When in morrisons Anlaby today, 1/6/03 at 9 30 am there was only one till open and a queue right down the aisle. Yes there was self service but it's not always suitable to use them when you have items like alcohol to be passed by a staff member and there was only one lady run ragged. Your shelves are very low on stock , prices going up and yet you expect us to do our own scanning. We shop with you every week and often twice a week. If things don't change we will be shopping elsewhere and will tell others not to shop at Morrisons.
Very dissatisfied customer

Desired outcome: That they tell truth not cover up
Euro Car Park Blackburn
Hello,
This is one of your customers who shops regularly from Blackburn Morrison’s store. I had recently visited the store on the 13th of May, spent 1-1.5 hours shopping and found Myself hungry so decided to pop into Morrison’s canteen to eat some food with my friends.
I had parked my car on level 2 facing a wall where there’s no parking notice at all so I had presumed I am allowed up to 3 hours as most stores across UK are.
However, unfortunately I had just received a PCN as I had run over 20 minutes of a maximum of 2 hours. I really can’t believe Morrison’s not manage to allow customers to enjoy their shopping in comfort.
I had paid my PCN which I don’t think it’s right to charge me cause there’s no signs infront of where I parked and two hours for shopping & dining in is impossible and horrible experience.
I do suggest you to look into this matter, considering changing the regulations and returning back my PCN.
Kind regards,
Desired outcome: Refund parking charge and the car park regulations need to be amended
Morrisons More Card
Today, 26 May is the second time I have tried to ring Morrisons customer Service and after nearly 40 minutes, I have given up.
This concerns the new More Card.
The number on the card I have received correctly matches the number of my old card. However, on the "More Card App", the number is different.
Please can you arrange for someone to correct the app card number as you are impossible to contact on the phone (My comment here would be impolite!)
So my correct number is: [protected]
The number on the App is: [protected] - please amend this to the correct number shown above as this has several years of purchases on it.
As a final comment, I suggest you reconsider the use of your "frequently asked questions" and get back to the day of providing a proper service to your customers by talking to them.
Desired outcome: A response telling me you have sorted this problem, preferably by phone on [protected]
Car wash
Saturday 20th May 2023
I bought petrol at Morrisons filling station [at James Watt Way, Erith Kent DA8 2AH] and I saw they had a car wash so I decided to wash my car as it was due to be washed. I bought the voucher for the wash and washed car as scheduled. However, when I drove off after the wash I heard a strange crackling noise coming from my left wing mirror. I looked at my wing mirror and around to see if it had touched anything but there was nothing around that could have touched it, then I noticed the mirror has gone cloudy and no longer functioning. So I stopped to take a good look at what was going on as I had never experienced anything of any sort ever, having used car washes for many many years. When I approached the mirror, I saw that the glass part of it at its back appears to have separated from the body of the wing mirror and was loosely in place. I drove quite slowly home for fear of it falling down. Fortunately I was able to drive home safely.
I would very much want Morrisons to repair the damage to my wing mirror. Thank you.

Desired outcome: I would like Morrisons to repair the damage to my wing mirror please. Thank you.
4pint milk bottles
I bring to your attention a reoccurring problem I am encountering with the above product. The torque that is being applied to the cap when it is put on the bottle at point of manufacture is proving to be almost impossible for me to undo upon initial opening. I am 70 years old and consider myself to be fit but on numerous occasions I have to resort to some sort of mechanical grip to get them undone, and in doing so I have managed to puncture the neck of the bottle resulting in having to decant the contents. On one occasion the cap was on so tight that when I eventually removed it, the seal on the bottle came away with the cap. I would much appreciate this problem being addressed, as I can’t be the only customer experiencing this problem
Regards
Norman Clowes
Desired outcome: Reduce the torque applied when applying the cap
Fuel prices
I live near Edinburgh and recently had my eyes opened to a rip off we are being subjected to.
Our local stores are selling diesel at around £1.54 a litre.
