The dining area had only one table halfway decent. The salsa has 3 salsas completely out and when i asked for a refill they said there was none. There was salsa spilled all over the place, chips crushed on athe floors and seats, spills on tables and just despicable and unappetizing. The garbage disposals were in great need to be emptied. In great need of attention. Additionally, the pop machine ran out of ice.

While visiting my local Moe's the employees did not change their gloves after touching their faces, adjusting glasses, and handling money. I was waiting for my Wrong Doug to finish cooking on the grill, a young male employees pants were falling down, his underwear exposed, with his gloves hands pulled up his pants then grabbed my food from the grill. The manager, who did not give her name, witnessed this event out did not pull the young man off the line or correct him. I brought it to her attention. She simply said with a roll of her eyes ‘I know, and'? I asked for a refund of my meal. Which was granted. I will never visit a Moe's again. So please do not offer me anything meals, coupons, etc Teach your employees better and train your managers. Teach them customer service and holding their employees to a higher level of expectation.
I'm absolutely disgusted. You've lost a customer in me.

I received an email today that "all 11 Moe's locations" are offering a $3.79 burrito for national taco day. I went and stood in line for 45 minutes of my time just to get told that's Florida locations. The email was misleading and I ended up paying way more than I thought I was going to be paying today and from someone who eats Moe's often I probably won't be back for awhile. This is ridiculous and my price should of been honored! And I feel bad for everyone else that wasted their time today.

I went to Moe's earlier and I tried to use the 10.00 reward coupon that I have in the app. I also work for Novant health and we receive a discount for working there. At checkout I was given the Novant health discount, but was unable to use the $10.00 reward money. Once you click on the reward you have to use it before the timer runs out. So now I am out of my reward for $10.00 because the cashier said he couldn't do both discounts. My ticket number is [protected]. I am requesting my $10.00 credit back to my account so that I can use it another time.

Went to Moe's ordered a complete meal for my after hockey he was starving and all I had was a $100 bill. The meal came to approx $16 with 2 beverages. They refused to take my money because it was a $100 bill. There was no sign or any reference to the rule of no $100 bills allowed. I had to walk out without food and it was completely embarrassing. Went to McDonalds who did take my $100 bill at the drive through. Can you please explain why this occured and I will avoid Moe's due to this incident.

This was my first experience going into a Moes in over 8 years due to the poor conditions and lack of service then. I decided to try this Moes in downtown Charlotte and was astounded at the poor condition of the restaurant and the lack of customer service as well as the over cooked dried out meats used to make the Quesadilla. After I paid and got the fountain cup I find that the machines are out of all diet drinks! The manager on duty just tells me he did not know that it is out. Since I ordered a diet drink with the meal it would seem logical that someone would point out this before I ordered, waited and paid for the meal. It reinforces my experience that Moes is a substandard establishment and I will notify the hotel, Charlotte visitors bureau and my colleagues about this issue as the manager made NO EFFORT to solve the issue. let alone clean the place or empty the overflowing garbage containers opr clean the tables / chairs / floor.
overall everything
My wife and I were looking for dinner and decided to go to Moes located in Northampton Massachusetts. When we arrived it was roughly 8:15pm and there were two heavier set woman working the counter who had zero customer service skills. Throughout our order we were not able to get all the fixings we wanted as a great deal of them were being thrown out by a heavier set woman with a tattoo on her left arm. I quickly Checked the closing time which was 9 and realized they were breaking down.
I'm a District manager for Chili's and totally understand breaking down at the end of the night but ALL product is still available until we are officially closed. (Not 45 minutes before close) It was easily noticeable they were not super excited we were in super late (they also chose to speak Spanish amongst each other while we ordered which is very disrespectful)
We were never asked if we wanted a beverage and all our food was put in takeout boxes and bags rather than asking if it was for here or Togo. (Clearly hoping we'd get the hint and take it togo) Being in the industry, I can say that togoware cost money. Your employees should ask if it's for here before handing out togo wear. It's also terrible as it gives your customer the Impression you're being booted out.
My wife and I went to sit down and more than half the tables had a small signs on them saying "closed" the ones that didn't have the signs were dirty! Very poor impression. My wife and I wiped a table off with napkins and sat as we were hungry. For a good 5 minutes the two woman shouted loudly back and forth in Spanish to each other ( A lot of swears) the heavier set woman with a tattoo on her left arm took her phone out of her pocket and did something on it then proceeded to touch food and utensils with her hands (Thats a health code violation)
At approximately 8:25 two customers walked in the door. They were not greeted but rather the woman kept talking in Spanish to one another. The customers then said "are you still open" the employees said yes but we have a very limited menu. The two customers said "uhh ok" and order a limited menu but were visibly thrown off.
At approximately 8:35 two customers walked in and again were not greeted. They asked if they were still open and again where told yes but they had a limited menu. These customers walked out.
Two minutes later another two customers walked in and were told right away the menu was "very" limited. These customers then walked out.
A minute or so later an individual customer walked in and asked if they were still open. He was told it was a limited menu. He said he wanted tacos and the woman with the tattoo said "NO" she then said we are pretty much out of everything. This customer then walked out.
For me this was horrible customer service and as business practice. I'm writing to you because my experience was terrible and I want someone to know customers are walking out and money is being lost as employees are getting rid of most product by 8:15 and basically pushing customers out the door. We will never be back.

I have given this place several chances because when they do it right I enjoy the food. I went to the north dale mabry location and everything went well until they took my quesadilla off the grill and dropped half of what was inside on the floor. I stated what happened to the girl in the pink shirt assuming she was the manager both employees looked at the floor the one in pick rolled her eyes and continued what she was doing and the other girl laughed. I was then handed my food and told to have a nice day, now I guess this girl didn't hear me say you to and as I walked away she made a snarky comment. It seems I will no longer be dinning with mo's as they do not value their customers.
