mozilla browser
If you don't stop updating my browsers without my being able to deny consent I will change browsers!
You have F-CKED UP the last three updates to the point my web pages crash every 10 minutes. I keep loosing my bookmarks --- to the point the most recent update bookmarks unusable and unfindable.
THE ENEMY OF GOOD IS BETTER!
YOU HAVE MESSED UP FOR THE LAST TIME AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED!
I can't even control my own computer anymore.
unethical behaviour by mozilla
Mozilla just pushed an update to my computer without even asking permission. My Firefox setting is: Never check for updates! It is set this way because the last auto-update caused much grief because all drop down menus on all website failed to work. It was difficult to roll back the update because drop down menus to select an older version would not work.
It is unethical for Mozilla to ignore user settings and push an unknown update when updates should not ever occur. See attach screen clips.
The EXACT thing happened to me but it is even worse [if that is posible]. I have kept and used older versions of firefox and used them because of various incompatibilities with "newer" versions of firefox. Inspite of my settings about "never to update", the ogre that is firefox/malevolent-human-behaviour, saw to it that, that was, "somehow but don't know how", bypassed, because Mozilla is merely Greedy-Fearful human-behaviour-in-progress. Like its master who self-certifies as being "anti-Evil", firefox is NO different when it comes to Greed, which is merely The Other Face of Fear, due to commercial realities. Namely being blackmail-able by "Materialism", aka Munay, Munay, and more Munay pretty pleeze.
The orgre that is "firefox" will do what it likes inpite of the hypocritical stance of "leaving you sweeties alone". That will NEVER, EVER, happen and is why Energy-Construction will have to become [and arrive] as Energy-Destruction to remove ALL that are "Good for Nothing Real", which includes the airy-fairies Running Amonk Within the likes of "firefox" and other self-certificates.
Therefore be aware that whenever Freedom or whatever is "gifted", said "gift" could be retrieved [and always will be so].
You may want to visit a third-party download site (make sure you have an anti-virus program active) to restore Firefox to a previous version if you decide to do so. It might be easier this way.
yahoo
Yahoo have hijacked my computer as a search engine. When I open my browser and search Yahoo comes up. I used to have ecosia which is an ethical company that quietly does it's job. I would like to lose Yahoo and get back to Ecosia. Please explain how I can do this (and make Ecosia once again my preferred browser)

search
I followed the instructions to remove Yahoo Search as my main search engine, and yet they are still the default. They are a horrible search engine, and I cannot continue to use Firefox if you wont allow Google as the default for the vast majority of people who want to use it. I can somehow log in with Google+ to send a complaint, but can't use it as my search engine. That's ridiculous.
foxfire
I can not get rid of Yahoo's safe search crap. I have looked all over the net I did everything including removing and reinstalling the browser. Before I quit Mozilla forever I am going to ask you what to do to get Yahoo out of my browser? By the way it is not listed in your addons. It will not be removed with any of the anti malware software I have used, and I have used a lot. So My only choice right this minute is to quit using your product and recommend to friend, family, and clients that they should not use it either. The ball is in your court.
By the way I am just a user of your product not a business. You need to include other
Mozilla Firefox versus Xumo
Dear Sirs;
I have tried to "sign up" for Mozilla Firefox-----but instead have a "backend"
rider of "Xumo". I am trying to sign up with Mozilla NOT Xumo.
So at this point in time I have discontinued trying! I am long of tooth,
and gray of hair, and at this point very frustrated.
Please advise; but remember there are some of us that are still computer
illiterates.
Thank you,
Steve
browser issues
I know this is my first complaint to you, but i have been well beyond patient in dealing with your browser "hangups" or "not responding" issues for months now. i have researched on youtube and other articles to try and fix it myself but every two weeks is ridiculous. as this emails is and will probably take me almost ten (10) minutes to type! just explain to me WHY this does not and what is a PERMANENT fix? most ofthe time i open the task manager and close it out and then reopen it and restore my pages but its usually at least 10-20 times depending how long i want to sit here. please respond with a definite fixture. i have updated everything and i even have uninstalled your browser and re-instilled it...Karla
firefox nanny-bs: please, give us - users - the control!!!
Please, for crying out loud, enough nannying!
Give us, the users, the "over-ride" control button!
It's simple, we're adults, we take our own risks, according to out situation - I want to be able to give the command to over-ride Mozilla's suggestions (at the moment "commands"), as to what I can and what I can not see/use/get/view into etc.
I have a webcam which has no possibility of encrypting the traffic in my local network. I understand the risks but I can't override the overbearing Mozzilla policy! This is WRONG!
Warn us, but let us decide for ourselves, we are NOT your children!
Thanx!
Goran, a religious user of Mozilla Firefox for many years!

