
I am shocked because I have had clothes before that were made from 100% cotton and did not shrink like this.
If I had known this would happen, I would not have bought these abayas. I spent £50 on these abayas and they were essentially disposable! Can only be worn once! That is so unacceptable.
What kind of cotton is being used that shrinks to that degree after one wash that they are unrecognisable? I washed them on cold settings that were appropriate for cotton clothes, so this is definitely not my responsibility.
I am very unhappy from this experience and would like a refund please because I think this is completely unacceptable.
The company was quick to contact me and were very cooperative in sending a courier to pick up the items I was unhappy with. They made sure a refund was processed quickly too. Although it was difficult to reach them at first, I am happy with the customer service

I returned a dress/overcoat a few days after receiving it. However, I did not receive any updates on whether it is being refunded or not and have not received the money back. I posted the item back on the 25/08/17 via Australia post and have attached a photo of the receipt.

unreliable company
They didn't write anywhere that they call customers after the order was placed. So I guess I missed their call. BUT my order was paid and all I needed from to know is when they are going to ship it out. But instead of doing so, they simply canceled my order without getting my money back.
As they said I will get a refund in fourteen days.
It's been 2 weeks and still there's no money. Contacting them makes no sense, they are gone and stopped answering. Typical scammers behavior.
my last order
I bought a $55 kubra biriktir dress and I got a different low quality material and colour shade that washed out the first wash and wooled out also. A whole $55 dress. This is annoying as I bought a $42 burun dress earlier and it ripped out just after 2/3 wears due to bring poorly sewn yet I never get any thing tangible out of the customer service due to language barrier.

On the 24th of August I ordered multiple things (blouses and pantalons).
The blouses were really bad of quality. The butons were really loose and when you tie the buttons and (for example) want to undress the dreads are sticking to the buttons.
The pantalons are nice but too big (but I must say that, that could be my own fault. Eventhough it is the right size).
And the biggest thing was: I had order point collar blue tunic, it was a saxe blue colour with black. But what I got was a really lightt blue one (almost white). There also were some black stains on the back and the collar of this blouse (almost as if it was used or something) and the biggest disaster: it is really see through). So I'm not wearing that one. Unfortunately.
This time: the quality of my order was really bad. I'm thinking: never again right now. Because I spend a lot of money of it (also for shipping fee). I'm disappointed this time, because it normally looks really nice. And I really like the clothings lines.

i am so disappointed with Modanisa's services. when i ordered 3 pieces of clothes Modanisa informed me that i'll get the stuffs before Eid and max 1 week
today hits 1 week and when i called aramex in my country i was informed that only yesterday the delivery reached Jordan, i asked aramex if its possible for me to get the stuff before eid and they said no, and to pick them up myself if i want them before eid
i was told by modanisa that i will get the delivery in max one week and more over before EID im so disappointed with the service as i got the stuff for eid and now i have to go get it on my own from aramex
more over why am i paying almost 12 USD for the delivery if i dont get my stuff on time and i have to get it on my own

I would like to make a complaint on two accounts that Modanisa had failed to ensure I receive my order, despite payments had been made.
On the 22 Aug, I made an order total of £32.56 (no: [protected]). The order was supposed to arrive two days later, max, but it never did.
On the 21 Aug, but husband also made an order through the website, amount unknown to me. Again, purchased items have not arrived. Order no [protected]
I did make an enquiry on the 24. The response was

I corrected my address on the website, which to be truthful, was not incorrect in the first place, and is being used for my Amazon order. My postcode is EH1 ILS
Until today, albeit payment made, I have not received our orders, and neither have we received any response to subsequent enquiries made.
The defective items and no response the shipping cost to return is ridiculously high
I had the worst experience with this company. I ordered some items worth 180$ and I was shocked by the awful quality of the items I received! Two without a button and no extra provided, the way they were made was ridiculously bad, the sleeves, the shoulders, everything. The worst part is the shipping cost is on me when I want to return the items from the USA and the cost is about 57 $ to send it with tracking and insurance and 35$ without any tracking and insurance! They could at least set a flat rate cost.
I emailed them about the defected items and it has been a week and I have not heard back.
The customer service is horrible, no answer, no help, no apology! They could not care less now that they sold their awful, low-quality products.
This was the worst experience ever.
White unlined Abaya by Meryem Acar is defected

I am complaining about modanisa's service
It was the second time that I had ordered from Modanisa. On the 26th of July I have ordered a swimsuit. I also have paid for it. I cannot exchange or send back this swimsuit due to hygiene reasons. I was expacting to get my order in one week maximum as it took only 5 days or so for the previous one. After 10 days waiting I started to write to customers support of Modanisa. I did not get an answer for any of my letters. The only opportunity to get news was 24 hours chat. But they gave me standart answers and nothing intrinsically. Finnally, today I got a call from Ukrainian delivery service and tomorrow (10. August) fortunately I will receive my swimsuit. I am not satisfied with such service and I am not sure if I will order anything else from this site. In my opinion, they have to pay more attention to their customers!

I received my order in the mail, and I found a tear in the dress. I did not tear the dress; it is the way it came in. Towards the bottom of the dress on the hem, there is a 2-3 inch rip. I am very upset by this because I paid for my order, and I expect the best from Modanisa. If there is anything that can be done, I would very much appreciate it because I do not want to wear a dress that is ripped. Thank you.

I place an order at the end of June. It was processed on July 1st. I called customer service on July 10th to find out what was happening. I was told I had not provided full address, although when I have checked my account details I can see the full address is there. I then called the shipping dept. Which was holding my order. I provided the address. Then I received a call from customer service on July 25th stating they still did not have my full address. I asked for the payment to be refunded as I needed the clothing items and would need to place an order elsewhere. I was told a refund would be issued. On 31st July I called back and was told they did not I have any details of a request for a refund. I again asked for a refund and have been told once the issue has been resolved I will get a refund. I'm deeply disappointed by the service I have been given. I am a professional and needed modest work wear. This was an order of £132 and larger orders would have followed had a I received a good service. The money has been taken from my card- which I have had to pay on- yet I have not received any good. Please issue my refund ASAP.

I have been ringing them to ask where my items are as I have not received the items since the last 3 weeks and I usually receive them within 5 days. I received a email saying a delivery attempt was made but I never received a slip saying that my item could not be delivered. The email written by your team is not giving me any reassurance I will revive my items, and that money has just been taken. The customer service team have not been helpful and are telling me to wait another week. This is ridiculous. Your team have also been cutting me off when I have been asking for a refund and I'm not happy with the service. If I do not receive a refund I shall take this procedure to court.

I ordered through the website, selected the incorrect size so to rectify I had immediately sent them an email. No response from them so I sent them another email again no response. Decided to try and call and was told it would be resolved. I only get an automated response saying the matter has been resolved only to be disappointed when the delivery arrives it's the incorrect size! Time and money wasted and they just push you from pillar to post with no favourable response.
