open order since the 10th of October blocking me to upgrade
I was contacted by one of your peoples to upgrade [protected] after confirming all information the incorrect number [protected] were upgraded. I have sent a mail on the 10th of October to cancel and correct the problem. Since then there is an open order on my account that prevents me from continuing with the upgrade of [protected].

IPhone 13 Audio at faulty
I did an upgrade online with mtn. I received the device on the 23 of September 2022, upon arrival of the device the audio is not working and I returned my phone to the nearest Mtn store and the gave me the IRMS number for the warehouse, I'm been calling the customer service office for cancellation they have been busy telling me about the confirmation of the warehouse its been weeks now. They also told me that I will pay my bill once I received the device but now they blocked my cell phone number, how am I supposed to to my work with the phone that is blocked?Mtn is scheme

Billed for the device I have returned last year October
I have reported several times that Mondo and MTN are billing me for the device I have returned last year October as result my name is listed at the credit bureu. When I call both call center they are blaming each but not solving my complaint. The device was returned to Carnival Mall in October 2021. The response I got Mondo is that their courier didn't deliver the device to their warehouse.
Desired outcome: I need this to stop and my name cleared at the credit bureu.

My id number is [protected]. Mondo called me on the 21st of September and offered me a telkom deal which i accepted. They have already deducted the R99 admin fee on the 4th of October. It must take 7 days then for delivery as the guy promised. I have not received my device yet and now when i queried they tell me they are out of stock. I am so unhappy with this now. But they can not tell me when they will have stock available. How can they sell me something that they dont have stock of.
Desired outcome: I would like my device be delivered on Friday 14th October.
And they still dont have stock. WTF?
Poor service and wrong delivery
A consultant called to offer me mtn mondo contract which I accepted, Sim card was delivered as promised and I supplied all necessary documents for sim card activation. 2 days sim card was still not active, and a week later it was still the same that's when I decided to call mtn. Only to find out the sim card that was delivered was a wrong sim card, the sim card in my contract profile is different from the one I received. Someone somewhere is using the sim card activated with my details, and the debit order of R250.60 went through when I'm not even in the position of my sim card.
I am so disappointed at mtn, I cancelled my contract and I am hoping it is successfully cancelled.

Contract Cancellation/Reversal
I took out a contract on the 11Aug2022, the phone was then delivered on 17Aug2022. Upon arrival I noticed that some of the apps don't work and I took the phone back to the nearest MTN where it was collected on the 19Aug2022. Ever since then I have been trying to get the contract cancelled/reversed however I am not getting assistance. Ever time I call I get different stories.

False sale
On the 9th of May 2022 I received a call from selling me a laptop for R129 pm. I received an sms that the deal is for R433.91.
I did not sign up for this.
Cancel the deal and collect the laptop.
I have been an MTN customer for such a long time to be defrauded like this tells me you guys don't value your customers. It is upsetting to thunk that someone would take their time to call and lie just to make a sale and ruin my reputation.

I have been sending emails. I have been told that the call recording was reviewed and that the case is in my favor, still the matter is not resolved. I threw away the box as I trusted that the company was selling me a deal that was honest,fair and truthful. Had the consultant advised that they were selling me lies I would have kept the box. My life cannot be ruined just because I threw away a box for something that I had intended to keep for the rest of my life.
DSV has collected this laptop twice and it is in the same condition I bought it on, I will not be held liable should it get damaged as I did state that I don't have the box . Must I get a random box for this to be sorted?!
Desired outcome: I want the deal to be canceled and the laptop collected. MTN bill settled.
Billing
I approved a Debi Check of R47 with mondo and instead of billing me r47 for the first month they billed me r300, i tried to fix the issue and they said they will investigate yet the following month they randomly debited r700 and then the next month they debited a thousand rand...my number is [protected]. The deal was for the 60GB sim only deal,, now i have been blacklisted and i missed out on a job offer because of Mondos incompetence ,
Desired outcome: why am i being billed 3 times more than the initial agreement
New upgrade on my mtn cellphone contract
The guy that phoned me from mtn said I can pay the outstanding amount off in 3 months with my new upgrade. So my account will be just over R3000 a month for 3 months and then I will only pay for the new upgrade.
Now this month my account is over R7000 thats not what I agreed to.

This is the last I have heard from Mondo Mtn. I ASKED MTN TO FIX MY MTN ACCOUNT. BECAUSE IT IS SUSPENDED. WHEN I UPGRADED I ASK FOR THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT TO BE DEDUCTED IN 3 MONTHS WITH THE NEW CONTRACT AND THE GUY THAT PHONED ME SAID HE WILL DO THAT. Mondo and MTN
In April 2022 I took my mifi device in to MTN as it wasn’t working. Finally the end of May they got back to me saying it’s a faulty device and it will be replace however I did the deal online with mondo so MTN can’t help me. I need to contact mondo.
I then contacted mondo who told me they have to check back with MTN to see if it’s a faulty device and then they will CANCEL my contract and I can apply for a new one as they do not replace faulty devices. My contract was then cancelled by Mondo. June 2022 I receive a bill from MTN where I’m charged for cancelling the contract. I immediately logged a query with MTN and mondo. I follow up weekly and it’s now mid August and I still have no credit even though it’s been promised by both multiple times.
In this process MTN has cut my phone off twice, I’ve had to go in store MULTIPLE times and call back and forth to mondo and MTN and still have no results. MTN is also now threatening to report me to the credit buro as I refuse to pay the cancellation fees.
NEVER EVER purchase a contract from Mondo online and for future references also do not do business with MTN. I will be moving to vodacom as soon as my cellphone contract expires next year

Poor Service
I cancelled my contract with Mondo/Mtn in May 2022, because off incorrect info regarding the contract. They agreed and accepted the cancellation.
On 21 Jun 2022 they collected their router from me. 1 July 2022 MTN debitted my account for the contract. I reversed it at the bank. 1 Aug 2022 MTN again debitted my account and they reversed it again.
Only feedback I get from Mondo is that they are investigating the matter or blaming it on MTN.

Mondo your scammers and lies, busy ruining my credit record, still finding a way to sue you people if possible, you have complicated my life, you assured me that my contract was canceled 2021 I even have proof, but now am I have been getting calls from all credit bureau centers because after they call I sent them proof, drop it for a while and now another one you have bored me for life will never buy from mtn or mondo.. The worst... They invite you with a smile but they never want you to leave
Not getting any response on email
I opend up a contract, and emailed all the necessary documents they requested
I made a query online and still says that i dod not open up a query everytime

Good morning. I'm Mbongiseni Mavuso, I applied for a laptop contract with mtn late March this year and it was delivered on the 13th of April 2022. But before delivery I asked what was the size of the hard drive on the laptop and I was told it was 500 Gb, to my surprise on delivery the laptop had only 64 Gb. I launched the complaint on the 13 th of April and later on after investigation I was sent an sms alerting me that my complaint was null and void. I was applying for a contract phone then my contract got declined now I shocked j got an imail stating that I applied for an insurance cover and I don't know of that please assist or cancel my cover or I am taking this matter far.

I was approved for 2 separate contracts for the Samsung A53 5G so that means 2 phones and 2 contracts for R500 each p.m .on MTN I received only 1 phone and was sent the payment mandate for a debit order of R1000 pm for 2 phones. I'm getting the run around now between mondo and mtn .where is my other phone? If you go to your recordings you will pick up I was approved for 2 phones and 2 contracts.