P.S. This is the plugin that does not work in Firefox but it does in Windows Explorer (what a shame I have to use that!): TVSClientOCX_Setup.exe for Tennvis webcam.
You do know that OCX (Active X) controls don't work in Firefox, don't you? Nor any other non-IE browser. This isn't Mozilla's fault, it's Microsoft.
showing bank account and password to guest user
When I was changing home page to new tab in prefernces buy I clicked saved logins and it showed me the bank account number and cvv
Facebook passwords and email id
Ebay id and password
Its the passwords of a guest user who used my lap for banking
If I give my laptop to shops for something
They can view my passwords and email id
And do anything they want with my accounts
my downloads and albums
I'm so disappointed that I can't make a album and move the photos where I want them. Also says how many posts at the bottom of the albums instead of how many photos I have in my albums. Also no share at the bottom of the albums. Just when everything I have mentioned I was very pleased with the way it used to be and making this change has made it impossible to keep my downloads organized and easier to share albums.
firefox
Firefox has updated twice recently and both times deleted all my saved passwords and bookmarks. I searched both times to find out how I retrieve my passwords. But all the information that was on the web and in community help was to no avail. First time that all my passwords were deleted, I just restored my computer to a previous restore point and they reappeared. So since I had been using firefox as my only web platform and had done so for nearly 12 years, I thought I shall continue, as it was my favourite one to use, but when it happened the second time and a restore was ineffective and hours of trying again to find a solution online I have decided that firefox has dropped it's game to the point that I shalln't continue using a platform where important information is completely deleted and the folder old firefox retain zip. Had to go through the process of resetting my passwords and changing to a more reliable platform. Shame really. because I really like firefox and knew how to install add ons, change appearance, etc. No idea, in this competitive market why firefox would become lax in, what use to be great . simple to use service. Plus the webpages dedicated to complaints regarding my exact complaint just finailises the hammering of that last nail in the platform coffin, never to return or look at.
email video link will only play audio and not video
Dear Sir, I received an email under gmail account with a video link as follows:
http://elinepa.org/2017/03/11/indian-marriage-in-athens/?lang=en
It plays with the sound but no display. Other browsers can play well, sound and display both.
I can't understand the problem. Firefox is my favourite browser but I am disappointed. Can you please guide how to remedy the issue.
Kindly be simple as I am not computer savvy and elderly user.
I think this problem also exists in playing any YouTube under Firefox browser.
My email is as follows: [protected]@gmail.com
I look forward to your help and remedy.
Best regards,

