I sent a dispute form thru email to solsparkchdispute on Dec 12, 2018. I have not heard anything from this. I was charged on Dec 1 2012 of 5 charges to money network card. The company I was charged for is GDM Packaging PVT LTD for the following amounts $73.99, $71.73, $75.50. The 2 other charges were for LYFT for $15 and $6.57. The purchases were made in India and I have never been to India. I would all my money put back
into my account.
not closing out a reported stolen debit card account/ fraudulent use of second debit card
I am a United States Veteran and Senior Citizen writing you concerning a matter that happened in October 2018 regarding my payroll account. I worked for Elite Staffing during the month of October I received two direct deposits to my Money Network card. One direct deposit was for 329.48 and the balance was 331.71 that was on October 2, 2018. Then on September 11, 2018 a direct deposit was made to my payroll card for 232.80 the balance was 234.59. I submitted a police report for the incident that took place on October 2, 2018 and I am still waiting for a claim form to be sent to me for the September 11, 2018 incident as well. I also; reported that my wallet had been stolen to the Elite Staffing located in Joliet, IL that's the office I work out of from time to time. I also; reported my debit card stolen to Money Network.
On October 2, 2018 I filed a police report concerning my payroll card and wallet being stolen, which I have a copy of. I also; spoke with one of your representatives concerning the account ending in 2695 and debit card ending in 2731, which the 329.48 was taken out of an ATM and a withdrawal fee was applied. I asked specifically, why when the card was reported stolen was it not immediately cancelled? The response that I was given was that there were transactions still being made so, therefore the card remained open. If a debit card has been reported stolen by the owner it should be immediately cancelled! The second payroll card which ended in 1774 and account number ending in 1739 had a deposit made to it for 232.80 and a balance of 234.59 on September 11, 2018 this card was never in my possession. Now, tell me how can there be two different payroll cards with two different account numbers which has two different pin numbers attached to them and someone is still able to extract money from each account! I have proof of everything that is mentioned in this letter. On the payroll card ending in 1774 there were two transactions made at BP gas station, one for 23.78 and another transaction for 29.29 on the same day September 19, 2018. I didn't purchase any gas because I don't own a vehicle. Then I'm sent a letter stating that my claim has been closed. By all means this situation is far from over, I have alerted the Illinois State Attorney General's office and the BBB. I will also; be getting an attorney and involving the State of Illinois Veterans Administration.
I will advise that this case be revisited and reopened, there will be documentation included with this initial letter of notification.

I have been trying to get this matter resolved since august. On august 23 I got ready to use my card to make a purchase and noticed I had no money in my card, but this particular day I notice I deposit $100 to this card plus money should already been on the prior too... It was a thursday called money network service to let them know, was suppose to have received a dispute paper in the mail; never came! I called on a sunday since I did receive a new card and spoke with a new rep. She told me to email the issue at hand what was going on and they would look into this matter. I received a letter in the mail weeks later saying my claim was denied. Then I called back to see why, spoke with another rep, he told me to send transactions, dates and etc. About the matter, done that too. Then weeks later a letter comes, denying my claim! I didn't use playstation, and make these charges, I will keep disputing this matter until my money is refunded! I don't understand how someone can take money and the company not back them up!
both atm's did not despence any money

I used the atm machine @ work, which Is JPMorgan chase on 9/27/2018
approx. time 11:57 pm, after the atm tried to process the transaction which was 340.00 the machine posted can't dispense money & can't accept a deposit. I called money network, they said they will send dispute forms, then used the 2nd
atm & transaction was denied so I tried again as credit, also denied due to insufficient funds, so I called money network back & they told me I can only withdraw 260, 00 dollars due to a 600, 00 limit even thou I did not receive any money the first time so I tried to withdraw the 260.00 & didn't receive any money
as what happened with the first atm so I called back money network & they stated they will send 2 forms.
I received one form for both transactions on Saturday 10/6/2018, then mailed It out on Monday 10/8/2018, I called money network on Thursday 10/11/2018
& they did not receive anything yet, so I called again on Friday 10/12/2018
& I was told to send an e-mail

As per policy of my my then employer, the first paycheck was to be paid on this prepaid Visa card. Because I was working on contract only when needed, I received this card with only an hour of pay on it, which after taxes was about $45. I was unable to use the initial card, despite trying at multiple locations. I called the customer service at Money Network, and was given the runaround so I hung up with the intentions of calling on another day. When another day came, I actually spoke to a very helpful, well-articulate individual who claimed to resolve all the issues. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with her, but at the end of the call I had a new card shipped Express mail at no cost to me, and the maintenance fee assessed was not going to be charged since it was not my fault they sent me a card that didn't work. I received the card with my balance, minus the fee I had been promised would be reversed. I called again, and spoke to someone who did not speak English very well at all. I could not understand her, but I did understand the jist of the call- she was not going to help me and reverse the charge despite the previous representative promising me the contrary. So this company not only sent me a malfunctioning card, they also stole $5 of my money in the process of "correcting" their mistake. I will avoid this company at all costs in the future. I can't stand a thief.

