No delivery
I ordered an upgrade on Black Friday (30 Nov) - it has been almost 2 months with "NO STOCK", however MTN are still advertising the stock and this is their affiliation?
The support is useless.
They need to honor their contract special and deliver my devices, I have bought the covers for the phone in anticipation.
I have been calling and emailing once a week with no help what so ever.
Desired outcome: MTN should arrange a different service provider.
Never received my contract device
I ordered a black Friday special contract, I was told over the phone I'd receive my contract device in 8 business days.
After A MONTH of emails and complaints I was finally replied to... just to be asked for all the documents and to re-undergo the process I already had with them.
And to top it off, they only asked me for the documents AFTER I emailed them asking what's the progress on my order (13 January), even though on the 10th they notified me they have my documents and are completing my order.
Desired outcome: I want my contract that I ordered, with a valid explanation as to why Id have to wait over 30 days for a device promised to me in 8.
I am in the same boat - Black Friday Special is SUCH A CON! They are telling me that they do not have stock of the devices.
I am disgusted that MTN is affiliated to such a terribly poor service.

I am beyond furious writing this complaint. On the 10th of January I received a call from mondo, offering me a fixed LTE line. The package sounded good, and the consultant that called me is Steven Osman. He is a liar and gave me incorrect information. He advised me that I have been approved for a LTE line for R499, he done the application and told me it was approved, and the product will be delivered to me on Thursday. Today I called Jerusha Naidoo told me I'm declined, coz I have a zero credit score.
I am furious, I cancelled my current wifi provider, as he confirmed I was approved. Please listen to the call. He even sent me a contract of this. How can you send contract if I'm declined.
The service from Mondo is pathetic. I asked for a supervisor, there is no supervisor or manager, no CEO as well. How does a company exist without these things

Inability of service
Mondo MTN is extremely incapable of providing service. I have unsuccessfully upgraded through Mondo MTN in November 2020 due to a shortage of stock, after several engagements of the phone and complaints of disappointment with several empty promises from Mondo, no results. I still haven't received my order a year later and when trying to cancel my order they give you a run around, drop calls and assure you that emails have been sent to enquire with no proof. I am extremely disappointed after several calls to drop my order which was promised only to take 48hrs, 5 days later this is still an issue. MTN has no direct access to Mondo's system to try and assist which is unacceptable.
Desired outcome: MTN should suspend all services with Mondo effective immediately.
Recruiting service
I believe this company is a sham. The job descriptions they email to me are a phishing expedition. I've received countless job postings from them. I replied to the early ones expressing interest and asking for more information plus attaching my resume as requested. Haven't been contacted once.
Perhaps coincidentally, I've been spammed by several other "recruiters" via phone and text. All other resumes I've sent out to other recruiters only have my email. I mistakenly forgot to remove my phone number from the one I sent to Mondo.
I finally messaged the recruiters via LinkedIn. They assured me they are a reputable firm. Still haven't received any responses - perhaps I'm not what they want in a candidate but I'm no longer interested in dealing with them.

Phone contract
I was surprised by how quick their service was when it came to putting through the sale. Got a callback and delivery within a week. Just to get the WRONG phone. I asked for a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE and got a Samsung Galaxy A32. I requested a cancellation and then was told that I had to find a way to get it back to an MTN store - 3 weeks ago - which I did and sent the IRMS number and I'm still waiting on cancellation confirmation.This morning I got debited for a phone I don't even have!

Mondo contacted me for n data package, i was told it would take 3-4 days to deliver, it has been 4 weeks now and no contact from them
They deducted money from my account every month for something I don't have
I would like Mondo MTN telecoms people to take my name off their collections as I have never had any contract with them.
They called me for a deal and sent me the simcard, which I never even activated as Mondo deals with setting up the simcard, when I realised this is a scam and I can't even go to MTN to sort this out but my provider is MTN. Doesn't make sense, then I called Mondo and cancelled everything and said they should confirm with me once it is canceled. They called me to confirm that it was cancelled and every month I had to dispute the debit order because they still keep deducting money off my account for something I have never used.
I need this to happen as an urgent matter, because this will affect my credit score and I won't be liable for something these corrupted companies are busy with.

I requested a proof of purchase for my Samsung galaxy S21+ two weeks ago last week they responded saying they sent a request to dsv and they will send it when they receive, i do believe that this is unfair because i now am sitting with a device i cannot use and Samsung has advised they cannot assist unless i provide the proof of purchase. Scammed and given 2 sims intead of one
Hi . I have been scammed into taking a mtn data sim by mondo through the call centre. Firstly they do not tell you exactly how the data package is distributed. They make it sound like a good deal. Then i was sent 2 data sims instead of one. So each month i am paying for 2 and only using one. Please do not deceive people. Remember God is watching

I have the same problem. I did an upgrade online on the 10th of September, went to mtn store the next day to cancel they took the device and told me to contact Mondo for cancelation, up to this day i am still paying for something that i am not using and cellphone number is now home data i can't make any calls. Mondo keep giving me stories, MTN can't help because the upgrade was done by Mondo. I don't what to do anymore.
MTN SIM Cancellation
I am very disappointed with MTN and Mondo.
I bought a sim only online for data and the sim was delivered on the 29 of July 2021. When i inserted the sim it wasn't registered, on Friday the sim wasn't working on my phone because it needed a home router.
I logged a cancellation on the 2nd of August and i was promised the cancellation will take 7 to 14 days to be finalized. Till date the cancellation is not done and MTN deducted on my account while I've never used the sim.
I always follow up with Mondo but I am always told they are escalating the matter. It's been a month now and I need my refund as well as the cancellation to take place urgently before they deduct another amount. My ref no: RCO129220
I called Mondo today and they advised that my cancellation is not done. It's been almost 2 months now and MTN will deduct the money again while i logged my cancellation on time.
Kindly note that this is an urgent matter and i need it to be resolved urgently. This whole this is very frustrating, i was told cancellations only takes 3 weeks but till date my contract for the router is not cancelled.
I have never used the sim as the phone that i am using doesn't support it

Poor service
I ordered router online in june 2020, I returned it the same month the cancellation began. but even up to now the cancellation did not happen, the account is still active I am billed every month for something i dont use. i made several follow up but nothing happens.
