cafe
Hello customer services
I am complaining about the above since the revamp the cafe The food has become dreadfull. I shop here every week and most weeks we have breakfast or a main meal.
The food standards this week was the worst ever.
One meal the chips were over cooked and the beans stewed on another the baked potato was not presented like it's picture just dumped on the salad and the coleslaw was swimming in cream my wife had this as a healthy option.
And the third meal was fish and chips where it was mainly thick batter, batter and a little fish.
The cafe was quiet but we still had to clear our table which is a regular occurrence some weeks plates and trays are on most free tables which put you off using the cafe.
We did challenge the Manager but I don't think he took it serious he just fobbed us off he didn't seem to interested just said there is a new manager arriving.
So im thinking of taking my custom to Asda instead as part of our shopping journey on a Friday we enjoy a coffee and meal and we may change as we are very disappointed with Morrison's Caerphilly.
Regards

out of date foods
This is the last straw, my husband and I shop at Morrisons at Cribbs causeway Bristol every Thursday. Many times I have gone to someone in the store to report out of date items . On Thursday 6th July my husband picked up a pack of three trifles in the fridge section. He thought the date was 29-07-17. Today he went to have one but I checked the date myself, I was horrified to find the date was 29-06-17. I have had enough of this store staff are not doing their job correctly, it needs an inspector to go in and check every single shelf & fridge. I am going to write to the evening post before someone is poisoned
letter of complaint about the poor standard of a service
Dear Morrisons,
Consumer Rights Act 2015
On 29 July 2017, you did the following work: Me and my partner went shopping to Morrisons' store located on Portobello Rd. Despite the bad weather, we decided to take a walk to the local store.
After a while heading to checkout my partner found out that he left his wallet at home. Therefore, we divided our shopping basket into two parts - one that we have paid for in cash and the second one, which was supposed to be kept safe when we will be back.
After returing to the store within 15 minutes, we found out that the whole basket of ours was gone and no member of staff was able to give reason for this. As a result of this action, we had to do our shopping once again while my partner went home going through the products we have already bought. That was more than disappointing, especially for a customer of yours who is registered with your Morrisons More Card loyalty scheme. at a cost of ££50 si the value of our shopping basket in total.
We agreed this work would be completed by 29 July 2017.
However, I have had the following problems:
Firstly, when we returned to the store there was no shopping basket of ours. Secondly, no customer service assistant has even tried to give a reason for that action and furthermore, the blonde lady who appeared to be the Manager (Gillian?) while called by one member of staff, said: no, sorry and turned her back to us..
According to the law named above, I am entitled to have this work done with reasonable care and skill.
In regards to this complaint, I would like Morrisons store to reward us as well as to provide sufficient reasoning of this case..
Please respond to my complaint/complete the work in the next 14 days. If you fail to
respond/remedy in this time, I will have no option but to consider taking the matter further.
Yours sincerely
Natalia Gal
really, have you got nothing better to do with your time?
mr kiplings french fancies cakes
After purchasing a sealed box of Mr kiplings French fancies I opened it only to find a dead fly attached to the side of the cake. I have kept the cake and have a photo of it. Please can you advise on this . My husband said it looks like a mini mosquito fly and also has what looks like a small egg case underneath the cake. Obviously the rest of the cakes have not been eaten after finding this.
maybe contact mr kipling?
poor staff and no management
Dear Sirs,
I regret to inform you that I have just had the most horrific shopping experience of my life and have never felt so humiliated over such a basic service error at Morrisons Cannock.
While paying at the checkout apart from the fact that I was not really acknowledged by "Sara" as she was too busy chatting to other staff, she handed me the incorrect change from a £10.00 note with the receipt saying I had only given her £5.00. I consciously know I only had 2x £20.00 notes and 1 x £10.00 and when I brought this to her attention that the change was incorrect, she said "Oh I don't know if that is right - I will have to check the till."
The Till was then closed down for the discrepancy to be checked and I spent an hour waiting for some sort of an answer.
I requested that they check the CCTV footage but they refused.
