hot tangy tomato and dry portuguese rolls
I am disappointed with the chicken and the Portuguese rolls I got from Nandos Eagles Landing. The tangy tomato had some chili on it as if they had prepared mild for someone. The rolls were not the usual wrapped Nandos rolls, but they were dry and old, we couldn't even eat them.
My meal was such a waste as some of my family members can't eat hot or mild stuff.

So we get to nandos and order our food at 17.17pm waiting for about 15 minutes flat my husband and i go to counter to check what has happend as it has been a very long time since the food has not arrived we go there waited for the chef which was not there he had only two chickens on the burner asthe store was very quiet there was only one other customer which already was eating so we get fed up and tell the lady to just give us the food cuase she said you asked for well done it is still cooking surely it does not take 25 minutes, anyway so after a further five minutes after the food was ready to be put on the tray cause the staff decided he needed to go to the toilet first before serving the food, So the food arrives immediately my piece which was a breast in mild sauce was so much bigger than my husbands who had the hot breast piece so he calls the manager and asks whats wrong with the food now this manager is an extremely rude person he pulls his face as my husband asks and says there is nothing wrong with this food so my husband in return says so you cant see anything wrong with the food he said no it is a quater chicken chips and rolls so i say cant you see the sizes of the chicken he then starts to laugh after half an hour of receiveing our food it is not funny at all anymore, Anyway he goes on having a piss attitude instead of helping us the customer he did nothing we took pictures of him and the store to see how quiet is was and to get stick from a manager who is suppose to help he gav us a story about how it is the bird cut in half thats the right and thats the left REALLY is your right leg bigger than your left leg we paid 150rand for such a tiny meal i will never go back to nandos especially after this pathetic behaviour from a manager,

Poorest customer care. Ridiculously standing behind a customer having a payment problem for 10 to 15 minutes without any other assistant helping me or communication from assistant. Only one out of 3 till points working. A next customer walking in gets served immediately after I decide to leave nandos. I walk back into nandos and after customer assisted asks the assistant how come she helped the customer after me and she says cos I left. I told her but the issue is I had just left and she assisted the next customer and she knew how long I was waiting. She apologised but that was not enough. The manager who assisted the customer who had a payment problem then came to me and I told him what had transpired. He apologised . I just left because having to wait another 10 or more minutes was unacceptable. I am reluctant to utilize this branch again. I would not recommend it. Please train your assistants in customer care and etiquette.

Good day,
I ordered the item Boujee bowl for delivery telephonically. Upon being delivered I see that the baby spinach had been replaced with normal lettuce without notifying/asking me. That now even appears wilted. I contacted the call center and was told that when the order goes through the branch is authorized to change the spinach to 'fancy' lettuce if they do not have stock of the spinach, without even finding out from the client re:likes/dislikes/preferance/food allergies. Is such things a norm to substitute ingredients chosen/selected/ordered/paid for? I find this unacceptable. Please address.

Hi, I went to Nandos Grassy Park and bought chicken, peri wedges and salad for my husband then I bought the kiddies meal with the chicken strips, mielie, water and salad. I can't believe that you could bring something so gross out of the kitchen. I didn't want my child to touch that salad. I would never give that to anyone let alone a child. Lettuce and cucumber was brown and it was like pieces of spat out tomato in there.

I have made the order and added note that I want some sauces.
Nando's chicken very famous in Malaysia, but without the peri peri sauce, it just like normal chicken thay I can buy it everywhere.
When the grab driver sent the food to me, I asked him why he not giving me any sauce, he said the food is prepare by the nando's, he just take it and sent to me.
I ask him why dont you check the order is that same that I order by the apps. He called me to contact customer service and ask for resent the sauces.
So, I call customer services, the lady keep on say sorry, grab did not provide this kind of service.
I asked her, who suppose to make this responsibility?
I contact grab, nobody want to resent, contact nando's they dont have the driver to resent also.
I am pregnant now, I very disappointed, I eat Nandos is because I like the sauce, No sauce, me and my baby no mood to having the meal.
Please, please call the grab driver to check the order before sent, please call nando's to check the note that customer have written.
This is a serious issue.

Hi.
I have been to the reservoir hills nandos branch on the 07 May 2019.
Order number 902, invoice 4902. Total amount R400. 00
I had purchased a full family pack and an additional chicken.
Upon collection, checking to see if my order was indeed correct, I had noticed that the tangy tomotoe chicken didn't have extra basting as requested. So, while opening The bag... I further found something sticking out of the chicken. I called the cashier as her manager (sne) to query what that was as it looked like hairs... The manager laughed at me and said"oh, that's chicken feathers!".
So my response to her was"Is that normal" she ignored me and continued to put the chicken back into its packaging. I asked the question about 3 times.. And to my surprise the lady says YES!
I had to correct her duties as a manager and she replaced the order... I don't understand isizulu that well. But me being the customer, was laughed at as if I did the wrong thing by saying the order was incorrect.
Tangy tomatoe chicken was for my 2 boys, age 4 and 2...
Is it presumed safe to consume chicken feathers? If so, that is ridiculous.
If left unnoticed... That would of been innocently consumed by kids.. The Health effects as well as hygiene would be unknown. If you work for a food and beverage industry and posted as manager of a store.. You are presumed to know the fundamentals. The response and reactions that I have received is appaulling.
I didn't even get an apology. Rather a series of attitude from your nandos team.
Being complaint in the food services industry means a lot to the public, especially customer service satisfaction.
I would like to know if this is expected... Feathers to be consumed and service of that callibre.

mushroom and halloumi pitta
It was my first time in one ofthe Nandos restaurant and probably the last. I paid almost £10 for a Vegetarian pitta + side of sweet potatoe wedges.
I had 1 tiny portabello mushroom in there that was clearly few days old considering the taste of it, and the 5 wedges was soggy and mushy, definetly not worth the money.
I told the waiter about the 1 mushroom and was told that that's the way they have to prepare it.
For a big world-wide company i can only say that Nandos is a big rip off.

