Mr Price Group / MRP review: service

I bought various items from the store on the 8th of February. The items was placed in a plastic bag at the cashier. The bag was busy tearing, I asked for another bag. This bag too was tearing and I was told by the cashier that all the stores bags are tearing. I left with my items in the double bags. Shortly after leaving the bags tore completely. My one glass item fell out and broke. I went back to the store and they told me that they cannot replace my item, and I had to buy a new one.
