Order #[protected], placed an order for pickup and 20 minutes later than was promised for pickup the food hadn't even been prepared yet. I had to wait another 10 minutes for the food to be made. Moe's Southwest Grill customer service horrible experience

I went to the closest Moe's in my area the address is (7500 Granby street Norfolk VA 23505) I think it says in the receipt the store number is #6068, because I wanted to try it out again for the 3rd time. They usually greet customers as soon as you come in but this one they didnt, but oh well no biggie, me and my sister ordered I few things. They have a long line so I went back in line for my separate order so it wont be confusing to the employees. When I was getting my order they started to be confused about our first order that my sister already paid for, the lady in the first lane said to me that I didnt order a quesadilla when in fact I did and I also heard her say it to the other lady. We didnt make it a big deal but the employees themselves made it a big deal like were lying?! I said that's alright make me one so we can go. No sorry or whatever because it's their fault they were confused. I hope whoever's the manager in this store, please train your employees to treat the customers better. Thank you!

Moe's Southwest Grill moe’s in hanover mass.

Hello, I am email long to express my high disappointment of my recent visit on 9/19/19. Me and my boyfriend are loyal lovers to chipotle and have always preferred it. However, since today was free queso day and having that neither of us had been to moes in years, we decided to try it. One of many complaints was that the workers did not offer the free queso and rushed us through the line. Prior to that there was one employee who ignored the lime of people for a few minutes before eventually calling out two more employees. I brushed this off, working in food service myself I understand and don't have a problem waiting in line. As for the queso I didn't have time to ask but also brushed that off. When my boyfriend ate his burrito however, he put it down and stated it was one of the worse he had. I had tacos without rice and mine were pretty decent but he described that his rice was extremely hard and made him feel like he had grains of sand in his teeth. I really wanted to give you a try but this was not a good first impression for us.

Let me start by saying I'm a fan of Moe's and order the close talker all the time. Today I ordered 2 meals online today totaling 14$. The closer was missing the most important thing: steak. I did an on line order. It was not made correct at all. I orderesd chicken I got ground beef which I can't eat. I didn't get rice black beans. The whole order was messed up and I could not eat it. I live about 25 min away from the location so I couldn't just turn around and go back when I had arrived home. So I had a meal that I could not eat. I have never had an issue and I hope I don't in the future.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Moe's Southwest Grill food quality

Order placed on August 28, 2019 was very unsatisfactory because the rice was dried and. The manager's response and my reply follow:

"Dear John Lind,

Thank you for your feedback regarding the 4710 Town Center Parkway, Jacksonville, FL 32246 location.

We sincerely apologize that you have experienced a less than exceptional dining experience at Moe's. One of the hallmark attributes of the Moe's brand is providing an excellent guest experience. We are extremely disappointed to hear that your food was sub-par. There are simply no excuses for not meeting your expectation of having a great meal. I will go over food standard with the crew to assure that this never happens agin.

Again, thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. Know that you are a valued Moe's customer and we look forward to greeting you with a hearty "Welcome to Moe's" and a Honestly Awesome meal the next time we see you.

"Dear Cami Rodriguez,

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, it does nothing to correct the problem. I was waiting for you to offer, but apparently I will have to ask that I be provided with what I originally expected to receive when I placed the order in question, as the vast majority of other restaurant managers have done without my having to ask.

The fact that I'm forced to do so now indicates that I won't be able to count on receiving what I paid for and have received in the past. I intend to contact Moe's corporate office to pursue this further.

I obviously came here under a misapprehension, as I was searching for the corporate office website, and instead have found a den of trolls who are apparently only interested in unloading their venomous logorrhea on anyone who makes the mistake of looking for useful information. I’v come to expect this from sites frequently by listeners to vitriolic AM radio talk show hosts. Just for the record, if I were looking for restaurants to scam out of free meals, I’d aim a bit higher than one that features fast food burritos.

My brother has managed restaurants for the entirety of his career, holding the position of general manager for the past 10+ years. I’m simply following his advice. You’re going to have to find someone else towards whom to direct your hostilities. I have better things to do…

I call about my food not being right the for the second time and the manager of the location said she would send me a gift card in the mail. Well she sent me expired vouchers to enter into my phone that needed to be entered in may my complaint was in August I spent over $25 in food 2 times. I was not asking for the full amount what I was asking for is to display that your stores changed the quality of your chicken. I think it is not ok to try to correct a situation with expired voucher that couldn't be used and this makes me even more mad about the whole situation.

Moe's Southwest Grill food was missing, employee was rude

I submitted an order through UberEats, included in said order were THREE tacos, and a LARGE queso. When the food arrived, we had only received a small queso and there were only two tacos. When I called the restaurant to have them fix it, I asked them to have someone deliver it to me. They said they had no one who could drive, but I live 15 minutes away and I had no way to get there to pick it up. The woman on the phone began to raise her voice at me and when I asked her why she was being so rude she began to yell at me over the phone and told me to take it up with UberEats. I explained to her that UberEats did not mess up the order, and that the restaurant is responsible for accommodating me because I did not get everything I paid for. They then hung up the phone and I have not received any compensation or corrections to my order.

Moe's Southwest Grill unsatisfactory meal

Hello. I just ordered 2 tacos from the Moes reward app and spent $10 so I could get queso and MEAT on the tacos. I pick it up during my break from school and open the lid and see there's no chicken. When I specifically picked what meat I wanted for both tacos. Please let me know what you can do for me about this because I think it's ridiculous to pay $10 for the wrong shell because they were out which was fine; cheese rice and lettuce is all kind of ridiculous. Let me know what you can do for me to continue a repeat customer at a great restaurant that I truly have enjoyed in the past thank you
