Sunday evening the 1st July 2018, I went to Nandos columbine square Suiderood and bought 3 spicy rice and chicken strips. I asked to please add extra sauce as the rice is dry most of the time. It's like I asked for extra dry rice, all 3 of the spicy rice and chicken strips were dry. I don't know the meaning of the sticker that reads special request. This is not the first time. 😕😕😕

Hi I am Mrs Queen Ngomane from Mabopane Pretoria. I ordered a garlic bun & cheese garlic bun via drive throw on Sunday the 24th of June 2018 at Soshanguve Nando's but I was extremely disappointed to find my buns so stiff & unfresh they tasted like they have been there for weeks & weeks, I am not pleased at all I couldn't enjoy my food & now I have so much fear to order any other thing from Nando's.
I have a complaint with regards to a screw found in my pita.
I bought a pita at nando's n1 city whilst chewing I bit on something hard my tooth is still acheing inside the mild pita there was a screw. I went to the shop the manager told me his sorry... I in response requested the owners details they told me it's vernon upon calling him.
He also just sorry. He send. E a whatsapp after stating sorry for your experience.. I mean come how pathetic is that excuse for such a big outlet. I could've given it to a small child then what? I could've swallowed it!
late order and food opened
I placed an order around 10:30 on line which I paid for got a msg that my order will be delivered by 12:05 which never happened I called more than 5 times eventually got hold of the manager of Ormonde promised to send the guy to bring the delivery and refund..The driver dropped my food at reception opened tried running after him but he didn't stop he drove away...Called again the manager said he'll send the same guy with my refund still awaiting, mind you the food only arrived around 14:00 and it was cold, I'm very dissappointed...

I was flaburgusted by the service I got from nandos in town please refer to the attachment .firstly the cashier was so rude no greetings to start with if which I guess is normal there . when I wanted to veryfiy the order she was raw again (2 not told about the collection and the person says I called you of which she did not I was the last customer the footage can prove that I was only told we are closing . no matter how much I love nandos but such service make one think twice . full chicken and 4 wages for 220 when I tried to talk this through this it was like I was talking obout something which I got for free

Hi. To whom it may concern. I placed my order thru delivery via the queensburgh branch, which went thru the main call centre at 17:54 and end my call with placing my complete at 17:58. They did inform me (I will receive my order with 45mins to an hour). After numerous times tying to call the number from the website, I got cut off. On the 18th time, I got thru just to get told my delivery is on its way after 1 hour and 30mins. 10mins from the call to a
So called head office, I got told that the driver is on his way. Driver delivered at 19:43, with no apologies what so ever and after that I call the store and got told an ear full from the so called management Mr Arden and vennesa that it's Friday and we busy. The call centre knows nothing about delivery and being busy. Is this the service we as customers need from the NANDO's group. So lame and so un professional. I await your response. poor service, wrong orders and a complete waste of my time.
I placed an order over the telephone in order to fast track the process, I arrive at the shop, Nando Rooihuiskraal to find my order not ready and only getting packed when I ask for it over 20mins later. When I get the order its wrong one item is missing and I have to pay additional for that iterm. The store manager is called to attend to my problem and he couldn't be bothered by knows who is at fault. Clearly this happens often. Just as I thought my issue was resolved parts of the order that were correct have now been given to another customer who didnt even order that item. Talk about a total waste of my time. I will never buy at that shop again. Customer service is next to nothing.

I have been getting terrible service from bandos for sometime now, from late delivery to rude agents who answer the phone even not delivering what I ordered and make empty promises that that will deliver it but no one comes, but today they did level their terrible service by giving me burnt, half done wings. Nandos parkown is the worst restaurant ever! And I'm pissed and want a refund.
poor service
This evening I ordered a meal at Nandos Eastgate. I wanted to purchase a tub of mayonnaise, like I normally do, but was told that i had to buy a big bottle of mayo as they were out of stock on the tubs. I only wanted a tablespoon of mayo and i asked if they could please put some for me from the kitchen when serving my meal. I was told by the waitress and then the manager that they were not allowed to do so. It's totally beyond my understanding that I could be treated so poorly for a tablespoon of mayo which I was willing to pay for. I have been a customer and fan for years and it is sad that because of poor service by its staff, Nandos has left a 'bad taste' in my mouth. Pardon the pun.
burger buns
I am not happy about the way you handle your burger buns. At Kelvin Grove Nando's at around 5:00 pm on Tuesday the 24 of April, I saw a man that looked to be in a manger uniform taking out burger buns with his bare hands. Earlier I had seen him on his phone. I am also in the workforce, working at a different fast food place and everyone wears gloves when handling burgers. I am not happy with this and it makes me feel disgusted at what he was doing. Please take some action against this and FIX IT.
croydon isando, late delivery, incorrect order, short delivery
I placed an order today the 26th of April 2018 at 11:47 online, through Croydon Nandos, Isando. The order was only delivered at 13:45, the food was cold, and the order was just wrong. Instead of getting a pulled chicken wrap with no cheese, I got a normal chicken wrap, I ordered lemon & herb chicken livers and got mild. I also did not receive my lipton peach icetea.
I am so disappointed.
unable to deliver
Constant problems with this Nantes. If the food is not burnt then they forget half the order.
I phone to place an order today. Get told they cant deliver. I must phone Rivonia and select option 3. I do this. Rivonia says they cant deliver to me as not in their area. I phone the call centre back. They say they cant help me unless I collect. Why? because of the strike im told. So you knew about the strike for a while already, do you not make arrangements for your drivers? NO. I also get told they dont deliver in the rain cos they drive scooters. Well funny that Pizza perfect delivers in the rain.
Nandos has absolutely no cares for their customers.

