horrible customer service, horrible company
My card has been on hold thru money network since January. I've done everything they have asked for and they are still refusing to unhold my money. I have a 9 month old son who I need to provide for as well as bill that need to be paid for, I've been struggling with them and they are no help, they only say, sorry for the inconvenience" and tell me they never received my fax over and over. This is really frustrating and I don't know what else to do. I can't even transfer my money off my card to access it but they sure can charge me a maintenance charge for not using it when it's because of them that I cannot use it.
money disappearing on my card
Every week for the last three weeks I have been getting money taking off my card that I have not done myself or anything. I am tired of it and if it keeps happening and you guys can't get better with customer service then I am going to go to corporate. I work hard for my money and will not keep letting this happen it's really frustrating and isn't right. But Every time I try to fix this and talk to someone you can't ever get a hold of anyone.
dispute department
I had my husband go to the ATM with my money network card and withdrawal $120 dollars off of the card the ATM machine never dispensed the money but it was taken off of my card and I had to file a dispute against the charge and they told me it would be 3-5 business days well the days have passed and still haven't seen anything so I called the manager of the dispute department and they stated it wasn't anything they can do so they pretty much robbed my money and they hang up the phone on me their names is Steve at extension 22103 and Robert at 25001 they are very rude and unprofessional.
I have filed a lawsuit against Money Network. I too have become a victim of there fraudulent act. I went to the atm tried to pull out money recieved an error code and was told to wait 3-5 business days and I would be able to get a credit and still nothing. So I hired a lawyer and will be seeing them in court.
Hi. I had the same identical situation...every week i take my wife's atm money network card to withdraw her pay check out and for the past few years have never had any issues until tonight...atm would not dispense the $340 and even had said my last transaction was canceled so i assumed money was still there and atm was probably just out of money so i went to another bank atm to pull the exact same amount out and it said insufficient funds...called to check balance and it was as if i had already pulled the money out at the previous atm that said last transaction was canceled and no money dispensed. Called money network and was told something about having to wait for a form to be mailed to her to file a dispute an she has to mail it back but my question is when will she ever receive her money back and did you ever eventually finally get yours? After reading this & so many other complaints i am very concerned that she will not get her money back anytime soon and bills plus our 6 cats that will now have to go hungry bcuz of this happening? Very wrong an don't get how something like this can happen out the blue so fast yet cant get your money back just as fast or quicker even would be nice
won't send new card
I spoke to a man who said his name was Rain, he refused to give his last name but said his ipn number is 2420205, he refused to put me through to someone higher up then him. I gave him my social security number and last known address to verify who I was so that i could change my address in the system so i can order a new card since mine is damaged and he kept insisting he needed my last paycheck information. I told him the date and how much and he kept insisting I was wrong and i kept trying to tell him i dont get paystubs everything goes straight to my money network card. I have been with money network for over a year and this is ridiculous. If the issue isnt corrected I would like to switch service providers in which I receive my income.
This is a normal procedure maam if youre going to update anything in your account. Just think of this way, do you like someone- friend, coworker, family to access your account? They might know your ssn and some of your personal information and you want customer service to update the address easily? Is that what you want? Money network is just doing its best to secure your account. You should be grateful.
I was charged for something I never paid for.
I was charged $103 for Amazon prime and I never paid for that nor do I even have an account with them or want one with them. I never set anything up for Amazon prime, and I am in Texas right which is pretty far from my home and am very inconvenienced by this unauthorized transaction. I was just wondering if you could figure it out and somehow get my money back and find whoever has my info. Thank you.
I'd
withholding money
I haven't been able to access my hard earned money for about three weeks and it really sucks because I work hard to get my money yet here is an issue ooooing up even if I have sent my personal information more than three times. This company lacks professionalism and customer service is trash and repetitive. It's like they only have two workers answering the phones

To whom it may concern, Once again the website and app has crashed and is continuously stating that there is "no internet connection ". When of coarse there is. This is a disturbing reaccuring problem I am hoping you can soon find the the solution to. Falsely putting blame on the internet connection is very frustrating to your customers. Thank You. Sincerely, Vicky scogin
money network services
My son's card was stolen, he cancelled it but yet the next day 1500.00 was transferred to another account, how is that possible? Then he gets a letter stating there was no error & the case is closed, someone needs to be retrained at this company because it doesn't take a blind man this long to see & fix the problem. There's some issues within this company obviously as I read all the complaints, but don't think for once this case is closed because I'm going to get an investigator to investigate you and see where all this money is going!

