Would you kindly please remove my name on credit bureau, I just recently checked my credit report and mr price listed me and I paid all the account on few months ago. It affects me a lot because I want to apply for a home loan. Would you kindly. I paid every cent I owed and closed the account. Please update my status, i'm asking you to remove my name.
Late delivery and delivery fees
Dear Sir/Madam,
I received a promotional email on 13 October 2017 informing me of a R400 discount on each order over R2000. I decided to do by two occasional chairs of R3000 each. When I accessed the online website the options available to me was to place two separate orders, each qualifying for the R400 discount but each with R300 delivery fee. The other option was to place one order qualifying for a R400 discount and a R300 delivery fee for both chairs. I realised the delivery fee was R300 irrespective of whether I order one or two chairs. I contacted Mr Price Home via the enquiry link two seek advice on how to benefit from two separate transactions (each qualifying for R400 discount) but to limit the delivery fee to R300. I did not get a response before the end of the promotion and I had to submit the order without help from Mr Price Home. Afterwards I have corresponded with Anna who was not of much help. Furthermore, the delivery was arranged for Thursday (19 Oct) which did not take place. After I contacted the logistic company I was informed that the earliest date for delivery was Monday (23 Oct). As you may gather I am extremely disappointed in the service received from Mr Price and I doubt if would do any business with them in future. The customer was definitely not the beneficiary.
Men's vests for exercise - maxed black
I purchased two Maxed black Vests for Men, on last week.
Sized them in Store, and they were correct size.
Came home, removed the labels, and started wearing the first Vest, but it felt very odd, and I was not able to make it fit on my body, without it pulling terribly on the one side.
I then took the garment off, and placed it out flat on the table . . .
I was ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED at what found . . .and the attached Pictures will clearly show this !
Both these garments were cut out skew, sewn up skew, to the extend whereby you can not fold it up symmetrically, it is just impossible.
The arm openings on left and right side are not the same size, nor are they symmetrical to each other, nor are they the same shape, even.
Furtheer inspection revealed that the fron and rear panels are not cut to the same patern, nor are they even cut to the same size, YET TIS GARMENT IS SEWN UP TOGETHER !
Where in God's earth is Supervison during production ?
Where is Management and QC during Procurement ?
Where is QC at Store level ?
This is so ridiculous, it seems that these Garments were cut and sewn by preschool children as a class act !

Sim top up cancellation fee
Good morning,
YesterdayI received an email which contains my statement. Mr. Price added money that I have to pay for cancelling a sim top up for which I will not pay.
A guy called me with regards to Mr Prices new network where each costumer receive a free sim card with R25 airtime on just to try out the network. After I told him that I am happy with my network he continued to tell me that it is free of charge and I will not have to pay anything. I told him to contact me again in October when I am done with all my tests as I am a student at the university as well and was busy studying. He then went on to tell me AGAIN that it was free of charge and he wants to confirm my addres. I told him to contact me in October to confirm if it will be right with me as I needed to study; I also told him that I no longer live at that residence and therefore I will sometime correct it online. He told me that he will confirm it in October before sending anything as you don't have my correct addres.
Less than a week later someone called me where he was at my previous residence and he's not getting a hold of me. I told him that I told Mr. Price that I no longer live there and not to send me anything without confirmation.
Another Mr Price comsultant called me a few days later asking me what my addres was as they are trying to send me this sim card free of charge. As the other guy at Mr Price also told me there was no charge. I immediately told the lady that a guy called me and I said that I no longer live there that is why I told the Mr Price guy from the beginning not to continue with anything as I do not live at the old residence and I will not be able to show a proof of residence at the moment for the house is not on my name and I would have to contact the owner to write an avidavit which she cannot do at that moment due to time being limited in the busy life.
However this bring me to the end where the lady said that they cannot deliver the simcard if I do not show a proof of residence. I told her to leave it as I told your staff member/ consultant (the guy who called me first) not to go ahead with it as my residence changed and I am busy with tests and not able to change anything now. I specifically asked him to call me in October to confirm. Please take note all this calling and delivery was in September. The guy never confirmed that it was right with me.
Please listen to your convo that the guy told me of the recorded call. I will not pay that amount for a mistake that the first guy just went on with something without my consent. I will not take responsibility for the extra charge of cancellation fee where I was told everything was free of charge and I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED TO CALL ME IN OCTOBER TO CONFIRM ANY SERVICE.

