2) the tab is very slow, you can go to the kitchen and come back it is still thinking.
3) now I am a bad father cos I promised my daughter a phone that is working.
4) the has been used for less that a day and we are already thinking other wise.
I am in a state where now if am asked to add more information knowing that what I have stated above its clear it doesn't require any explanation.
Maybe its to cancel the contract.
poor customer service from some staff members at mrp liberty midlands mall
Yesterday 18/02/2019 I was at Mr Price at Liberty Midlands Mall, Pietermaritzburg around 5:30 (cant remember exact time but was after 5pm). I needed assistance at the cellphone display department as I wanted to buy Bluetooth Headphones. I asked the African dark-skinned lady who was on the floor (cleaning at that time) if anyone can assist me (displayed items are locked with some form of plastic locking device on shelves, so I can't help myself. I think to prevent theft. That is fine understood). She was friendly and very welcoming and left what she was doing to get someone to help me from the counter as this was not where she was stationed. Even despite her numerous attempts to get someone to help me, at the counter they seemed to go about their business no one even cared to look towards me or assured me that they will come and assist me. Only the girl who was mopping the floor (the one I asked) came back to try and make me comfortable to say can I please wait for a while someone is coming (even though I saw no one attending or listening to her plea for a customer). So I waited... and still no one came, even looked my way or assured me they were coming or in the middle of something (I could have understood). One light-skinned (mixed race I think) guy was with a customer at the counter, the other lady (African) was counting coins and the other one was busy at the counter with clothes I suppose (no sure what she was doing). I asked the only African girl (the one that left mopping the floor for me to try to get someone to help) if only one person worked at the cellphone/gadget department? and she said they are two and the other one was not currently at the shop and the other at the counter. I understood but what I could not understand is why after all that still no one (except the girl who was cleaning the floor) came or even showed interest to help. So I left. I ended up buying similar Bluetooth headphones from Musica just down across the passage of the mall. I paid an extra R50+ but atleast I did not wait and the staff regularly came to me to see if I was helped. After having left Mr Price in town and not find what I was looking for and travel all the way and find it at Mr Price at Midlands Mall but couldn't get assistance to buy it. I felt undervalued and defeated. I really hope that some staff members would try and be more hospitable. Regards, Treasure
poor service - false accusation - unethical behaviour - racism
Good day.
On 8 February 2019, I was at the Mr. Price clothing store in the Highveld Mall Witbank.
The way we were treated was by far the most terrible ever.
First of all, the water bottles in the fridge was packed under the wrong type as well as prices, when the cashier scanned the bottled water, the price was incorrect, I questioned this and nicely asked to please rectify their packing in their fridges, where I received a nasty look and was told to shop on the back side of the fridge, not the front side. This was said very disrespectfully, there after, the security searched our bags etc, the only white people being searched, all the other black customers were just let out with much bigger bags, this is absolutely racist.
There after we went to shop at another shop due to poor service delivery, but couldn't find what we were looking for, therefor returned to Mr. Price to buy a shirt only. NB : Returning passed the SAME disrespectful racist security lady, whereto we were accused of stealing the water which was paid for a few minutes ago AND she checked the slip. There after she convescated the water which I PAID for.
Please check your camaras for this branch, Friday 08/02/19 @ 18:10-18:25
Your feedback will be appreciated.
Should you have any queries, please feel free to contact me at [protected]
Kind regards.

my account
On the 17 January 2019 I went to mr price sport potchefstroom to buy shoes I realized that I don't have my account card with me so I politely asked the cashier if it's possible to use my identity documents and she said yes, she my account later she said it's not possible to use my identity documents. I went home and came back later with my card and bought the shoes. On the 19January 2019 I received a call from mrp sport telling me my account is being paid by someone that they need to revise the money, I refuse any activity in my account without my presence but they went in to my account without my consent. So like to know how did that person make payment in my account and if it's possible does it mean my personal details are not safe. please help with that.
product and service
I went to buy clothes there last week Friday. Saturday my bf went into the store to go and just get me the right sizes of the clothes I bought and he waited half an hour for assistance and when they helped him eventually the person was rude and not helpful at all. When i got home yesterday I saw that one of my jeans I paid for was not in the bag? I want to know how this issue can be resolved. And how something like this even happens?
Contract cancellation
I had a contract with mrp mobile which I settled last year September on the 28th, I called in to let them know that it has been paid off, I wanted to cancel it and I told them to please send me a letter for cancellation, the lady I spoke to said I'd be cleared and will receive that letter, however my credit score is still bad and it's still written an amount I owed around july.