I just received the same email, and very-well may have fallen for it. Called the number listed, customer service was, in general, unable to assist/had little clue as to what was going on. I (unfortunately and regrettably) provided them with my SSN. Am I screwed? Is this indeed a scam?
unauthorized transactions
In may 20 2017 I received two unauthorized transactions from a Walmart.com that total the amount of 540.00 I called for a despute but my despute got denied it's been almost a month I been trying to get a hold of Stephanie and Steve and no luck I'm stressing out because I have a past due car payment that I cannot pay yet I went to a BOA but they could not help me do to money network is not part of them please I need my money
Wrong I called right away when the transactions were being made and Bank of America Money Network has the authority to freeze the account but they chose not to do it because they said the transaction had to be processed first before they did anything . So no my problem is with the Bank of America Money Network and it's been 3 months and I yet not received any letters from them so your comment is irrelevant
Its not money network who got your money but the merchant itself. Please settle it with the merchant.
debit card fraud
I am in Florida and today there are 6 charges on my money network account from a Macy's in New York City that I did not purchase or use my card for. It totaled 789.32 dollars. I called and spoke with a rep and she informed me there is nothing you can do until the transactions are not pending. How is that possible? The money was from my school refund on to your money network card and I am a victim of identity theft. How can I get this resolved asap?
I had an unauthorized transaction for 80 bucks occur on my account on 3/11/18 from a gas station at 2am in tampa florida. I reside 2.5 hours away on the other side of the state in satellite beach florida. Not only is their process for resolution, ridiculous and slow, snail mail a complaint form to my address, which im told to fill out and mail back, but the people in their call center are very hard to understand, and do not seem to care that a card member was robbed.. As soon as humanly possible, i will be cutting up this card and dumping this account, and i will also never do any business with bank of america.. I will also be plasterimg my experience all over facebook, instagram and the rest. The way in which they handle one of their customers getting robbed is beyound comprehension and i hope to persuade as many people as possible from using this payroll card.!
money network card
Withholding my money for no valid reason. There is a small balance on the card issued by my employer and they have my account frozen for no reason. They have asked for personal confidential information which I have provided (at a cost of $3 to me) but they continue to refuse to release what's left on my account. They have also deducted unreasonable service charges from my account.
unauthorized charges
$209.95 was taken off my card on June 21 2017 without my authorization.. I called & have been getting the run around about getting my money refunded to my card.. it shouldn't take 60days to refund my money to me & then they gave me a fraudulent email address to submit my complaint to.. today is June 29th & I still haven't received my money or the transaction dispute form.. they know exactly who done it but still claiming to need proof & more time to investigate
Good morning maam, this is the correct process for dispute. You will receive a dispute letter within 3 -5 business days after you call customer service. You should fill up and fax the letter back with in 10 business days to be eligible for the provisional credit. For the provisional credit, there is no exact time frame for that. You will be receiving a letter if you are eligible or not to receive the provisional credit. Once the office receive the dispute letter, they would investigate it within 45days - 90days and would inform you about the result.
I know your upset about the dispute maam, but its not a valid excuse to post this matter most especially if its not clear. Be honest Maam, if you didnt understand the process, just ask them. They will be explaining it to you in detail. You should not be mad, instead you should be grateful that Money network is trying their best to solve the problem.
Did you ask yourself if its the money networks fault that theres a problem in your account? Its your fault right. You should be responsible for your own card. You should be responsible for your own card.

I submitted a claim from when I was in the hospital. I submitting supporting documents from the hospital. It was still denied. I am a single mom with a failed kidney. I check into a hotel in on 06/09/2017 for my birthday getaway. .So we get into the room and it was not what we thought. The night clerk said that she didn't charge my money network card and the funds should be on there, not all I had 2. on my card and 300 miles away from home. So I called money network they said go to merchant and have them fax the nessary documents needed to get my money back so I could get home, so I did. Well needless that wasn't the outcome, I told them I was stranded with 2.00 in my account and 300 miles away from home. They said well in 1 business day you should have your full refund so here's today 06/12/2017 with no resolve they keep pushing it off on the merchant but they have done what they were required by money network. I hate that I even got this card through my employer, the customer service representatives don't understand you or can barely speak English. I'm just out done
So it's now been 5 days and still no money return back into my account. I have spoken to the merchant again they have faxed the information again to Money network, still nothing. And now after 5 days Greg a representative from Money Network has asked my to file a dispute over my funds now I have to an extra 10 more days to get back money that you guys took in less than one second . This unfair and unjust to employees who works hard for their money to have it high jack from Money network. Class action lawsuit is next
keeping my money from me

all i want is the money owed to me from my paycheck, thats my hard earned money, i did nothing i should not be punished and have to go threw all this for money owed to me from a company when ALL there computers state that the atm didnt give me any money... i need legal help
lost money
My employer deposited $172.93 on to my card on May 25, 2017 today I'm checking my account and it says I have $29.46. Between May 25, 2017 and today June 5, 2017 I have made $72.87 in transactions that should leave me with a total of $100.06 in my account on top of the pre existing money that was already on my account from the previous deposit from my employer. My question is, where is the remaining $70.60+ that should on my card? Is there a system malfunction with the app or am I getting robbed by your company? May I add this is not the first time this has happened. I've called customer service and I get an automated response saying you're having technical difficulties. I need answers, so I'll be waiting for your response.
You can register to the www.moneynetwork.com website and check the transactions there yoiurself. Money network is not charging you anything. Its you who uses your card so you must be responsible for it.
won't let me fully login
I've tried a thousand time it seems to try and verify my email and phone number so I can move to the next step. However, every time I try, it says try again. I'm extremely unhappy, unsatisfied, disappointed, and all of the above because I can't see what's going on with my card period. I would like to get some help if possible. Please make improvements to your app or do a check up on it because it's disfunctional.
