I used this card. I like the statement is quite clear to read. But when there is issue with the transaction, then is like a hell.
I have order Walmart item with this debit card that I have with, however, the order was cancel because the system is down.
And the refund usually is only 3 -14 days.
This dispute form, customer service, fax received document, mail received document and everything is a naught. NO ONE IS WORKING. It had to held up my refund for over at least 105 days. DO YOU BELIEVE THAT?!
What a prestige financial firm. And the money refund I am talking about is around $150. Walmart just sit there like a pig. I have called them at least over 30 times in writing in chat box and calling at least 5 hours talking follow up and f/u. They don't care. And this money network is like Pay Pal. Over all make people unhappy in customer service. Regarding dispute handling time management is disaster.
I do not know what to say after I had read some review of this Money Network financial in complaintboard.com. It is threaten. But for sure is they will reply. I hope. [I do not know why 2 days things had to take over 100 days to finished, only if it is a scam, because they will never follow up.]
I am very unhappy with this Money Network. I was very delight to know this company in early this year. But now I faint.
I am now get used to it. This EDD card bank is different. If you dispute, you needed to call and file paper and mail to them with 10 days. And the will mail you papers again. And it take really long time to dispute per transaction. But they are trust able as my view. But just slow in a reason not like Paypal type forever felt like a joke or something even make you felt lost and cry leading by their staff advise.
Other then that is no problem for me now.
THANKS FOR THE COMMENTS FROM PUBLIC. Actually I am quite a person like the the public comment said. However, after the covid almost 6 years. I have at least the fact and got hurt from bad faith over at least 100 cases. The rest like over 1000 scam calls letters email customer etc. Of course some bad people in the office even dropped my case even I called and followed up, there still not assist in detail and patience. I have thrilled. Hence, I am still me. In 2025 I am started this new adventure to file case in court to get back my belongings, asset and damage injuries at work and tons of assaulted for no reason because of the USA homeland security is bad and government did not help for people got ID robbed and thing like that. And yes, I RECOMMENDED money network, if you are a more sophisticated older age of working class woman in office or labour work people has a house. Nowadays the bank is very lousy. Please be safe with all you saving and loved one in these years of war time. Happy new year in 2025!
You need to go straight to the top with this. Contact Money Network's highest management and demand immediate action. Make it clear that their lack of response and poor service is causing you serious frustration. Don't let them ignore you. Be persistent and let them know you won't back down until you get your money back. Stand your ground, and make sure they understand you're serious about getting this resolved. You deserve better treatment, and they need to deliver it now.