firefox
The latest design of the drop-down menu is terrible. One needs 3 clicks to reach the hyperlink. The scenario is as follows;
First click is for selecting an item from the menu bar.
Second click is to select an item within the drop-down menu.
Third click is to see the description of an item.
The principle of a good design is to make the user interface easy to see and use. The background color of the drop down menu is black. Unless the item has it's own icon, Firefox shows a grey round button. Grey on black is a poor selection of foreground and background colors.
Mozilla's software engineers must return to a school to learn how the design user interfaces properly. The minimum is to take a course in ergonomics!
By the way, the 'Spell check' is worst than the design. Mozilla and Firefox are not in the dictinary!
firefox browser
I have noticed recently that my browser search provider has changed for no apparent reason. I understand that you have an agreement with Yahoo to make them the browser of record when you first download the Firefox. I think the Yahoo browser is a lousy product run by a lousy company. I see no reason to use it or even have it on my computer. I removed it immediately when I first downloaded Firefox and those times I had to reload Firefox.
When I turned on my computer and used the browser this morning I noticed that the browser had changed. It may have changed yesterday or even the day before I am not sure. What seems to be different this time is that you have added a new wrinkle to the browser selections. This time you show Yahoo and Google and several others. Among the others is an unmarked browser that simply appears on the top of the list without identification. In fact, if you remove all of the browsers except for Google and this "new" selection it doesn't even appear that it is a selection. However, once you load it a Yahoo logo appears far to the right. While this new selection may have been there a long time, this is the first time I stripped out all of the other selections from the list and therefore noticed it.
What this tells me is that you are purposely using deceptive techniques to change my browser and browser use. What that also tells me is that you can no longer be trusted as a provider of internet related information. I am shocked that you would implement such a practice with the expectation that users would not recognize what was happening to them.
I have always felt that Firefox was an essential product in the face of the two other predominate choices. There has been a continuing degradation of the product over the last year but I have always supported you even though you were not the fastest and memory use was not the best.
I am going to watch this over the next month or see to see if this trend continues. I will also take appropriate action to make sure other users are aware of what is happening.
Hopefully you will reconsider what you are doing.

firefox 52.0.2 (32bit) on windows 7
Firefox 52.0.2 (32bit) on Windows 7 freezes and hangs all the time whenever I use it to browse Facebook. Most of the time, I have to go to Task Manager to force close it before I could have it restarted. I've been using Firefox since day one, but enough is enough, I've decided to give up. Such hiccups and sluggish performance have been obvious for quite some years already. Strangely enough, it has never been able to bounce back to normal, as if the whole Mozilla camp has lost their art of building browsers.
papgamez suposedly thank you for participation to a survey today (megaflix) - browser opinion survey
Hello
I 'be just accepted to participate to a survey with Mozilla Firefox and I was supposedly thanked with a free period for downloading movies with Megafllix.
I did not end up with Megaflix movies - but with Papgamez, 5 days free trial for downloading games which I am not interested in, or music which I am not interested in neither.
It was very difficult to find my account and cancel my membership - I was just quickly informed that I would be charged something around 1 USD anyway.
This is pure fraud .
I am going to stop my bank from any debit to Papgamez. What a waste of time and energy this stupid trick has done to me. And I had just reported in the survey that I was very satisfied with Firefox - i can say just the opposite now.
I hope I have a clear answer to this.
I will not have something to do with your papagamz please don't take more money from my account. I will not have enyting to do with papagmez. My name is Liv Kirkeby and my number is [protected].Place answer my mail very soon
.I haven't no interest in your program.
Hope you answered me fast and not take more money from my account

I am very very displeased that you have removed adobe acrobat reader as a plugin. The pdf reader you have included in firefox is very lame. I tried it when it first came out and found that it would not work for my purposes and had to set up acrobat again. The site I use most often is the san diego board of realtors (Sandicor) and they had so much trouble with you defaulting to your built-in pdf reader that they had to install a button on the print window for how to re-install acrobat in firefox. Now that it is not installed as a plugin I have to literally go through four additional steps to print each page. I'm very very unhappy and am now looking for an alternative browser even though I have been a happy firefox user for many years now.
I agree. I came here to comment on the same issue. I have been a long time Firefox user and even encouraged my friends and coworkers to use it. What is the deal with Adobe not working with Firefox? When will this problem be addressed and fixed? I will probably have to find another browser to use.
aldaniti international network ltd pop up
This says it is a research agent ofering big car prize for personal info - but asks for info in increments - meaning once you've given headline contact details it then asks for more detailed personal information which if you are unhappy to provide means you've given half your details away for free. I suspect it is a scam anyway - and its in your name.
My complaint Is, that I get competitions to win store vouchers e.g. Sainsburys from aldaniti but then find I can not do because they do not have my address, it only goes up to 28 Norman Road. New blocks of flats have been up since November 20016. I really think that you need to update address system NOW. Yours Sincerely Mrs I Saint

I totally agree on the Bookmarks problem. Can't arrange them, and keeps losing them. Such a simple thing as being able to re-catalogue your bookmarks in alphabetical order, can't do it.
Why?
