I'm having trouble with getting my mattress looked at and hopefully replaced. So I bought this mattress back in august 2015 with a adjustable frame and headboard from Mor's. They did free delivery and setup at my house. Just last month I went to move it because I sold my house, as I flipped the mattress up I noticed it looked moist under it and mold had been growing. I have never slipped anything on it so I was confused why it was like this on the underneath of the mattress. Looking closer at why this could happen I realized the adjustable frame was all the way still wrapped . The frame being wrapped in plastic wasn't letting the mattress breath and moisture was being trapped in between them both. I never thought anything of the plastuc is saw around the edge of the frame because I thought that the Mor installers left it to protect the leather. This is not a mattress you flip so I would have never noticed if I wasn't moving and more mold would be growing . Now since May 14 2018 I have been to Mors furniture store 4 times being told different things and told to get ahold of the makers of the mattress. After dealing with the makers to try and file a claim, then being told Mor needs to deal with it. I have been talking back and forth with the a manager named Joel at the Kent Washington location. Nothing has been done or sounds like it's going to be done. They haven't even come to look at it I sent him pictures . I am still paying of this mattress that is no longer useable and is bad for your health. Now I have got a hold of my friend who referred me to Mors, she and her husband bought the same set up but a king. I asked her if the plastic was left on her frame also, and it was. She then checked for mold and she too has mold. I feel like there are going to be more case with this adjustable frame that haven't been found out about yet. The only reason I even found out about mine was because I was moving . I feel like I should almost talk to a lawyer about this, this is a health issue and needs to be taken care of.
product and customer service
On 12 January 2018 at 15:36 hours I purchased home furnishings from MOR Furniture Bakersfield. The Sales Oscar was helpful in completing the order. The sales invoice totaled 2430.92 in reviewing the comments section of the invoice provided by the vendor There was one item #14 which was stated a floor model item which was taken at time of sale as others items to be delivered 3 February 2018.
Later that evening I was checking my Capitol one wallet as I did not receive a purchase alert, It was then noted that the item had been inadvertently charged to the wrong credit card (0512). I called the store advised them I used the wrong card and was told they could correct it. I advised I would come in the next morning.
On 13 January 2018 at 11:23 hours I met with sales associate Oscar Arellano and advised him I used the wrong card and I wished to have all items transferred to the proper card Capitol One (6716). The Sales Associate advised item #14 could not be transferred to the new card as I took possession of it already. I advised I did not think it should make any difference and I even had the item with me in case they needed it, however I was refused and credit for that item. I was then charged 2215.35. on my Card (6716). I advised if they needed my card for the credit and was told no they are not allowed to do credits only the corporate office can do them, but I was provided with a transaction report to the AR stating refund ( changed payment) The AR shows a new corrected invoice not reflecting item #14 from the original 12 January sales receipt.
Items show as follows Deposit 2215.35 12 Jan 2018 capitol one (0512)
Sale 2215.35 13 Jan 2018 capitol one (6716)
Refund 2215.35 13 Jan 2018 refund to Capitol one (0512)
Payment2215.35 13 Jan 2018 capitol one (6716)
I then received a authorization from my capitol one wallet for the charge
Approximately 21 January 2018 I received my statement later that month and noted on the (0512) the 2430.92 charge was on the statement however a 2315.35 was not credited to the account as I was told by Oscar Arellano and his manager. I called MOR corporate office and talked to a very rude office person named Bianca. She took offense of me calling and requesting a credit. I advised he of the original transaction date of the sale and the second collection of funds I have now given their store for product and her response was " Im the only person who issues credits and Im really busy" I told her I didnt care how busy she was as her delay in sending a valid credit cost me money in interest. I demanded the credit be issued by end of day and follow up with a phone call to me once the credit is issued and give me the confirmation number or I would dispute charges. She said then she would just cancel the order. I advised fine do what you want, she then contradicted herself and said she would have one of the girls try to process the credit and ended the conversation.