On Friday 9/14 i found out my card was in hold i had paper work sent two to release the hold they are giving me the run around and they refuse to allow me to speak to a supervisor im requesting to speak to someone my name is Joanna my number is [protected] i have tried to speak to a supervisor about 10 times im currently on hold but nobody has come to the phone i have been holding for 25 minutes
fraudulent atm withdrawals
On September 8th 2018 I used my debit card for two transactions in Hueytown, Alabama. Within a few hours someone withdrew over $500.00 wiping out my account from a 7/11 in Maryland! I never received any alerts that someone made 5 balance inquiries and two withdrawals over a 1, 000 miles away from where I live! Now I'm being told I have to fill out forms to dispute these withdrawals and still may not ever get my money back! How much more obvious can it be that I wasn't the one who made these withdrawals?! Money Network has awful security and act as if it's your fault that this happened. I have 3 children and bills to pay. They also tell you that unless you have given your card and pin number to someone they can not make ATM withdrawals knowing that is a lie! All employers giving this pay card to their employees need to find a better company ASAP!
Same thing happened to me. Good luck getting your money back. We called within 24 hrs and filled out the paperwork. They took 6 weeks to get back with us. Sent me a letter declining claim, saying claim had been closed due to inconsistent conflicting information. How is that? Used ATM at gas station where I live, Omaha Ne and the next afternoon I had my account wiped out from ATM withdrawals in Houston Tx. This company needs SUED!

It's saying my card is invalid when I call when I try to rest my password I can't log into the application on my phone but my card was working just fine before why is your company just hanging up on me and how can I transfer out my money ! Im not able to even find the app on the app store. I have even tried on multiple phones, though it works on phones that already have the app. I got a new phone and started looking for it, but I cant find it. I get an error message that says item/ product not found. It just makes it really hard because I already had money in my piggy bankand the website is not very convenient

On Saturday, my pay card was stolen. I reported it stolen and was issued a temporary card number and told by customer service that I could write a check to take the remaining balance out in order to have money because my new card will not arrive for 7-10 BUSINESS days. So I do exactly as told. I proceed to Walmart to cash the check and it is DENIED by the system because the MN automated system assigned the wrong transaction to my check number. REMEMBER, the second I wrote that check it then took all of the money put of my account and tied it to THAT check. BUT I CANT CASH IT. Now according to MN i had to Void that check and now wait 3-5 BUSINESS days to get the money released back to my account. So THEY MADE A MISTAKE and now I have no money to feed my kids, pay my bills etc until they decide to release the funds back to me. I kept being told i needed to speak to someone in "THE BACK ROOM" to expedite my funds back to my account. I do so and I'm told to fax the check IN to them with the word VOiD across it and then call them back for money to be released. I do Just AS THEY SAID and now I'm being told there's no way to expedite getting my money back. So at the touch of a button they can take my money but they can't put it back? Something isn't right

Ok, for a whole twi week I have been calling Momey Network, because they placed a Hold on my card. STATING the Hokd was for two reload transactions I make on two particular days. I thought that's what an reloadable card is used for to load money. So I was instructed to send documentation of my check stub. Still confused! After for really wanting to because I didn't have any other choice. I faxed my check stub to the number provided. I called to check have they received my fax, their reply was Yes. And to wait 1 to 3 business days. Waiting... Ok card still isn't unlock after the fourth day. I'm getting very impatient. Now they tell me I needed to ht ave sent it the email. I have very very frustrated with Money Network and all i asked is still Why is my card Locked in the first place?,

I have been a employee for Walmart for 10 years, this company money network got hacked and over 10 associates lost their money. Myself and thee rest of the associates have waited over 20 days just to get a denial letter in the mail. Now they tell me to wait over 45-90 to get my money back. My daughter Heavenly Waters started working for a fast food restaurant back in September 2017. She was given a money net work card to receive her pay checks. She save her money on the card to help with college expenses for the following year. Her card was out on hold by your company due to prof of her ID. We was told that once she present with her ID and social security the hold would be removed. We have presented her Picture State ID and social security card on several occasions and the hold is still there. It has been months now and she is still unable to access the money she worked for. Please help us to resolve this issue. She is still being charged a monthly fee on that card but can't access anything.

They keep saying to call back & see if there's any updates with their compliance department. Honestly seems like they don't do their [censored]ing job because it should not take a whole [censored] week to give me my money! my card has been put on hold
I have over $600 on my card and am unable to get it even though I faxed in a request letter and the information that was requested of me months ago. I need my money and I need it now, it is not money networks money to keep. I have read numerous complaints by others stating they were treated exactly the same way as I have been. You made up some phony explanation about information not matching which is false so you could put a hold on people's money and charge them $5 monthly maintenance fee. How dare you do this to teenagers who are trying to earn money for a car and college. My family knows several lawyers and will be contacting them if I don't receive my balance on my card immediately.