Imagine my surprise when filling up at a small village petrol station in Argyle and Bute when it was only £1.43 a litre. I repeat that this was in a small garage which doubled as a hardware store for the local community.
I notice that David Potts is highlighting a string of inflation busting price cuts in the press. Surely this is an area that needs the earliest attention and puts an end to the immoral exploitation of your customers.
Desired outcome: Early positive action to end this appalling situation
Driver behaviour
12/05/23
Morrisons Lorry

Reg. Num. PO7X XZX
Just before Junction 2A M90
Travelling at 50mph a Morrisons truck came up behind my van extremely close to my bumper. The two lanes were busy and I could not go any faster due to the conditions. The driver was blasting his horn, and flashing his lights. This was extremely threatening and could have caused an accident. Driver turned off at Junction M90 2A.
Desired outcome: Incident requires investigation. Driver requires disciplinary action / retraining for dangerous driving.
Product
I tried to buy 2 DiarrhoeaRelief tablets and 2 Anadin. I wasn't allowed to do this. There is no aspirin or Paracetamol at all in the first item. Does nobody recognise the different products with different ingredients. No other supermarket has that policy and your policy doesn't follow government policy.all other supermarkets allow me to buy 2 aspirin and 2 Ibuprofen also as many boxes of diarrhoea tablets as I choose. The reason is They are Completely different medicines doing different things. Does head office not understand that, or did they not want to pay for the advice of a qualified pharmacist, who would know the difference. It makes head office and your policy, to look like its made by someone very uneducated and ridiculous.
Desired outcome: Would you get qualified pharmacist to look at your policy. Bring it in line with every other supermarket in the U.K. and the government guidance.
Chicken
On the 29th April i bought a chicken to flavour myself, cooked it for right length of time, cut into in and there was no edible chicken. I sent photos with my email complaint on the same day, i got an automated reply saying someone will be in touch soon. Ive heard nothing. I emailed on the 4th asking why i havent heard anything. It is now the 9th May and i still havent heard anything. £6.77 to go straight in the bin as its unedible is alot to lose these day, im not happy yo be £6.77 down and im also disgusted of the customer services of morrisons, absolutely appalling. I hope i hear frlm yourselves in the next 48 hours.
Desired outcome: I want a refund and an apology
Signage for wine offer in Horsforth store
I went today to your store in Horsforth to buy wine on your 25% offer. I bought 6 bottles and went to checkout when it only took off 50p on bill of £33.45 not 25%.
Store assistant cancelled the transaction because one of the bottes was under £5 which was not clear on your signage, I changed the bottles for over £5 and went back with a replacement bottle but still rejected the 25% off because it was 2 for &10 even though it was priced £6.50. I contacted your store manager Dan who then stepped in to change the bottles and gave me my 25% off. After discussion with Dan he said others stores had had problems but if the conditions of purchase was on your large signs with 6x bottles 25% off and not a small stickers on some shelf’s your customers would not get confused I wasted about 1hour just to buy 6 bottles of wine.
The only good thing about the experience was Dan the manager was very good at sorting out the refund.
Regards
Steve Horsman
Desired outcome: Make your signage easier and clearer to understand and apologie for my time spent changing bottles.
Local petrol pricing
How can Morrisons charge up to 10p per litre more at my local store over nearby petrol stations at other Morrisons stores? There are independent petrol stations which are selling petrol at over 10p per litre which are even nearer than some of your other stores. You claim that prices are being either held or lowered but the petrol and diesel prices are ridiculous compared to other local outlets.