23 January I still had not received a call from Bianca so I contacted Capitol One and filed a dispute. Once I filed the dispute I then went for trip number 3 to MOR and talked with Oscar the sales rep again. I advised him I have called the card issuer and disputed the charges that should have already been credited. As he was trying to look up the information on their office computer and advised me the order was "dead" meaning no delivery date or not to be delivered. I advised him of her comment about canceling the order if I disputed the charge and advised him at this point in time unless I see a credit I didnt care if the item ever get delivered. He went back to talk with his supervisor and then got on the phone after 30 minute of waiting I walked out of the store he caught me in the parking lot as I was getting into my car and said they told him they were going to process the order.
25 January received a message on my phone from Bianca advising me they were issuing a credit to my card per my request January 13 capitol one (0512)
25 January 2018 received a text message advising delivery of items I advised ok original date was 3 Feb 2018 per the MOR contract.
27 January 2018 items delivered per the invoice the sofa love seat and chair were to be delivered and set up the other items were to be sent packaged to be sent to another location MOR does not serve. The other items sofa table coffee table side table were delivered assembled and sent back. There were some noted defects and it was brought to the delivery teams attention. They advised to contact the customer service line and they would take care of it. And left. In regards to items sent back they would contact me at a later date
27 January I received a email regarding the experience I responded back explaining the horrific process this has been, assuming I would receive a call back so I could advise them of my other problems. Never heard back
2 February 2018 received message regarding additional items to be delivered on 5 Feb, was also contacted by phone that they may have to cancel deliver and reorder as the items were assembled. They also were concerned that I was charged for assembly when having delivered items unembarrassed.
5 February 2018 items delivered, I later contacted customer service via email advising I have issues with the items delivered the week earlier.
6 February 2018 received call from MOR customer service [protected] at 14:56 hours advising a service Tech would be dispatched to look and defects.
7 February 2018 MOR customer service inspected furniture and noted items defective and needed to be replaced. I signed his ticket as proof he was there and noting the verbiage "defect" and "defective" on his work order. He advised I should receive a call within a few days to advise when they would bring replacement items.
I received no further contact from the MOR stores regarding the defective product. At this point in time I have defective furniture and no offering of replacement. What makes this even worse is that When it was sold the sales staff said it was leather with exception of back and some minor areas not normally touched by the user. The customer service representative said it was not leather but a ok quality product and should have a life expectancy of 3-5 years. This was not what I was told the items where and also the quality was very misrepresented. I had to make multiple trips and phone calls to correct their inefficient way of conducting business. I do feel my family and myself have been damaged and I am considering contacting council for their assistance.
delivery
The delivery men appear to have been drinking. They WREAK of alcohol, to the point where my apartment smells and I have a headache. This is just the latest in the fiasco experience that has been MOR. I don't know what your policy is about drinking on the job, but it seems like a very bad business practice. I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from This company again.
delivery service
Mor furniture has an AWFUL delivery and costumer services. We spent 30 K in furniture and we have had one of the worst experience a costumer can have. Our first delivery come soon, after waiting for one hour, we received a call from the delivery guy saying he took the wrong turn and was stuck in a ditch. We waited for 2 more hours until the truck was towed. The delivery went so late, that they left and come back the next day. The second delivery was schedule for a Wednesday at 5 pm; however the truck came at 4 pm. They called us, pissed off and asked is why nobody was at the house. We explained them that the delivery was not supposed to happen until 5 pm. I left my job and drove home. After the second delivery we had a few furnitures pending, we asked to schedule to delivery when everything was ready. They contacted us, they came and brought only 1 furniture. We asked for the rest, they didn't know what we were talking about. We called costumer service, they said that indeed they had a note that said "please deliver remaining furniture together". We were contacted multiple times for additional deliveries of one or two furniture, they we unable to understand the concept of "delivering everything together". We gave up and accepted the delivery. We waited 4 months for the last furniture, the desk. On Thursday they sent as a message saying that the delivery was scheduled for Saturday between 6-10 pm. On Friday my husband received a call, again to confirm day and time. On Saturday we were contacted at 5 pm (one hour before the scheduled delivery) by the truck guy saying that he was outside but nobody was there. My husband got very upset and told them that they needed to wait. We were 5 minutes away from home, yes, 5 minutes. They said they couldn't wait and they left. We received a call from the manager saying they tried calling us on Friday afternoon to reschedule; however, we do not have any missed call nor message. The only thing the manager needed to do is to call the driver (who was 5 minutes away from my house) and tell him to come back. This is unacceptable.