Whilst Julie was very polite in trying to help and in the meantime I was rudely shouted at on numerous occasions by Sara saying that "You only gave me a Fiver" in front of other customers and members of other staff. As embarrassing as it was I requested that I speak to a manager in the hope of resolving the issue and having the till checked again. Surprise Surprise Martin (computer say no) replied "we cannot do that - the till is correct" even though Julie did say there was discrepancy of £2.90 over. I brought to the attention to the on-duty manager that the sales assistant was not paying any attention on serving me but he did not seem concerned about it and even more insisted I was in the wrong and there us nothing he can do about it. Even though the till was up on it's takings, he replied "it doesn't matter".
As I was feeling so disappointed I decided to return the items I purchased, I therefore lost not only my £5.00 discrepancy from one of your incompetent staff but also I was refused to be given the value of all the coupons used or my coupons back.
A most unprofessional and disappointing experience with the way your staff handled the situation at the Cannock branch.
empty shelves
Hi i visited your store at Burntwood this afternoon to buy my shopping but as usual most of your shelves were out of stock.
No tomatoes at all no crusty bread, rolls, bread isle most racks empty no pet shavings the list goes on in fact out of the 23 items i went in for i ended up buying 7, this is why your stores have been voted the worst, so as usual i ended up going to tesco in brownhills to finnish my shopping so i cant see any point in visiting your shop at all. I work for the coop as an astant manager and can only put the stock down to por managment in the shop or HR policy prevents your managers from doing the job they are paid for.
Yours a very frustrated x customer.

morrisons own brand noodles
I brought lots of packits of these because I thought thay was good value for money and when I made them and started to.eat them.their is no tast at all to these even if u put the sachet of flavouring taking off the shelf putting in the bin very unhappy with my purchase and will not be purchasing this product again it is tasteless never thought Morrisons would be like this Tesco's value is better
was this worth typing?
pizza
i was waiting for pizza and the girl said she would deal with me next as she was serving on the meat counter, she carried on serving another 3 people what came after me, and when i told her to forget she mumbled something as i walked of, i have seen her previously pick the pepperoni up with her hands and the chicken and i walked of as i dont think this is hygenic, this is one customer that wont be returning ! a neighbour said the other morning she went to get some sliced meat and the women was breaking boxes up and served meat without washing her hands, i think the staff should have hygene training,
complaint about payment.
I am seriously not happy!
I placed a order with you for £127 thinking you had already taken the money out of my bank account before delivery to be told you take it out after delivery. I have been in financial difficulties for the past 6 weeks.
I am a single mum of a 2 year old boy with a house to run and on benefits.
You took all my benefit money of £127 and left me with £2 for a whole fortnight!
When I rang to try and sort out the situation with you for you to only tell me there is nothing you can do. I have been waiting for a manager to ring and I am STILL waiting now! Something needs doing!
nutmeg clothing.
I have just visited the Shrewsbury branch of Morrison's, I chose two school dresses and cardigan and picked up some white ankle socks. They were priced at £3.00 the price label had been placed over the original price of £2.50. I complained to the assistant who found it amusing. All the socks had been over marked. Very bad practice, needs sorting. I have purchased many items of nutmeg clothing in the past, the assistant I spoke to said it was one of the companies policies to overprice goods, and she would have to remove all the items. I wonder how many unsuspecting people have just paid and not realised they should be cheaper.maybe a little extra staff training is required, otherwise customers may feel as if they are being ripped off. I will be checking prices very carefully in future.
poor customer relations but good service at till.
As a long term customer (from opening of shop from day one.
I was taken aback by a scowling and unfriendly middle-aged lady staff member.
This lady was not working and propping up a barrier opposite the office, being unpleasant and silent.
As the vast majority of staff and managers are pleasant I surprised and annoyed by the ladies attitude.
I would have approached the manager with my concerns but was ill at the time and suffer ongoing disabilities.
Another long term customer of Morrison's was fined by the contractors who look after the car park.
The same customers have severe health problems and feel aggrieved by the treatment they received.
Especially as one customer has cancer and is diabetic.
