Morrisons Store ripon

the shelfs in ripon store, are you closing down if not you had better.i am sick and tried of going in there only unable to get all my shopping.you are providing a service.for with in my appion you are not giving. lack of staff. empty shelfs no help available. are you running a business.or running a race .because what ever it is your not winning .

don't tell me its covid .or unable to get products.

your costumers make your business.every person throw your stores are a customer.

I would gladly work in that store Friday/Saturday.night if if means getting stock on the shelfs. unless you intend to shut the store down.

maybe getting out the office into the real world and seeing for your self.what your stores are like.maybe go in under cover..

Morrisons Morrisons car wash perth

I went to morrisons car wash at about 8.12pm and paid £7.99 for gold wash. The machine did not work properly, hardly any water and no bubbles. Machine also moved for about 3 minutes towards back of my car with no movement. Went in to speak to cashier regarding this and was told.. Well its just been fixed today? Hence to say I had no offer of a refund or even an apology or that they would look at the machine. Its clearly not been fixed properly as my car is as dirty now as it went in at. Even an offer of a rewash when fixed would have been better than a reaponse of …well it got fixed today and just sat looking at me. Really disappointed

Morrisons Empty Shelves - No Products

Here we go again...

Why oh why is it that everytime that I go to my local Morrison's superstore, they are out of certain products?

It's not just once or twice, it's EVERYTIME...

There comes a point when the customer will decide that enough is enough and switch supermarket's, taking his or her trade elsewhere.

I'm afraid that moment is nearly here, because I am totally fed up with it. This is no way to run a business...😡

Desired outcome: Sort the empty Shelves out and start acting like a supermarket that's in business!!

Morrisons I have been charged on my Aqua card twice for the same order

I placed an online order on 6th October and received it on 7th October. There were no problems with that side of things. I checked my Aqua card and on 6th I was charged 53.94 then on 7th I was charged £46.91 for exactly the same 23 items. Can you please explain this to me.

On the 26/9/2023 I went to Morrisons supermarket at 26 Victoria Parade, Northampton. I purchased a bottle of Flash spray which was priced at £2:49p. The Flash spray on my receipt showed I had been charged £3:50p so I went to the customers service desk to get a refund. Morrisons Cafe breakfast

I just paid £12 for 2 breakfasts and the food was attrocias. The beans were dry the sausage was a horrible coliur ir texture the tomato was sad and depressed. The bacon was tiny and dry. I would like some sort of refund or compensation. Its hard in this world with money I don't get out much as I'm disabled and decided to treat myself it was literally disgusting.

The staff gave me more beans but still horrible. Th food isn't simply worth the money.

Morrisons Not given the petrol I purchased

On 05/10/23 at 10.16 I came into the petrol station at Meltham outside your store (still morrisons petrol) and used the self service. I put in £5 worth of diesel and I paid for it. Noticed my total miles hasn't increased at all I put another £5 incase it was too small to register. Still not even 1 mile extra. So I've paid for it but didn't recieve anything even though the pump said the litres was going in and money went up didn't really hear anything go in. Now I'm £10 down and don't have any extra fuel. I want my £10.01 back. I have all receipts I can give on request

Morrisons Morrisons cafe, haverfordwest

On 28th September I decided to have some food at Morrisons in Haverfordwest. I ordered an all day breakfast. It took an hour to arrive.

It has happened a couple of times in Morrisons cafe being very short staffed which is ridiculous on busy days. There were 2 management team members around who were standing there and doing nothing and 1 with no hair net and PPE walking through kitchen where food is on display and food being prepared which is cross contamination. I saw 3 staff working their socks off with no help. Tables were stinking dirty with stains and dirty dishes. Absolutely disgrace. This needs looking at ASAP.