MrPriceMobile is crap!I tried to cancel this sim but no luck. I can't recieve calls or text!no signal!...The agent said my signal will be back in 2-24hours but it's 48hours already😤
Account handed over without any warning
I have been a loyal customer of MR Price for years . February this month i fall on hard financial times due to a huge car repair bill i had to pay. I called Mr Price every single month to say how much i can pay, Mr Price informed me as long as i pay something towards my account i can rest assured that my account will not be handed over. Well with a huge shock last week Tuesday 10/11/2017 i received a letter from laywers saying that my account has been handed over. The letter is a month old why did Mr Price not inform me once of the situation of my account or warned me that my account is being handed over. I am disgusted with the service i got and as soon as im stable financially again Mr Price can kiss a loyal customer goodbye . Before this i always paid my account in full instalments and have had this account for +- 6 years.
Mr Price sends me from one place to the next via calling and all im hearing is that unless i pay in full my account will stay by the laywers.

Dear mrp.i have been one of your biggest & loyal customers for the past 16 years.I love your style and I created a job for myself through marked down items.for the past four months I grew some of your branches.i buy cloths & accessories for all age groups.I spend approximately 10000 per month on all these branches i support.I am truly disappointed cause I come in one of your stores in central city mall in mabopane and the younger manager violated my rights I asked him that "can you please check an image of a code for me, I would like to purchase R5 underware they are 10 in your store.then he said I should wait he will check it at the back then I told him that am not comfortable with him checking it alone cause some staff still some of the codes I come with then he refused and called security I was dragged out your by security and brutally beaten when we got to the office.only to find out the items were purchased i showed them the receipts they apologised and said the manager said I stole the items then they released me I come back with the police and manager was still aggressive and forght with the officer of the law .before handing over my receipt back and the manger threatened me
Shoes one size 6 other 5 put together
I am very disappointed with this stores customer service for such a big retail store, I bought pumps on saturday at jabulani mall only to find one pair is a size 6 other one is a 5 when I wanted to wear it this morning I dont have the receipt anymore I cant find it I send an email to customer care no one bothered to get back to me I want to change the shoes what is the process if I lost the receipt? But I paid with my capitec debit card.
Purse was stolen - mr. Price clothing - clearwater mall

I am say I am absolutely not happy with the security guys working in your store.
I had very bad day on 13th October Friday 0630 pm. After I finished my shopping in Pick n pay I walked inside Mr. Price Clothing Gorund Floor and was standing at the hand bag section and checking. My purse was inside my handbag which was stolen when I just turned for 10sec to check something.
I immediately went to the front security and I told this and requested her to check with the customers who were moving out. But she asked me to check everybody which made me look like fool in front of everybody.
I just checked two or three people since some of them dint allow me to check.
That security lady she dint help me atleast to explain this to people wat happened to me and help in checking.
But she just told some other colleague to check in the camera footage. But eventually the guy after sometime he said that the camera dint cover me where I was standing.
And also they said their is no camera installed upstairs in the store so and no security also so lady must have vanished.
If the security was bit strict and if they would have acted at the right time I would have got my Purse.
Because of the negligence, no immediate action, no camera, no security upstairs all I must say is my purse was gone.
The incident really depressed me and still depressing and couldnt accept wat happened.
Their was R400 + 100 Dollars + R400 worth of other currencies. Indian Driving Lisence, Election ID, AADHAR id, Bank cards, My photos and all shopping cards.
Some action must be taken on this else I would say I am going to escalate this to Executive Director and take action on this legally for what happened.

I need reply immediately. Still regret entering your store MR.PRICE such a helpless security.
Unauthorized debit
I took a cell phone on fixed contract of R139 for 24 months from August 2016. On December 2016 they debited me twice. Here is my email to them-"I was debited twice this month, on 16/12/2016 R158 and on the 18/12/2016 R148. Calling your call centre today I was not happy with the teller she hang on me. I want somebody explain to me what happened. during my communication with first sale Rep before getting my phone I have explain clearly that I don't need any extras for my phone. I wanted only fixed monthly debit of R148. I need my money that was debited from my account.I not happy with your service actually I now regret the date I received your phone."
The on August they debited R600, I call them ask why, they say I have an open account I denied and ask them to refer to all calls and had with them. I also warn them that should they debit more than we agree I will deny them access to my account. they said I should wait for 41 working days I denied. Then on September they debit me R700 that when I reverse the money. then on October 12 they call me saying my account is behind I disagree explain to them about call I made with them about my previous issue he hang on me.
They are full of sh**, They phoned me and offer me a cellphone contract, I asked them if the monthly airtime I receive is convertable to Datas', that sh** consultant said yes, they sent a phone I tried they billed me at end of the month, I found myself paying R600 on my first installment, I had to let it go, secondly they started sending unknown debit orders I called them only to tell me that they work Monday to Friday whereas they sold me that piece of shi* on Saturday on my work Telephone not on my cell.
I wish I could send a message to stop all people from buying at their store, especially their cellphones.