Desired outcome: Resolution to the query
Use by date
Brought sausages out of the Finest range from the Milehouse store No 127 on Friday the 28/04/2023 after getting them home realized they are 2days out of date. I returned them and got full refund, but disappointed that these was allowed to stay on the shelf at this particular store. Quite disappointing as I’ll have to keep checking my purchases at everything I pick up

Cafe at Grimsby branch
The Cafe at Morrison's Grimsby is dire. I have frequented it for years but have noticed in the last 6 months it has really gone down hill. We use the Cafe for our lunch break (we have one hour). Purchasing a drink is a nightmare. Generally there are no clean cups available, the hot water machine does not work, one of the 2 coffee machines is always broken. When one is working it is limited on drinks choice. You then have to stand at the till waiting for service. Most of the time we have to walk behind the counter to the kitchen and asked to be served. Anyone could easily fill a tray with sandwiches and cakes, grab a drink and not bother paying because the till is hardly manned. The tables are always dirty and piled up with other diners plates and cups, and to top it off, there is a very nasty pungent smell in one of the seating areas that has been there for weeks. This is not a direct dig at the staff as they always appear stacked out and rushed off their feet. But please, please sort out this horrible mess so that we can again enjoy using the facilities. Many thanks
Desired outcome: To sort out the problem please
Fuel
I filled up with fuel in may 13 2022, the reason that I am complaning now is because I was doing my end of year accounts and found the receipt from the fuel pump and it clearly says diesel. Though my van broke down on the 17 of may full of petrol but the receipt clearly states diesel. The mechanic that dealt with it siphoned out petrol which caused 3,000...
Read full review of MorrisonsBottle of ned wine sauvinghon blanc
Hi there I bought three bottles of ned wine from morrisons arbroath early april two were fine third bottle was the problem. It would not open the seal was somehow stuck. Eventually had to use a knife to try and break seal ended up with small cut to hand which i’m not complaining about as was down to my method in trying to open bottle. However spoilt my evenings enjoyment. In fact still not opened bottle yet may require pliers. I don’t do this normally and tend to just get on with things. However I felt so indignant tonight and wanted to let someone know of the problem. I have taken photos
Desired outcome: At least a bottle of Ned wine that opens
Restaurant in kirkby in ashfield
We went to the restaurant at Morrissons in Kirkby In Ashfield today, 21st April 2023.
I ordered 2 X cream teas with egg mayonnaise, I asked the chap at the cashier to check with the kitchen as to availability, he came back and said they do not have any egg mayonnaise. I checked in the supermarket sandwich counter, they also did not have any egg mayonnaise sandwiches.
On returning to the restaurant I noticed that they had pre-packed egg mayonnaise cartons with chips for sale. I took it to the cashier and asked him to use that for our cream teas. He said it was not allowed. We ended up purchasing the egg mayonnaise parcel together with ham sandwich cream tea.
It is so ridiculous that the egg mayonnaise is already prepared but one cannot get an egg mayonnaise cream tea nor did they offer to boil some eggs in order to get us what we wanted.
What happened to giving customers what they want and especially when it’s already readily available.
Desired outcome: I want to be informed via email of what action is going to be taken to avoid a repeat of this.Mrs Rena Fletcherrena.[protected]@gmail.com
trolley
After years of being a morrisons customer I visited your branch in Rugeley.
I was dismayed to find that all of a sudden I was unable to get a trolley without putting in a pound coin. All the years visiting and this is first time i have come across this
Do you not know we are becoming a cashless society?
As i wasnt going to withdraw cash just to get a pound coin i went to Tesco and wont be returning to your store
You have lost my custom
Breakfast
25/3 we ordered breakfast for the first time here, we waited 25 minutes and it was not busy. After finding a member of staff the breakfast appeared within a minute, cold! Skin on top of the beans, it had obviously been sitting a while. Toast was very underdone. A new breakfast arrived, I wish now I had photographed the egg thrown on the plate the wrong way up, it was Luke warm. Absolutely disgraceful for £15.76. I still have the receipt.
Desired outcome: Full refund
An incident instore
I observed an incident today at the store in Parkgate road, Coventry. One of the security guards was standing in the doorway telling a woman she could not enter. The woman was shouting at him and saying she would call the police. A second security guard came over and physically pushed her and told her to go and then proceeded to laugh at her as she became abusive. She did not lay hands in him first and there was no need for him to physically push her at all. No deseculation techniques were used and this was totally unprofessional and u provoked.
I told the manager about this and am totally disgusted
Desired outcome: For the security guard to be reprimanded as it is assault