I am at Nandos at the moment, they put my order through, and got it wrong, the guy that was preparing my meal gets angry with the staff, and decides to take as long as he wants to now make my meal, I'm still waiting and it's almost 30mins later
If anyone is looking for nandos I suggest you find another place...

I normally make orders for my boss, the CEO of the company, either for his lunch or when he has his late afternoon executive meetings with the professors and in most cases the order will be fine and sometimes not.
Yesterday I was disappointed again, I ordered food for R485.00, the wedges were not looking nice, we ordered 2 full chicken but were given 2 tomato sauces and 2 chilli sauces and yet I have asked for extra sauce. there was no butter for the rolls.
He was very much unhappy and it was late already there was not much we can do as his guest were on their way

I am at Nando's jubilee mall and the manager does not value me as a customer ... Myself and family do not drink fizzy drink, then we brought along with us a 2L Tropika for our satisfaction because that is what we prefer and nandos did not have such..we have waited for one hour since the manager refused us to place an order ... We are very loyal customers and we are very furious about this...

I placed an order at 6:30 pm with the food only arriving at 8:20 pm (after calling about 6 times and being told the delivery guy is already at my address...which was ofcourse false). When the food finally arrived it looked like it had fell about 3 times before it could make it to me. The delivery guy did not even apologize for the delay nor give an explanation for why the food was in the state that it was in. I am really disappointed as one would expect way much better for the amount one pays for a Nando's meal.

And I live in Samrand, twice I went and bought food from Nandos Midrand and their service and food is horrible, their Green salad wasn't worth it and the pineapple not chopped, previously visited the Nandos in Carslawed and I was impressed, their salad was filling, feta grilled and pineapple grilled, meat juicy, Midrand has left me speechless, their meat was so dry and tiny little pieces of meat, we pay money for those meals not given for free, for the Standard of Nandos Midrand staff is very lazy and service not up to standard, am not happy at.
bad customer service
Last night I placed an order with Nandos on Malibongwe Drive with their manager Justice. This is after I had been calling the store for more than 10minutes without an answer. I then eventually contacted the call Centre and spoke to a lady by the name of Ellen. She informed me that she will contact the branch and let them call me back. Justice called and I placed the order after a few minutes he called me back to say that they don't deliver in my area. We had to go to bed hungry. He was very arrogant and condescending on the phone. It is now 2:03pm and o have not received any form of communication from Nandos nor the manager. He has not apologized nor done any follow up regarding this incident. I am a loyal customer of Nandos. I don't appreciate this level of disrespect and disregard for the people who are keeping your restaurant's doors open. I am also including my call log of the endless calls I had to make last night- a waste of my time and money.
nando's croydon - delivery orders
I Ordered from Nandos Croydon 2 weeks ago, and went to fetch order during work time because the delivery service is so unreliable and delayed, I could not wait as I had meetings, and just enough time to pop out and get my order, and my order was missing the chips, I contacted the store as soon as I noticed it was missing and raised that it was missing, the person who I spoke to said that someone would bring my chips through to my office, and I would be contacted by the restaurant manager in this regard, FYI- a small chips is R24.95 (which used to the price of a meal at Nandos, and is still the price of some complete take away meals just for some other take away places just to give context as to how overpriced Nandos is and what it means to Omit a simple thing like chips from a customer's order.)
Today 01/03/2018 I placed an order for delivery at 11:00 am so as to avoid the lunch time rush, so that my colleague and I could eat in a reasonable time as we have meeting booked throughout the day, the order was messed up by the Croydon store and at 13:20pm, we (3 of us) have still not received our food nor a decent explanation or indication of time to wait for the order.
We have in the past, had many items missing in order, and instances whereby the order has been processed incorrectly, and details have been ignored.
I am going to start discouraging my friends and family from buying Nandos, as it has become expensive and the quality of service and food has deteriorated severely.
Given that this has impacted 3 people, we have all agreed that as a business we will encourage use of Nandos within our Offices as it is inefficient, and does not deliver on time.
Not sure which is worse, the ignorance or the arrogance of Nandos for having not had the decency to apologies or make it a priority to rectify an incorrect delivery, which resulted on their side, either we as customers have high expectations of standard, or Nandos does not have any.