overall experience
This has to be the absolute worst company in the Portland, OR area. I simply can't believe they are still in business! We went to the Delta Park location to purchase a dining table, 10 chairs and a sideboard.
Villains:
Hakim Hatipoglu and his manager (don't know his name because he was unwilling to provide it)- they sold us "new" furniture but didn't bother to reserve any of it- so it all got sold out from under us. Hakim was told about the chair situation, but never contacted us to review options. Hakim was also told (both statements are from the warehouse personnel) that unless we contacted them soon, they would ship the Sideboard back to Seattle.
When I show up to pick up my furniture (through an hour of traffic in a truck that gets 12mpg) I find out that the only thing available to me is the table and pedestal. The sales/management team response? "Cancel it". Well that is nice, but this is a table that seats 10 and it took us 2 months to find one- so no, we asked that they fix it. They chose to avoid doing anything except recommend we cancel the order.
We were missing 10 chairs and neither Hakim nor the manager were willing to help find them. I had to do all of the legwork myself and work with Joanna at corporate (see hero section) to ship them. No one outside of Joanna seemed to even care about the situation. All I got was "sorry" and "I understand". It was taking a bit longer to get the chairs because they missed the truck (so a total of more than 8 weeks to get the chairs from our initial point of delivery). We decided to pick-up the sideboard and then the table, but this too became a problem. The furniture was all "re-pack" and damaged, but the sales team was being difficult on providing any additional discount. We bought "New" furniture, but what was provided to us was very much used. The sales team finally conceded to Jasmine that a discount was warranted, but she had to argue with them for at least 15 minutes. In the end we cancelled all our furniture order because everything was simply too damaged. Hakim rarely returned phone calls (unless it was a call to see if I had had enough and was going to cancel the order) and his manager was also curt, rude and just non-customer friendly. They offered no help at all to remedy the situation that THEY put us in.
Heroes:
The only reason this stupid company even ranks a 1 star is by the 2 people in this company that seem to relate to customers dealing with extreme situations that are ridiculously stupid. Joanna at corp service center (Supervisor) and Jasmine Simmons at the warehouse. Both of you helped me keep my cool- even though in the end I am still just as angry at Mor in general because all other personnel in the service center were of little or no help at all.
I will never purchase anything from Mor due to my experience- which was completely unnecessary. I received lots of "I'm Sorry sir" and "I understand" comments, but words with no actions actually say something completely different. It actually screams, "If you don't like it, leave me alone and go bother some other store"
Deal with this company at your own risk. You don't have to put up with this nonsense. Go to a store that treats customers like they WANT them.
At this point I want nothing from Mor Furniture other than for them to acknowledge the fact that they have forever lost my business.
customer service / delivery / everything
To start this off every time I call the Customer Service number today I get, sorry we are not open call during normal business hours, I never call out side of the normal business hours.
Delivery:
I have never received a piece of furniture on time or had all furniture delivered at the same time because of various reasons. I will never go through this company again as they are not professional and do not show any sympathy for the lies their employees tell. If there is a known issue with a specific vendor causing these issues, let people know before purchasing the furniture. I see multiple complaints for the exact same reasons, and it is very frustrating. I have sat with an expected time of delivery and had no one show up when I called Mor Furniture they stated I did not have a delivery because they did not have my furniture yet, this happened 3 times!