Yesterday I was delivered the most awful spinach from the Norwood branch in Johannesburg, SA. It was literally swimming in oil. It was just horrendous. Is this how spinach is prepared by this restaurant? It's a health harzard honestly. My money down the drain. I won't use this Norwood branch ever again. But if this is a new recipe, then it's goodbye.

What a bad customer service I got I normally go to this restaurant to grab a take out after my gym at southgate value mart nandos and yesterday I decided to sit in after my morning workout.I was served by a lady who was very dirty and have a bad attitude she spilled my drink on the table but gave me an attitude after did not even wipe the table after that she is very slow and lazy I think her name tag stated gugu she is a bad customer serving person I have ever been helped by I even regret sitting in I could have done what I normally do take out.I dnt know if I wil ever sit in an get an attitude from girls like her in that shop.please put more energetic and friendly girls on serving people.

I would really like to know what the story is with Nandos and their promotions. There is always a catch, to 100 meals & which is sold out within the hour. Besides that I really have a problem with the fact that you can not choose to eat the breast piece which I normally eat and purchase. I am a regular customer I don't run to Nandos when their are only specials and to be told that oh no we give whatever which is literally only the leg quaters is a unbelieveable. The chicken looks like it's literally just touched the grill it's white and dry, You ask for extra sauce it's like I was asking for a extra piece of Chicken it's ridiculous If you can't run a proper promotion like Spur, Romans, etc then don't run a promotion at all or be very clear and say only dry leg quaters are part of the promotion ! VERY DISAPPOINTED

Nandos Maponya mall.. their service is so slow and poor the manager has attitude when you ask how long will your order take. They say orders take 15-20 minutes, I waited for 20minuts went to ask for my order they said another 20mintes I waited and went back to ask again they said another 29 minuets.. I mean really this is not on. 45 minuts waiting for my order.. and the manager was very rood when I asked her when will My order be ready, she asks me if she should counsel the order. I asked he after waiting for so long you want to counsel the order. And she just turned away..
nandos florida - I ordered food online, paid but didn't receive my food.
Ordered food online at 13:00 on Sunday, 28/10/2018 from the Florida branch of Nando's, they took the payment and I didn't receive the food. After waiting for an hour, I called the number but after many frustrating calls later, they said if I wanted to get the food I would have to pay for it in cash (even though the payment was taken off my account). And if I wanted a refund, I would have to provide a bank statement to the store for a refund to be processed. All I wanted was to get the food I ordered - now I have to jump through hoops to get a refund! This is pathetic service from Nando's!

I wish to bring to your attention our unpleasant customer experience in one of your Restaurant in Mauritius
Last week we went with the whole family to experience a nice time at Nandos at La Croissette in Grand Baie Mauritius.
It is good that I mention to you that even if Nandos resto are in Food Court, the Nandos Restaurant is considered as a place to be in Mauritius and the 80% middle classe or Low income families, make it a must to attend at least once in a year and expect to have a pleasant time, value for money.
Unfortunately, we were very deceived to understand that the shot of Whisky served was not as per normal standard. The Head Waiter only replied that this is Nandos standard and they can' t do else. for the price we paid, we were expecting a good dosage of Whisky, as it is the case in many restaurants in Mauritius and I guess in the world.
It is unfortunate that the customer service was not at all put forward.
why Nandos has its own dosage which is very little when compared to others?

We ordered a kids meal lemon and herb burger with cheese and no sauce. It arrived with peri peri sauce on it and no cheese. We ordered a pita with cheese the amount of chicke on the pita was a joke and there was no cheese. Our food took over an hour to get here and when it did it was completely cold. We have eaten Nando's often and have never received such a poor delivery of food. Paying over R600 for food you would expect to have value for money. That clearly did not happen.

I ordered full chicken now at nandos tramshed pta and I got boiled chicken instead of grilled chicken, the guy just put it on the griller for 2 seconds and just brushed one side with da sauce what's worse is that it's not even busy so why the rush. We so much money for the food and you want enjoy your meal, the next thing it's not properly prepared you get crap. If I wanted boiled chicken I would've cooked it myself.

I ordered a full chicken on 07/09/2018 around 17H00 in Nandos at Pretoria central corner Paul Kruger and Jacob Mare. I ordered a mild full chicken which i asked them to cut it for me. First thing is the chicken was not grilled instead it was boiled and then they put on their sauce afterwards, and second thing is as i have asked them to cut it for me i found out the other piece of the chicken were not there as i have made the take away order.
My worry is am not the first time customer at that Nandos but the thing is i most of the time sit in instead, and i always enjoy their meal.
I would opt for full amount refund because am not really satisfied. Things are very expensive this days for one to get an unsatisfactory order. I would also be glad if you attend to this matter urgently or i take it futher.

The personnel at the entrance to this Nando's are surly and have no people skills. No signage up to indicate that you have to wait to be seated - where is this standard practice in Nando's? They were rude to my son and I when we walked up to the counter to place an order. Apparently one has to wait to be seated and only then walk up to the counter and place an order. I didn't appreciate the condescending attitude and rather walked on to another eating place. This is sad since this is a South African brand that needs to be promoted in the best manner possible

Even after asking the lady if it had extra sauce and she answered yes. The chicken didn't even have any taste to it. And was marked on the packet HOT
