I bought several packages, each promising multiple 5day/4night trips for up to 4 people, NO sales people, in any of these transactions, EVER mentioned that there would be additional costs to 'OPEN' any of the packages. When I finally was free to use any of the packages, they wanted an additional $400 (minimum) to $598 just to "OPEN' each of them.
Claimed loss: Cash amount totaled at least $2600.00. That total includes several pkgs. costing: $600, $400, $350, $300, $400, and I'd have to look up the others.
Desired outcome: Would be great if they would refund the amounts paid or do what they said they would do. If they can't do that, at least take me off their 10x EVERY DAY calling spree to sell me more travel packages!!!!