i never received the screws with the item, so i sent a request for the return i was told by Samukelisiwe Mchunu from your online service team i would get the screws.
this started the 2692017 to date i have received no calls, or feedback - i requested to even return the item but no courier has showed up to collect ? i cant return the item in the store as per your rules ? so what do i do ?
i tried calling when i key in my id nr they drop the call, i have been trying to call for 4 days now - no answer - no response to emails.
i am going to hello peter and twitter with this should i receive no call by close of business today.
this is so disgusting.
Cell phone
I was shopping at the store on saturday 07/10/17. At about 1.30 to 2.30 pm. I heard my phone beep but ignored it cos was busy and shop was full..10 mins later I look for my phone while in the queue and to my astonishment my bag was open and my cellphone was gone.. At first with shock I thought I took it out my bag and left it on the shelves or something but my niece said I didn't take it out of my bag... I went to management who didn't even assist by using cameras or anything... He just said if his staff has it I might get it but if a customer stole it nothing he can do.. I mean I am still paying for that cellphone which is couple months old and cant afford a new one... If I don't get any help with this I have to take it further I need my phone... Why aren't there securities on the floor like other stores...
Pleated skirt, black, and a "project" shirt

I bought both of the items at the Mr Price in Polokwane on Monday 2 October 2017.
Pleated skirt
I washed the black pleated skirt as per the instruction label on the garment, cold hand wash. After I washed the garment the pleats in the fabric were gone. I now have an pleatless black skirt. I also bought another pleated skirt in a different colour, light peach, but I have not wash it in fear that it might lose its pleats as the black skirt did.
"Project" shirt
It is a white shirt with printed flower detail that looks like it's embroidered. I have also washed the garment as per the instruction label on the garment, cold wash at 30°C. After the wash most of the printed detail had already come of. There is only fragments of the flowered detail left on the shirt.
The black pleated skirt is still wearable, but not what I bought.
The shirt is ruined and I will have to dispose of it because I cannot wear it.
I am normally very satisfied by the products I buy from Mr Price. To insure constant good quality I felt it necessary to inform you about the problem I've had.

Trying to locate a dress
I have been trying to order a dress for the last three months, I spoke to the Bay west store and they asked me to call back again to see if there is new stock I never seem to get through to Greenacres or Walmer Park stores.
If I call the call centre they just put you through the different stores who never seems to pick up.
I've also tried to order online with no success

During Jan 2016, I was contacted by a Mrp mobile tele-sales consultant who said that I that Mr Price is giving all loyal clients a "free benefit SIM card" whereby you are able to top up anytime. She however did not mention that this "free sim" is linked to a 12 month prepaid contract which has a monthly fee of R125 plus an activation fee of R100 which just gets billed to your account as well as a fee for itemised billing
When I received simcard the delivery note attached highlighted that this is not a normal prepaid sim but a contract sim. I phoned the Mrp Mobile and asked them to cancel the phone. I did not even insert or use the sim card that came with the phone, yet it was activated and I was charged R128.00 over and above, R49.00 etc etc each month. The contract expired this year, then all of a sudden I am being charged for a tracking device, that I didnt ask for or want and which was never discussed or mentioned during the call with the telesales person, who pushed me to get a phone. I have sent numerous e-mails to MrPmobile to cancel this tracker (which went unanswered for weeks) and when I did get a reply it said saying that my account was being dealt with and a consultant would contact me. I have been trying for the last six months, with e-mails that never get answered to have this tracker device, that I never requested in the past cancelled. Eventually when I did get a mail to say my issue has been resolved (have copies of mail), which by the way never was, as in October I was charged with over R600.00 for the tracking device because I cancelled the debit order. I am now being hounded by people asking me to settle my account. I never wanted, signed or agreed to tacker account.