I understand that Mr Price is not a clothing company that produces good quality clothing. Because the prices are (relatively) cheaper than good quality clothing stores. But serioisly. The quality of clothing produced at Mr Price these days is almost always at 'reject' standard. Mismatched hems, appalling sewing, inconsistent sizes, pathetic quality material, mistakes made in the sewing work, broken buttons, and asymmetrical lines (when there arnt supposed to be any). Just distasteful and cheap (cheap looking too). Oh and dont try wash the clothing. After one wash you might as well throw the item away. Poor poor workmaship. Made in China it says. By whom? Blind people?!
Terribly dissapointed.
clothing
I went into a Mr Price store at Mamelodi Denlyn store, I went with my bank card and store card and receipt i printed on my emails.I told them i need a cash refund for the item bought as i no longer need it, I was told they can only refund my store card and not my bank card or give me my money back.
I fail to understand how is that not possible not to get my money back in cash or in my bank card when i bought with my bank card for an amount of R230.00 i feel this store is failing thier clients as im forced to buy in the store when i do not want to as they want to offer a voucher or take it back in my store card and i dn see anything i want at this moment all i want is my money back and they refused.Other retail stores give you your money back if you are not happy with their item now Mr Price is forcing us to buy from them.Kindly find a resolution for me to get my money back as i will further take this to the Ombuds and Hello peter till i get my money back.

service at mr price sport rosebank
I went to your Mr Price Sport Rosebank store today, 18 January 2018, at around midday. I was one of three customers in the store. The store had about 6 employees in it.
There were many items on sale and I was eager to find things in my size. I am an XS and usually it's relatively difficult to find my size. After about 45 minutes of browsing I was ready to try on my items. I had about 18 items to try on.
No one is around or close to the change rooms so I searched for a lady to help me. When I do find the lady in charge of the dressing rooms she looks at my items of clothing and gives me terrible attitude. All she says to me is only six items. Although there is no where to hang my other items while I change. She then tells me to hang it on a steamer holder which I didn't want to do because I know those are expensive and I didn't want to break it. I put my clothes neatly on the floor next to the steamer and the lady disappears again. I go into the change room with six items and try on then get dressed and get my other items to try on another six. I see another customer come in with a terrible look on her face from the appalling behavior of the staff who have not helped her at all.
Whilst I'm in the change room I hear a huge commotion and screaming outside the change room. Then I realize it's the staff gasping at the amount of clothes I've put on the floor. Although I made sure to put everything neatly back on the hangers to make this lady's job easier.
I come out of my change room shortly after the commotion to find the lady standing outside my door and pushing into my change room. She then told me I was wrong to put my clothes on the floor and that I must hang it on the steamer which I told her I didn't want to do. At this point I started to get upset. She grabs my items and walks out and puts it on a rack in the store without even showing me where she put it.
When I come back to try on one last item she stares me down. I felt so uncomfortable. I decided to pay and leave. So I walk over to the till and no one is in line except me. There are two ladies behind the counter chatting. I wait five minutes until they say I'm allowed to pay. After spending R500 in your store I don't get so much as a thank you. She hardly looked at me and just kept chatting.
I am very happy to shop at Mr Price but it makes me irate when the entire stores staff act in such a disrespectful manner to their paying customers. I am also very alarmed at this kind of behavior after hearing the huge losses Mr Price have recently had. The biggest losses in their history! I'd like to believe that maybe having such arrogant and disrespectful staff during these difficult times must be a huge burden to the company.

sofas and chair
After waiting two weeks for our products to arrive, we ended up at the store only to find out that half of our R15000 order has not been delivered after complaining various times about it. Our one chair didn't even have a bracket for assembly. We are still awaiting the rest of our order. The logistics in the Mr Price home group is absolutely pathetic. This is the last ever that I will be purchasing from this group. Please get the rest of my order out and ensure that your packaging and quality control gets up to standard.

