I bought the bonus on Sweettopia @ $48.00 betting $.80. I was on free spin #16 of 19 when the game froze and I was unable to finish the bonus. I contacted support several times to only receive the generic response of “sorry, please provide more details “ blah, blah, blah. I sent screen shots, video screen recordings and Round ID ticket numbers to help resolve my issue. After speaking to several agents via email without any resolution they all just stopped responding and I still haven’t received my payout from the bonus. I’m shocked at their negligence since I have not had this issue with their support before or getting my winnings.

Claimed loss: $262.64 was in my SC credit status and $2542.48 was what the account history ticket shows as my ending balance.

Desired outcome: For my account to be credited in the amount of $2,542.48 that can be proved according to their system and site.

Still haven’t heard from modo as to why I can get my winnings off the game that froze. Missing 2542.48$