Friday 7/13/2018 12:00am I received my paycheck on my card. I went to the store got my kids snacks and got 20 dollars cash back. All together I only spent a total of 27 dollars. Kids dad came home from work and the kids and I hopped in the car to head to one of our local pools for float night. Before we could go there I needed to get gas, now mind you I have used the very same card for gas before and never had a problem. So I get to the stores pump, put my card select the grade and begin to pump, I got to $1.31 and it just stopped. I called the employee and manager out from the store and they couldn't figure out why the pump wouldn't let me proceed further either. They suggested I use a different one and so I pull around to the next pump, and this time it wouldn't let me do anything. Beyond frustrated at this point I jump in the car and hope that I make it to the next closest store with a gas pump. I get there and do everything I need to to begin fueling only for it to tell me that my transaction couldn't be processes and to try another card. I'm seriously livid at this point, so I then go inside to the ATM to get the money out for the gas so that I could pay inside and get my gas that way, the ATM then says my transaction amount exceeds the funds available and that is not the case because I literally just got paid. So I check my MN app and it tells me that I'm-$2.50. At thus point I'm ready to just lose it, so I called them and they told me that there has been a hold placed on my card because I used at the pump and the merchant wants to be sure the funds are there, so they place holds anywhere from $1.00 to $100.00 No matter how much ur transaction is for and that I should see my balance back in full in 3 days. So we shall see, but I am not satisfied with that answer because if the simple fact I've used at the same gas stations before and have not had this issue. I am a single mother with 2 children, how do you suppose we are to live since you unnecessarily put this hold on everything I had on my card and without warning. And know I knew nothing about this because I did not choose to have this card it was given to me from my employer. I have no other means to money and need to provide for my children's needs as well as bills. I would appreciate further expedited assistance with this matter, and if that can not be accomplished if my funds are not made available in the 3 days I was told I had to wait then I will be calling my lawyer and will have this handled through the courts.
I'm complaining about getting false information dealing with unauthorized use on my card and can't talk to anyone in the Dispute department
I made a report in May 2018 about unauthorized use on my Money Network card and sent in all the information required of me and was also told by many representatives when I called Money Network that everything should be resolved and I be reimbursed my money back around July 10th-July 2018. I just called today as I was told to do and now I've been told by a representative and a supervisor that I have to wait a lot longer to receive my money and they do an investigation. I emailed my information to the Disputes Department around the beginning of June 2018 and when I called Money Network to see if they received the email with all my information, I was told by a representative that the document wasn't clear enough for them to read, so it's best that I sent a letter of documentation in the mail to them so that's exactly what I did. Money Network shouldn't have representatives that takes call from people that they can't help, solve issues and give false information. I'm not an satisfied customer of this company and they need to have a number for the Dispute Department handling people issues.
I loaded money using the wrong account number. when moneygram send in the correction it was ignored.
I tried to load my card on April 18. I realized I had used the wrong number. I called MoneyGram within the hour 5o make the correction. I was told it would take 1 to 5 business days. I kept checking my account it did not showup. I called MoneyGram again they stated they had sent the request. 8 have called both companies several times. MoneyGram said they sent the request again. Money Network gave me a fax number and MoneyGram claimed they send the request once again. This id ridiculous it was only $45. Money Network doesn't want to make it right.
unauthorized transactions / identity theft
I am also dealing with 2 fraudulent transactions on my account beginning June 9th, 2018 totaling in the amount of $857.98. I notified Money Network regarding this issue on June 11, 2018. I was informed that these transactions were taken out using the account holders card which is myself and I was unaware nor did I allow these transaction to be made. These transactions were taken out through a ATM at a local convenient store more then 20 miles from where I live and I have never stepped foot inside of this place. I'm very safe with my card and my card has not been out of my possession since it has been issued to me. I also received a letter in the mail stating my Identity has been stolen. As I shown proof of these documents there still has been nothing done regarding my experience with this company. A new card was also sent to me which I declined, I was still told that there was nothing they can do regarding this matter or even receiving the money back/credited that has been stolen from my account. I was told to file an appeal and wait a ridiculous amount of time of 45 -90 days to even hear back to see if my appeal has been approved or not. I am already 1 month in trying to resolve this matter and STILL nothing has been done. This company does not care that these issues are occurring and further investigation needs to be made. Its unfair to those who do the work and not get paid for the work that had already been done. It is unfair that not even the Labor and Board can get involved in these types of matters. This is illegal banking operations and needs to be further investigated. I have already filed a police report and I will be taking this matter to the Federal Banking Authorities as well.