Yours sincerely

not a product but a member of staff
Myself and my family shop in the morrisons in lanark and all the staff we have come across are so friendly, but one day we went upto the deli and was rather dissapointed about the way a young girl on the deli was been spoken too by a senior member of staff . The young girl was trying to hold back her tears I myself think this is appalling behaviour especially in front of customers . The person who was doing this was Asian didn't catch her name but she is rude . Hope the staff on the deli can cope with this person
charity boxes
We are a very small local Charity to Larkfield and today I visited the store and noticed an RSPCA food donation box, I adked if it would be possible of for a couple of weeks perhaps our Animal Charity could be helped as we are part of the local Community and sadly I was told probably not as you only stick to one charity which I think is very wrong as all Charities need help not just one.
I am not saying take it away but small charities are important to and do not get the help that they need.
We get some help from our local Co-op and Sainsbury's Larkfield but Morrisons are much closer to us.
So I am asking if you would consider changing the charities that you collect Animal feed for so that lots of Charities can benefit and not just the big ones.
Rosina Animal Centre
Thankyou

I'm complaining about customer service given in store at the margate branch
On Wednesday, 12 April I did my normal shopping at Morrison's and found Cathedral city cheese was reduced from £5.50 to £2.50 so I purchased some, I came back today 14th to purchase some more cheese when I was told by member staff that the cheese was not to £2, 50p but £4.40. I explained that I bought the same cheese just two days ago and it says on the shelf £250, the staff member wouldn't take my word so she called another member of staff I took her to the cheese and she also said it wasn't 250, she also said it is the smaller cheese that's £ 2.50 I then explained if you actually look it does say reduced from£ 5.50to 250 special offer there was no apology . I than proceeded to the checkout with a member of staff who reduce my cheese to the correct amount £2.50 . I believe that the staff should be aware of the special offers and help the customers more . It's not good enough that the customer has to tell the staff member the correct price on the items that Morrison's are selling to the public .
using vouchers
On Friday 31/3/17 I shopped at the Neath branch, I planned to spend £70.00 or over in order to use a voucher for extra points. I spent £72.00, the checkout operator said my voucher would not scan as I had bought some reduced items. I have never been aware that of this system, and have previously bought reduced items and used vouchers. A supervisor was called and I was told this is the case and notices are with reduced items stating that this affect promotions if you buy the reduced items. This is not the case and I went back into store and there were no signs stating this.
This resulted in me having to cancel my shop, unpack all my groceries, pay for the reduced items separately and then place all my groceries back on the checkout and proceed to pay again. (I had still shopped over £70.00 the requirement to use my voucher)
This seems a silly method, time consumming, and I think there are going to be more disgruntled customers. This has resulted in me thinking of going back to Tesco to do my shopping.
moraisons peanut butter
I bought your own brand of Peanut as the label showed it to have no added sugar or salt, assuming it to be a healthy option.
When I opened the jar there was a large pool of oil covering the surface.
In fact the Peanut butter was just a thin crunchy oil.
I decided to separate the oil from the Peanut butter.
As you will see from the photo more than half the jar was oil. The remaining Peanut gloop - still very oily - hardly filled a third of the jar.
You can clearly see the amount of oil in the plate.
This is one of the worst products I have ever bought anywhere.
I regularly shop at Morrisons and have never been so disappointed by a product. Disgusted would not be too strong a word which is why I am bothering to complain.
chicken nuggets and crinkle cuts
I was at Morrison's today around five my name and address is, miss Natalie reaper, 138 hunting's lane darlings dl1 1jb, teal, [protected] it was the branch at Morton park, put my shaping in the car and my partner asked me to get his nuggets out to eat, he eat one and said they not nice at the same time I eat one and spat it out, I looked in the bag and the nugget was green, I stated worrying straight away has my partner only has 20% use of his lungs and cant afford to get any bugs or its very hard for his birthing, I returned to the shop straight away and seen the lady on the self service tills who was grate, I then seen Kevin the manager who said I don't think its mold, I will get you some more, I asked for my money back and keen tuck my name and said they would be sent away, and that was it, I really think for the stress my partner had warring if it would affect his lung contusion that keen might of give use a voucher to spend in store for the cost of returning back to the store and for were teas and we would of been very grateful has it is we flea very let down
should be compensated for the stress and reseving your shoping in such poor standed, , , k, MORRISONS COME ON SORT THE JOB OUT