Customer Service regarding the delays in delivery:
The guy that called me, was so nonchalant about there being a delay. I am sorry, but I did not want half a sectional couch for 2 months while we waited for the other half of a sectional. When trying to discuss what would happen for the amount of time I had to wait for each individual piece of furniture for ONE sectional, the different people I talked to were rude and offered neither empathy nor sympathy regarding my situation. Finally after many conversations, we were given a credit to go back to Mor furniture. When we went back we were told we had a $1000 credit for all of the issues we had. My husband and I picked out furniture and were excited they had each piece in stock, just to be told, actually we can only give you a $150 credit towards this. We were even more pissed but purchased the furniture anyways. Now 6 months later we decided let's try Mor furniture again for furniture for a spare bedroom.
Now 3 weeks later, we have half of a bedroom set and no inclination of when we will receive everything else. With no help, no discount, no regards for my time (waiting for delivery and then no one showing up), and no basic customer service skills, I will never go to Mor furniture to purchase anything ever again.
delivered the damaged orders and did not take care of that, and over charged
I spent more than $4500 on a dining set "Hollywood Swank 9 Piece Leg Dining Table and Chair Set By Aico Amini" bought from "Mor for less". However, when it was delivered after two months, we noticed two chair's legs are loose and other chair has stain on it. The delivery person tried to remove the stain but it made it worse and bigger. We refused to accept the delivery and meanwhile called the customer service. They offered us $100 discount on each chair that has an issue ($300 total) which we refused at that time because we asked for repair or replace the damaged chairs. They convinced us to accept the delivery and they will send a technician to fix the issue or replace them. So, the driver came back in 5-10 minutes and delivered the furniture.
Few days later, the technician was sent to our house and worked on the issues. However, he could not fix the issue. The customer service called us and they told us they cannot replace the chairs or we cannot use the manufacturer warranty because the dining set was obsolete. We can return it but they do not refund us and we should pick something else.
We checked out other dining sets in the store and none of them were our desired dinning set besides all other dining sets were cheaper than what we bought and we did not want to lose couple of hundred bucks as well. So we called the customer service and told them we do not want this option and we are okay to get the first deal ($300 bucks) and waive manufacturer warranty. and they told us they will inform us in a couple of days.
Few days later, they told us we had refused to get the $300-discount deal at the first place, so it is not on the table anymore and since we refused the refund in our previous call, this option is also not valid anymore and we have to deal with our order!
Interestingly, we got a $40 bill few days later due to extra charge for second delivery because we had refused the first delivery, even though the driver came back in 5-10 minutes.
I called the customer service few times but no luck at all. I was so frustrated on this purchase from MOR and did not want to think about it for few months. Now, I am writing to you, hopefully, this time somebody listens to me eventually and cares about this unfair situation I have to deal with.
worst customer service ever!
To Whom it May Concern:
On January 22, 2017, my husband and I were in the Tigard Mor Furniture store, where we met, Robin. He sold us a mattress set that was financed through, Acceptance Now. We were happy until we noticed early March that the mattress was sloping off with a high middle. We called and were given a third party number to call. We called it; the lady was rude and had horrid vocabulary skills and NO phone etiquette. I couldn't even understand her thick southern accent and hung up. I called back and got her again…she said that someone would be out, but needed a window of 12pm-5pm. I said that was not acceptable. I am not wasting MY day off to wait for someone to see if my $1600 mattress is indeed of compromised materials! We went back to Mor Furniture to discuss our dealings with a mgr. No mgr was available. The first gentleman got up and left and NEVER returned after hearing our story… After sitting there for 26 minutes, Robin, our first salesman, came over and helped us from there. He also sold us on a bedroom set that in your clearance room for $1000 off the original price, financed with Genesis.