Bad quality
On the 25th of August 2017 at the Pavilion Shopping Center, i purchased a grey hand bag for about R139.99, its been less than a month and the zip no longer closes, it has broken. Some of the stitches have become lose. This is odd because i don't carry it daily and when i do it only contains my purse, perfume, diary and make up.
Furthermore I purchased a water bottle for R79.99 on the 22nd of September 2017. I used it for the first time today and it fell and has now cracked. I am appalled!. I have used several water bottles from Shoprite and even china shops and none has broken from just a fall.
I would like both of these items replaced. I no longer have the receipt for the August purchase but have attached my bank statement reflecting the transaction.
Customer service
Mr Price at Mthatha Plaza is known to have slow service but today was worse because the staff was just rude. I stood in a line with 3ladies waiting to be serviced while the manager, Pam, held up everything by having a conversation unrelated to store matters. The line got longer only one till was being used to help us. I was there to pay my account and the one till that was working didn't have a speedpoint so I was referred elsewhere. The guy I was referred to, Sthembiso was so rude! I stood and waited while he counted money, telling me to wait because he was busy. Last I checked, the customer was first preferance. I was in that store for a good 30minutes because cared enough to help. All of a sudden me paying my account was the problem. I really want an apology from, to know that as a company you dealt with it and value our queries. I expect a call to apologize because I won't let this go. It is absolutely uncalled for to be expected to be okay with below par service.
So i went to Mr Price sports in Cradlestone Mall to purchase goods from my acc on the 27th April... the lady on the till told me the systems were offline to purchase on acc. Bcoz i needed the goods that i had purchased to wear the next day, i asked the cashier if it wilp b ohk 4 me to purchase these goods using my cheque card n come with a receipt another day to get a cash refund n repurchase the same goods using my acc? N the lady said its fine...
Today i went there n got assisted my Tshego (cashier) who wasn't sure of my request and called Joyce(manager) 4 assistence n clarity on my request. Joyce listened to my request n told me it is not possible for me to return my goods n get refunded in cash n repurchase the exact same goods using my account😠😠. Wen i questioned her the reason why? She gave me attitude n tild me it is not the law.. i have had the Mr Price account for many years n i have never missed any installment on been in any erreas for the whole period I've had the acc n now this Joyce is simply making it my problem that their systems were down ... i explained to Joyce that i hav the card that i used to Purchase as the card no appears on the receipt n its in my name n i hav the receipt i got wen i purchased with the clothes codes on it n she still didn't help me n she gave me an attitude above all that... Cradlestone Mr Price is a disaster and that manager Joyce is very bad n has no empathy on clients... after i had waited for 4 mins for someone to come help me pay my purchases as no 1 was there on the tills to assist... it's really ridiculous ... i want the settlement amount of this account i want to close it with immediate effect bcoz Joyce clearly doesnt know what client service means.. my contact numbet is [protected]
bad quality of clothes and no refunds on damaged clothes
I bought 2 RT pants from Mr. price Brooklyn (black and maroon). I wore the pants not more than 5 times, then I noticed some white elastics coming off the pants on the sides. It's so bad that I cant wear the pants anymore. I went to the store to ask for a refund and was told that I must bring the receipt. Unfortunately I throw away my receipts as soon as I start wearing the clothes as I never have plans of returning them. I am so disappointed as I buy most of my clothes at Mr price, now I changed and buying somewhere else. Wish you can change the fabric u use on your clothes.
incorrect item delivered

I placed an online order on the Mr Price home website on the morning of the 24th August 2017.
I was informed 2 weeks later when calling the customer number that the 1 item was not available (Plush 150x125cm Aircraft Blanket )- can they credit me for this item and send out the balance of the order. I agreed. At that stage I had only received part of my order.
On Friday, the 9th September I received 2 curtain rods and 1 x ohio office chair - I moved that day so only unpacked on Sunday - I had ordered 2 x ohio bar stools not an office chair - I have emailed and called since Monday morning but no response or the call centre says you are offline.
I need to know when the incorrect chair will be collected and when I will receive the 2 x ohio bar stools I ordered and the credit which is STILL not loaded on my account for the item you could not provide.
lack of service and bad quality bed legs
So I had purchased a bed via Mr Price Home. Unfortunetly after about a year, the plastic bed legs snapped. As I cannot locate the actual slip, yet bought it in store on my Mr Price card, it seems as if they are giving me a run around for the last two months on a simple question...am I able to buy a replacement bed leg. Quite simple, no? Clearly not. Very frustration. After being a loyal client after how may years (lost count). I am at my end of my teathers. I will close my account soon and be sure to never deal sith them again. Shocking service. Shocking quality.
bad service and false accusation
I have been a loyal customer of your stores for more than 7 years, I have time and again received great service at your clothing stores which is one of the main reasons I shop at your store. But to my surprise, on the date of 06 september 2017, I was at the receiving end of some very poor service at your MR Price Rosebank Branch.
On the said date, I made the purchase for some clothing, and had some time for shopping while i was browsing in the store my sister and I . while shopping we did not know we are timed how long we have been in the store, so when we were done with the payment and our shopping about to leav the shop, the security lady who was wearing the name tag of Thobile, stoped us and gave us a full body search buy the door whiles everybody was watching us, i have never been so humiliated and digraded like that in my life, when we asked why did we have to get a 360 body search she said we are suspects.
I was appalled at such behavior, and have a good mind to take my business elsewhere as suggested. I hope you would look into the matter, and make sure such an incident is not repeated. Your company has been known to provide good services, and such events tarnish the company name, so please address this issue soon.