Desired outcome: Staffing in the cafe needs overlooking and daily rotas organised properly

Morrisons in store salad and hot chicken thighs

Hi I went into Belper store I had a salad from the salad bar and a piece of stout chicken thigh which was a little pink, I hadn’t eaten anything prior to this as I was out on visits with patients, soon after I ate my dinner I became quite unwell, vomiting diarrhoea, had to go home immediately. I just thought you should know as this was a really awful experience.

Morrisons Delivery of food

IN July I made a small delivery of food to my father as he was ill. I had used my account and the first delivery had discounts. Delivery happened - fine. Next day I was told my card was declined and to provide another card and literally daily I am nagged to pay. My banks and I have tried 3 banks that its Morrisons security fault And Morrisons have admitted its a fault with their iT but just keep spamming me. My dad died so its really difficult for me and now they are hitting me with debt collection firm for something they are responsible for - I cannot pay by any other method but an online web site link. I am constantly ignored and they will not solve this. I have asked them to call me to take my payment less the discounts and this itself seems something they have issues doing. I am totally fed up with fighting with them and today is the last straw.

Desired outcome: Waive payment in view they cannot provide a way for me to pay.

Had my Car Washed approximately 5pm Tuesday 26th September. My Shopping was Bagged and in a Trolley. I left it by my car and went to pay and collect car key. Morrisons Air conditioning

The air conditioning is up far too high in the cafes your food and drink gets cold before having a chance to eat and drink it why do the individual stores not have the ability to change it online with the weather ! It’s ridiculous the shop is the same it’s so stupid I have to wear a jumper I store because it’s too cold it happens all the time !

Morrisons Food platter collection

I ordered platters for my 50th birthday party, which was collected yesterday 16th September, however when my husband went to collect my order 3 of the platters were missing and not available. I was not notified before and was not offered any alternative platters. If I was told I could chosen something else if they weren’t available, so this left me short of food for my party. Doing an order was suppose to take the stress out of organising a party but this added to the stress and as it was a collection just before my party I had no time to prep other food.

This my 1st time ordering from Morrison and I doubt I will again.

Morrisons Morrisons more card loyalty issue

I have called 3 times and email twice about my loyalty points on my Morrisons More card for which i never received the discount earnt. I tried to claim my Summer discount for shopping above an amount for 4 weeks on 5th August, but the discount never came off and i have been trying to resolve the issue for over a month now without any resolution. The discount was for £75 but it would appear to have disappeared into the ether! Nobody cares ...

Morrisons Quality street pouches and quality street tubs

Order number [protected]

I ordered 2 x Quality Street Pouches which were not available so sent Quality Street Tubs at £5.00 each but on website they are £4. I did not want Tubs as already purchased last week when on off for 2 x £7.00 i sent them back as not required

As usual i am always substituted some of my items and getting frustrated that every time i place an online there is always a substitute

I would like to know why i was going to be charged more than the pric on the website

Morrisons Self service car wash

I used the self service car wash in Hinckley today, there was a fault in the hose which caused the machine to act irratically, pressure washer caused it to fire out of the hose full pressure, I tried to get control of it which caused me to obtain a serious Injury to my neck and face leading up near my eye, reported to the main customer service desk will be seeking legal advice into this as I believe the lack of maintenance of this equipment was poorly maintained and it’s very poor management which surely violates health and safety of this equipment service.

Lucky it wasn’t more serious

Morrisons Lack of staff

I have just been to the store at Kettering road Northampton at 12.20pm,

There was only one staff service till open people were queuing up the aisles waiting to be served, I ended up going to the self scan area which was packed with people trying to get their items scanned, once I managed to try to use the self scan only to find it was playing up,had to get the assistant three times before I got done, then The till receipt machine jammed, what a shambles this firm is..?

Leaving shop car park, trolley boy, with so many trolleys pushing out of control hit my car and scratched all down drivers side of car, the trolley boy said I was out fault, and started getting very lippy and offensive aggressive, if it was not for my family in the car I would have knocked this guy out, manager came out take photos and get the true version...