Robin arranged a time with the rude lady (he agreed she was horrid to deal with) and we then had a window of 2-5pm to stay home.
March 15th, a gentleman calls me up and says he's with the mattress company to inspect our mattress. He needed directions into the apartment complex, he was across the street. We are right inside the beginning of the complex if you turn right coming into the main entrance. There's only 2 entrances…I said, go into the main entrance with balloons- he said he was there…then I said go right and building 14 is on his left. He showed up 6 phone calls and 45 minutes later! He was lost in our complex for the whole time! I don't understand it's not that big!
He walked in without introduction, tracked muddy footprints ALL the way through our home, threw a string over our mattress, and left without saying a word! I called and text him immediately after he left when I saw the mess. NOTHING, no phone calls, no text back.
We called their 800# for the third party and left 3 messages that weekend alone! No return calls back.
Two days later, March 17th, our bedroom furniture is delivered. The delivery men hit our entrance wall taking out a chunk of it. They set up the furniture, apologize and leave.
We called Mor about the damage that day. Someone will call us back from the warehouse. Nothing.
Called again one week later-march 24th. “oh yes…someone will get back to you”. nothing (each time they have the wrong phone number in the system associated with our account. The lady actually said “just memorize this number and we'll find you each time” so we said, change it to the right number and we won't have this problem, and she said laughed! “That takes too long!” (Robin later fixed the phone number for us as well!)
We call again 2 days after that, Monday march 26th. We get someone saying that they see that someone has called and talked to us several times. I said, no, no one has yet to return our calls. So that person says she'll have someone call us back soon. Nothing-no call.
Now, it's April and our bed is getting loose and squeaky. My husband takes the mattress of and it's missing, 26 screws, 14 nails, 3 brackets and some random one off hardware that ONLY comes with the bedroom set! And of course you need a special tool to install most of it!
We call in about that now…that's when we get of course “someone will be reaching out to you shortly” I did receive two phone calls from a young girl at the warehouse in the following week, each time to say that someone would be calling me in 20 minutes and my phone never rang again…that was it!
On April 4th, I receive a phone call from Mor warehouse, Daisy. Daisy is following up with me from our conversation that morning. I'm SO confused at this time! I explain to her that I have called in so often and with no return calls except to say that someone would return my calls yet that didn't happen either! She explains that I “supposedly “called her that morning, from the same area code of the third party responsible for the mattress defect, saying that she was April Cochran and that she would like a check sent to her and to drop the carpet claim that she's ok with that, just wants her money. So, now I have this rude woman from the third party calling saying she's me! Daisy even said that it didn't even sound like the same person talking to me. Imagine that!
Daisy also said that the notes on her system say that the third party has called the Cochran's and have settled the whole carpet issue; it's been dropped. NO! No one has yet to even acknowledge the carpet issue! It's not dropped! And what kind of third party contracts do you have? The cheapest, OBVIOUSLY!
April 14th, my husband took the mattress up to look to see why our bed is squeaking more and more. He found that it's MISSING 28 screw of short length, and 14 longer screw- 2 legs laying on ground never bolted in, missing 6 bolts/nuts, 3 brackets and 8 nails. Is this your work of Mor furniture!?! Must be!
We call in about that…nothing. No one has ONE thing to say about it. You know what we were told? Someone will call you! Guess what? You're consistent because NO one has ever called us on it!
Now what? I'm so disappointed and disgusted with Mor Furniture! Your best asset is, Robin at the Tigard store- that's it!
I'm taking this to every news station, along with my video of the worker saying his name and that yes it was him that made the gash in the wall-stated his name and that he would pay for it himself! Poor guy, what company holds their workers to that? Shame on you!
stitching coming apart on sofa that has never been sat on!