online shopping; am so angry and disappointed
Morning
Am cynthia manogo and I have a problem that I faced when I was trying to buy clothes from mrp online shop. I purchased clothes on the 20 dec 2018 at 13:01 it's when I finished processing the payment but I didn't get any order number and on the app it showed order numbers and the status was canceled so the following day I called the call centre to ask if why didn't I get the order cause I have paid I only received a notification from my bank that I have paid mrp group r985, 00 the consultant said maybe the payment will reflect after 48hrs cause they're using absa bank. After 48 hours I called on saturday explain my problem and the consultant said I should call on sunday only to find out that the call center was closed on sunday then on monday I called and they said I should email my proof of payment and I did and called back they said I should send the proof of payment again cause they didn't receive it I send it but still no response again or any progress then yesterday which was the 27 dec 18 I called to ask if when can I receive the order cause I need it before the 29th and if it's possible can I change the store as am relocating and they said is not possible so I said can I then get the voucher even though I didn't want it but because it's late i'll take it they said I should wait for 48 to 72 hours again so the financial department can process the voucher. Now am so angry and disappointed because I brought online hoping the service is better than instore and the reason I brought online is because there were no sizes in store so now what I need is either I get the voucher before the end of today or just send me back my money cause it's been 7 days now calling the call center but not getting any where so am just tired of it. And that's my email [protected]@gmail.com
accounts
I went to Mr Price Sport in Carnival Mall on 27/12/18 at 14:00pm and requested them to call the accounts department.Zandile from the store called for us and spoke to Shastra (accounts department)explaining that I would like to do a payment plan as I am retrenched and unemployed. She then spoke to me and I explained my situation and Shastra said we cannot do a payment plan. Please advice on what I can do as I am currently lost as I am trying to make a payment plan but am told I cannot
bad service and pathetic staff
Mr Price Hartbeespoort is a disaster. This staff have no idea what they are doing, the clothes are lying everywhere on the floor. Most of them don't even have price tags on. Nothing is hanging with matching compartments. The staff is unfriendly any unwilling to help you. There weren't any staff to help at the paypoint. It took me 20 minutes in the line before I got to the front, only to find that one of my items does not have a price on. It was the last one and they could not find it on their system. They lost that sale. While standing in line they let their "friends" cut in causing most people to drop their shopping and leave the shop. It is absolutely pathetic.
mr price online
I have ordered goods online on Tuesday the 18th of Dec 2018 to be delivered to Cape Gate Mr price clothing on the 21st of Dec 2018. Ive checked my order and saw the order was on hold on Thursday the 20th of Dec 2018. I have contacted the call centre immediately to rectify this nonsense. The lady that asdisted me assured me all is well and my order will be dispatched. I checked this morning as I didnt receive any notification if my order has arrived at the store. To my utter ahock my order is still on HOLD after I contacted the call centre to inform them about this. I do not care how you get my order delivered to me but I WANT MY ORDER DELIVERED NO LATER THAN THE 24TH OF DEC 2018. Your service is really appalling no customer service at all!
incorrect items delivered
On Friday 14/12/2018, I went to collect my online order from a Mr Price Clothing outlet. They initially couldn't find my package and then gave a package from Mr Price Home. It had my name and order number on it but was not from the correct shop or the correct items. I ordered 5 x ladies Christmas pyjamas and one pair of slippers. When I opened the package it was a duvet cover and something else. I left the package there. The store called customer service to report it and so did I. The store was very apologetic. The customer service, after phone call and emails has not even responded to me as to when I will receive the correct package, which I need by latest 23/12 for a Christmas dinner. They are gifts. Not even a courtesy of replying to an email. I paid for items I never received and they are not assisting at all. I cannot buy Jose items in store. They only had stock online. There is no customer service at MRP. It's shocking
serious infringement of my honour
On 11 December 2018 I visited the Miladys store in Brackenfell Hypermarket, where I purchased a blouse, pants as well as a pair of shoes. I paid with my purchase with my credit card, an amount of R756.00.
On 14 December 2018 I visited the store in Cape Gate. On this particular day, I had the clothes which I purchased at Miladys Brackenfell Hypermarket on. I browsed the shop for approximately 10 minutes, after which I decided to leave. Upon exiting the store, I noticed two female employees, standing between the clothing racks talking to each other, while looking at me. I however left the store and proceeded towards the escalators.
As I was about to get onto the escalator when one of the female employees came from and called me. She did not identify herself to me, but informed me that a price tag was hanging from the top I was wearing and wanted to know where I had bought the top. I explained to her that I had bought the top at the Miladys branch at Brackenfell Hypermarket a few days before and I got the impression that she did not believe me. She informed me that I needed to prove to her that I indeed bought the top.
As I didn't have the purchase invoice with me I couldn't show it to her, she informed me that we would have to go the security office. I remembered that I received an sms on my phone when the transaction went through and showed this to her. She said that this sms did not prove that it was the specific blouse. She then took down the details and wanted to know at which till I paid. She then took her portable phone, which she had with her and phoned the Miladys store in Brackenfell Hypermarket and confirmed the sale, after which she apologised and I left.
I am extremely traumatised by these events and the way this situation was dealt with. This whole incident played off at the escalator, outside the store, where other shoppers were passing by, witnessing the whole incident. At no stage did this female employee ask me to accompany her into the store, and more specifically into an office where this incident could be resolved more privately. I felt I was being treated like a criminal in view of other shoppers. Surely this employee could have resorted to watching the cctv footage in-store to confirm what I was wearing when I entered the store, after inviting me back into the store.
I don't feel like wearing the clothing items which I bought as they remind me of this traumatic incident. I will most certainly not support Miladys any longer, as I have been doing for the past 20 years. I have also sought legal advice in this regard and would like to inform you that I will not let this incident go as it was too traumatic for me. I don't even visit the Cape Gate shopping centre as a result of this incident and have trouble sleeping at night.
bad staff member with bad attitude
I was badly harassed by one of your staff members by the name xolani at fourways crossing i took 3 dresses for fiting and cause i was in a hurry I couldn't take them back where i got them so placed them on next to mens wear so xolani said thats not where you should put them I ignored him and he said aii leave man cause u broke and u got no money thats bad from mr price staff member and XOLANI has bad attitude and is not a good person and he will make u lose customers
quality return policy on shoes
I bought a pair of leather sandles at your Blue Route store. I did not have a slip, I bought the sandles in July. Jason the person in charge told me that there is a 4month guarantee on your shoes. I asked him whether you can fix it then cause does it mean that I must buy a new pair of shoes every 4 months if it breaks.
I am very dissapointed cause all mine and my childs clothes I buy at Mr Price.
Unfortunately I will not be longer shop at Mr Price.
