Ive been playing moviestarplanet for almost 10 years now, and I have never in my life been more dissapointed in this game, there is mobile games made by 10 year olds that run smoother and faster than this game, they only care about their second game (MSP 2) now. They dont respond to any emails concerning the lag, bugs, glitches, for MSP1, many people still play MSP 1 and spend money on it, the new diamond pack set was bought by many, but MSP does not care, today the lag, the game was absolutely horrible, the game was down 2 times, I wasnt able to log in, when I eventually got logged in I had to refresh instantly because it was so laggy and glitchy. This game was at its peak years ago because they actually cared and solved the bugs, atleast 100k players have quit since 2019 due to msps lack of control of their game. They can post on facebook, instagram, but they cant fix something that shouldnt be that hard to fix. Not to mention it takes actual weeks/months for them to fix or solve a bug, the recycling glitch that didnt allow people to recycle their clothes was uncared and not fixed for almost 4 months. Not to mention the prices, MSP removed the different varients of vip due to them being so money hungry. Maybe if they would fix theyre game people would actually spend money on dpacks, I use to be able to get week vip for 2-3$ now the cheapest is Star Vip as its the only option. Not to mention when u bought 1-3 months of vip in the past you would get parts of the diamond pack with it, but they also removed that. The clothes are re-used for the themes, they re-use dpacks all the time because theyre so lazy to make new ones.
Claimed loss: money, time, value, friends, I have no hope for this game since the devs are so lazy.
Desired outcome: to fix their game for once.

You've definitely hung in there — could've been worse if you hadn't seen the game in its prime. It’s impressive that you've stuck with it this long, even when the developers seem more interested in their next project. At least you’ve got a front-row seat to what happens when a game loses its sparkle, even if the devs don’t seem to notice the lights dimming.