I bought living room & dining room furniture in 2014 from MOR Furniture For Less in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Several deliveries were refused due to poor quality/workmanship. Now a seam is coming loose on the sofa in my sectional. It may not sound true but the sofa has never been sat on! (We sit on the recliners in the set to watch TV). I paid extra for the Guardsman Protection Plan & now they are saying my complaint ISN'T covered! Two techs finally came to my home & agreed the sofa had not been abused & the problem was poor workmanship. They ordered a new cover for the cushion that took weeks! I was told someone would be back when it came in. Well, it showed up on my porch & when I opened it, the zipper was broken & the fabric was TORN! Also, there is a square piece of foam that cannot be removed from the original cushion & the replacement doesn't even have it! Totally un-useable. I will be calling them today to demand resolution. I will NEVER buy anything from this company AGAIN!
Instagram of the user experience is very bad, I'm a sets of users, accounts: chinese__stories on ins browse information, but by system by automatic logoff, then can not login account can't search.
But I'm using a different account login, want to change the name to Chinese__stories but also can not, can not login, account no again, search and search less than, can you tell me how to explain them this?
leather sectional
I bought a sectional at Mor Furniture in Rancho Cucamonga, CA about a year ago for $2000. I'm still paying it off. Around July of this year I contacted customer service to complain about the quality of the item and asked that they make it right. I was treated poorly by their employees, and essentially called a liar and that it's cause we're fat. Their service tech has been out twice and the last time he was out he blamed my dogs. My dogs are never left in the living room unattended. The springs in the couch are very soft. You really sink into it. The very corners are most difficult to get out of so you have to scoot to get out, which detached the leather from the back of the seat. This is causing the most popular seat on the couch to sink to the point that you are at an angle which is beginning to cause back problems. The only thing we were offered was 25% off our NEXT purchase. Really? After that treatment? Every time I called in for the manager I ended up with the same woman who was incredibly rude. I've emailed corporate with no response. I'm embarrassed to have people come over and sit on my 1 year old $2000 sectional. I should be excited to entertain for the holidays, but instead I'm horrified people will see my couch.
manager service
We were in the process of financing a new home so we used acceptance to purchase couches. We were overwhelmed moving into our home we missed the 90 day payoff by 3 weeks. I spoke to Shawn the district manager and he would not make any exception for us we ended up paying over $2500 when the couches originally cost $1700. He didn't even care that we even went back and purchased another set and paid cash. I will express to everyone I know not to purchase anything there. A little understanding to someone who just moved into a home and financially this hurt.
Distract manager is very rude and not professional.
say "no mor furniture" — disabled veteran left bedless... & over xmas
Sells poor quality defective merchandise. Sells poor quality merchandise that may be hazardous to human health. Fails to communicate to customers after reporting problems poorly. Fails to fairly remedy even serious issues with merchandise poorly. My husband and I purchased a three piece bedroom set from mor furniture in spokane, washington on or about...

Recently I bought 2 leather love seat and 1 leather sofa (all recliners) from Mor Furniture, Kent, WA. Sales went well, I paid the asking price no discounts or anything, item got delivered on time, but it was defective (damaged leather in both love seat and one side of sofa), delivery person told it will be replaced, but now its been more than one month, they almost came more than 10 times, each time they will bring one piece and when we check either torn leather or recliner not working.. recent experience was really bad, they scheduled for delivery from 8 PM to 12 AM on a friday, came with a used piece and delivery person was really arrogant, mis-behaved. I am really in a bad shape not sure what to do, Mor dont have money back policy, I am really trapped ! I would like to have my money back!
