I ordered abaya from modansia june 5th i received it just wear it once for few hours when i was out the abaya cloth fro inder arm was cut the cloth it self not the sewing ! I contacted customer service twice and send them on face book page but they didn't reply i want a solution i sent them june 7th and till now o thing it isnot fair please advice

I made two orders accidentally on modanisa.com. I only meant to make 1. I need the second one cancelled. It's order number is [protected]. Please help me fix this because I can't afford to ship the second order all the way back to turkey. I need this issue resolved before the order is shipped. i ordered for 188 euro, however i never recieved a payment confirmation by email, i never saw this before when bying in webshops, later when i went back to check my order basket i saw most items were removed due to being out of stock, they money is taken from my acount, but will are all the items i ordered in stcok and when will they be delivered, and why didnt i get a confirmation email ?

Everytime I ring getting different waiting time every phone call that is made to them
Absolute disgusting customer service a poor retail brand that can not solve their problem giving stupid excuses constant lies to their customers which suprisngly shocked me still waiting for my problem to be sloved

I have ordered 4-5 items from modanisa. After I was done with my order I went to Modanisa's website and searched how many days it takes the orders to arrive. In the website it said " Shipping within 3 days"
It's been a week and my order still didn't arrive yet. I am really disappointed and I would like my order to arrive as soon as possible.

Sorry to make complain, I'm very much fan of tuva shawl and bought a lots of from there, just the first time I got wrong. I ordered 16 the may Tuesday 2017 and got my invoice mail May 18 the at 3:51 am. My total bill was used 34, 25. I requested for tuva shawl 245613 please. Last June 2016, I'm the regular buyer of Modanisa and I spent around $2000 U.S dollars. That means I'm happy purchasing items from them and I want to continue with you. So please consider my current issue.

The order was sent with the top piece and you sent back it comes with no top piece although your customer service team confirmed it is in two pieces when I spoke to them to raise my complaint.

respect your customers..we are not kids!

It's the worst online shopping destination I've ever deal with, it was my first time and it's going to be the last.

But, I'll post everywhere on social media and tell friends not to deal with you at all.

Ordered two lovely tops from this website www.modanisa.com and arrived only one. I was curious about the second top and contacted their customer service to get some information and explanations. I was shocked when their rep called me a liar, never expected that kind of service.
They said that I was sent two top, that both tops were in the package and they simply didn't believe me when I tried to explain that there was only one item inside.
Modanisa gave me a hard time, their representative wasn't nice to me.
I didn't receive the second top and of course they didn't give me a refund.

Hi I am very disappointed in the service I received from modanisa firstly I have not received my parcel every time I call
I either get cut off by the advisor or the other end or they say we shall get someone to ring you back all I want is my parcel if my parcel is lost I would like refund or another parcel sent out to me I am a upset customer and I will not be shopping from modanisa again the customer service is dreadful they need to be put on further training on how to deal with customer and most importantly how to speak to customers

I would never recommend this horrible store to anyone, not even to an enemy! Bought some items from Modanisa and was disappointed with quality. Items looked nothing like pictures on their website and were poorly made and workmanship was absolutely horrific!
I tried to get a refund, but these people didn't give me a chance! They claimed that they stand behind their products and that their items were not that bad as told. Literally they said that I was overreacting. No I wasn't!
As a customer I have all rights to complain if I'm not satisfied with my product. I paid my hard earned money and I was supposed to get what I saw on their site and not some rubbish replica! Do not buy from them, quality is absolutely disgusting!

I ordered many stuff from Modanisa and each transaction I buy 7 or 8 items but evry time there is few items small size I contacted them and sent a proof of size measurements with size chart they have they refunded me one item with half the cost, then I made more orders just one dress cost me $115 I'm a size 42 I ordered 48 just to be in a safe side but guess what? It way too small didn't fit a size 38 lady. I was so disappointed contacted customer service they said I have to pay for return when it thier fault for sending me a wrong size. All thier products are China not European as they describe and you can easy tell by sizes they sent it way to different from the size chart they provided. They said I need to add extra 4 cm when I added 3 sizes up and yet too small. Stay away from this business you just wasting your time and money.