financing/product
Bought $4500 worth of product from them, they said they were going to deliver next day, as a matter of fact, garaunteed next day by 7PM. Around 530 got a cal, and they realized they don't deliver to my area on Saturdays, only Sunday. Upset, told them to credit my delivery than, they agreed after talking with 3 different people. NO SHOW ON SUNDAY! Now I'm hot, Mor didn't realize the shipping department was already overbooked, and tried to get out of it. I flat out told them, if it's not here by Sunday at 7PM they could take my order and refund my money. It showed up at 530! Now the financing side of it. Our bill didn't show up, called, they confirmed address, told me I had to call Welss Fargo, called them, they never got any p/w, finally got it, 1st month bill $35 late fee, no credit becuase they never go any returned mail(even though they didn't have p/w from the store) 2nd month no bill again, charged another late fee, plus my previous late fee go a charge because it wasn't paid in full. Total late fees for there discrepancy $100. Don't use Mor, don't use Wells Fargo financing. ALL A JOKE!
just plain broken
Possibly one of the worst places to buy furniture in the valley. Salesman was a leach, did nothing other than write up the sale, failed to offer cookies, water even though we got to sit right next to it. The real problems started with delivery though, their was no confirmation call and the driver was 30 minutes outside their 4hr window. Once the truck...

We purchased a reclining chair with a tray attached off to the side for my husband. We weee happy that it could be delivered the same day. We waited until around 11:30pm that night for the chair. It was late so we looked over the chair and then went to bed. The next morning as my husband moved the tray towards him, he realized something was not right. He looked up under the arm where the tray was attached to the chair and to his disbelief saw that the installers completely stripped the screw and left it sticking out about an inch. I called that day to let them know, the soonest they could come out was two days later, not happy about it but fine. A differant guy showed up today with a new chair that he put together about an hour later i sat down in the chair and set my glass down on the tray, it slid all the way to the other side, luckily i caught it. I called them again to let them know that im really displeased that we paiid them to put this chair together for us and deliver it but still after 2 attempts it still is not correct. They asked why i didnt check it before tbey left, and proceeded to put the blame on me. It is not my job to examine every little detail, thats we paid them, tbey are suppossed to be the professionals and we didnt want to have to deal with it! Very poor training of their employees and worse customer service!
I have had the exact same experience with them And will never in my life be making any more purchases for that company MORS FURNITURE
athena leather sofa
Purchased a 100% leather living room set in May 2011. The product is sold as the Athena collection. I bought a leather chair, love seat and a sofa. I also purchased a warranty for the leather from the Guardsman Co. Sofa color is dark brown. Problem - the color is flaking and peeling off of two upper back cushions. Mor Furniture says they don't repair or...

I ordered sore sectional and dinning room set. I was told it would be delivered on sept 3rd. They came in with the wrong color pillows. They said the whole thing had to go back and we would have to wait 2 weeks for it to be remade and then wait for the next Tuesday to deliver. We chose to go into the store and pick out something in stock. We did and got 2 phone calls telling us the time and date. They showed up on the 10th with out love seat! They said the 2 calls stated it was partial. I have both calls and never did thy state it was partial! I call customer service and he was very rude. Told me love seat wouldn't be ready for another week! We have to wait 3 weeks for something that should of been delivered on the 4th of September ! They offered me $80 off deliver fees! I've been getting the run around for a year regarding my defective mattress that mor furniture in national city sold me I didn't get a straight answer til 1 month ago when thy wanted my monthly payment that even tough the adjuster said my mattress will be replaced that it wasn't going to happen cuz the tag on my mattress got taken off which indeed I didn't do so they did something illegal on their part buy selling me a mattress without a tag now another payment is due and they still can't help me with replacing my mattress but they sure want my payment I go in the office to talk to the store manager and he brushes me off to tell me he can't do anything to help me wtf this is bs I'm so sick and tired that for more than a year I kept getting the run around I finish paying my furniture next month so I decided to get a lawyer and make it a legal suit they have the worst customer service the worst quality of furniture so cheap but than so expensive...

Well I went to reselect but the information wasn't on the system so, I call they supposed to call me back but nothing. So, I decide to go to the store to see was going on. So they did I talk to the manager and he tell me to look and they will do the rest. Finally I found different sofas and went I was ready they call Javier to let him know was going on.