I placed an order n the website modanisa.com in 16-11-2016 and the parcel was lost by chronopost(they tell me after one month -_- ) and I'm trying to contact the costumer service but by phone they didn't respond (i'm calling from france but they picked and it's ringing so I lose moneyand they didn't pick up -_- ) and just receiving automated emails from them! I want them to refund me!

I had made an order a few weeks ago and when I received the order, I was asked to pay 55% of the price as an extra shipping cost. Modanisa claimed I would only have to pay 20%, or nothing at all and yet I was asked to pay 55%. After emailing back and forth with them, they continuously tried to put the blame on me and didnt want to refund these extra costs. They had said that If I dont want to pay this extra cost, I could always ship it back and pay the shipping price which was even more. The started ignoring my emails and I have not heard back from them in 2 weeks, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This website is a scam!

I have ordered something from www.modanisa.com and when my item finally arrived it was all dirty and sticky. I immediately contacted customer service and sent them some pictures, but they replied with a computer generated response. They never helped me and never replied. Only automated messages and that's all.
I'm still trying to contact these people because I want them to refund my money!
Better stay away!

I bought an item from them, and the details is as following:
(113.06 USD + 9.10 USD Shipping) - 15.00 USD Discount = 107.16 USD

But when I got my item, it's written on the price tag only 249 TL which means less then 83 USD!
I should pay only (82.78 + 9.10 Shipping - 15 Discount = 76.88 USD) ... But they took extra 30.28 USD with no reason!

I sent to them. And they just forward me "Order Details" lol.. As I don't know. They didn't write anything else then closed the ticket.

They don't care about customers. Just want more money from international customers, STOP dealing with them

Concussion: FAKE free shipping + FAKE discount. Only buy from them if you are Turkey so you get real free shipping and discount and so much lower prices...

I want to address a problem in Modanisa.com, the currency converting between Turkish lira and USD is far away from real prices, for example a model cost 19.90 TL on modanisa.com is 9 USD, but in real convert its 6.68 USD, so that makes a huge deference in check out when you are collecting your cart in Lira and checking out in USD, so I request that they should fix this issue ASAP. This problem is enough to get coustemrs away from Modanisa . Waiting for a reply. Thanx

I have ordered a blouse from Modanisa website and was charged twice! I immediately contacted customer service and the rep I spoke to was nice and really helpful. I received my money back very quickly. But the worst part is that I did not receive my order yet! I'm really happy that I got a lot of help from them and that they fixed their mistake very quickly, but I'm still very frustrated and worried about my order!

I have been chasing this company since September the 2nd about getting a refund on the clothes I sent back. I sent it special delivery and signed for delivery which was expensive. They are claiming they have not received the product when it was sent with a guaranteed delivery that had to be signed for.
I wish I has read the reviews online before purchasing anything as they have has very bad reviews . It is almost impossible to get an English speaking customer service agent and there is no supervisor or Manager to contact. Honestly save your money the headache is not worth it.
Everything they claim about having English speaking customer service agents is not true their English is very poor and what is worth no one takes any accountability or responsibility. You will be lucky if they one take any notes
This company is happy to take your money.
I have made a lot of calls to Turkey trying to get some answers from them it has almost become a full time job.
Do not be fooled by this company's guarantees and promises.
An absolute disgrace

I placed the order on the website www.modanisa.com, because they promised to ship the item within 48 hours. It was big lie, which I have ever heard from them. They haven’t sent my order and they lied that it was in stock. When I found about it, I immediately asked to return money. But the seller told me that they didn’t return money and it was their policy. Awful services and be aware that they don’t have refund system at all.

I purchased clothes for the gym from the website www.modanisa.com, but it was total disaster. I received the clothes, but the size was too large for me and I have no idea why. I checked all measurements before I have ordered from them. But the size was wrong and the clothes were useless for me. I tried to make the arrangement, but it was too problematic and the seller refused to make any concessions. Avoid this strange company.
