National Football League [NFL] Officiating for Bears V. Steelers

The officiating during the Bears Vs. Steelers game is incredibly one sided.
The Bears had a touchdown called back on a personal foul call that didn't qualify AND then two roughing the passer calls were missed.
I'm a Browns fan, so I'm not emotionally invested but this officiating is truly awful.

Desired outcome: Better training for officials.

National Football League [NFL] NFL TV Announcers - All of them

Are you paying the announcers by the word. Sure seems like it.

Need to shut them up and have them announce the game only. Don't need to hear about what that play reminded them of or what they percieved is a cute anecdote or what they did when they played or coached.

Seems like they are trying to out talk each other.

Very annoying and distracting.

I've on occasion muted my TV which I don't like doing as then I miss the noise of the game and the fans, love that interaction.

Truly need a happier medium here, you're mismanagement of this facet of your consumer's TV and game enjoyment is being destroyed. It gets worse each year.

Desired outcome: Reduce announcer interaction with stories. Have them do their job only and announce the plays and games.

National Football League [NFL] Dallas cowboys name

According to an article in The Muskegon Chronicle, Nov.7, 2021 by Jake Coyle of the Associated Press, titled Giving the Western some swagger in "The Harder They Fall", the term Cowboy originated as a racist term for Black ranch hands. White ranch hands where referred to as cowhands.
In the time of Cancel Culture, we need to cancel the name "Cowboys" immediately.

Desired outcome: Dallas Cowhands or Dallas Cowpokes

National Football League [NFL] NFL Network

What a ripoff that you want fans to have to pay to watch Monday night football on your NFL network. I am still disgusted with the NFL over allowing players to kneel during the National Anthem. This is just one more reason to forget about football. All this does is anger people. You could care less about the fans that built your league. We are done with it.

Desired outcome: That the NFL goes broke!

National Football League [NFL] Poor refereeing

I'm currently watching the Patriots-Chargers game. No call on tackling Jones AFTER the time out is called. Then a no call on an obvious pass interference?! Which one of you has money on the game? It's clear that throughout this entire season the refs can't get it right. You are ruining the game. Goodell has no interest in taking care of these issues. He's only worried about his pocket. Can't WAIT for the day you are no longer commissioner of the NFL.

I completely agree! Same with nearly every game the Patriots play. They also took out the Jets QB with not only a late hit, but to the knees, then again the very next play injuring his knee! I guess they figure if they don’t get called for it they can do it again. Way to protect the players refs / NFL. Make that money at the expense of the players! Pass interference not called, unnecessary roughness not called, heck, even calling field goals out. I guess all the refs just agree that the Patriots are THE team of the NFL. That’s why I only watch highlights and don’t waste my time watching ANY patriots game, and DEFINITELY don’t subscribe to any National Fraud League services.

National Football League [NFL] bad game changing call

Sunday oct 31 Bengals vs jets 4th qrt. jets up 3 - its 3rd down 11 to go. jets try to run the ball . defensive player comes in low to tackel runner, runner bends over and from much higher angle makes helmet to helmet contact. The tackle was made should be 4th down, Bengals at least get a chance to tie the game, NO, these cheating refs call penalty on Bengals player, give jets 15 yards and run out the clock! Dirty call, i see them all the time and im sick of it! let these games be fair. This bad call gave the jets a win and stole a chance that a team SHOULD of had, nice league you have, NOT

Desired outcome: Quit Cheating, public apology to the Bengals

Good comment on a bad call. Refs make bad calls in every game. It's probably past time for a review on penalty calls...especially any call resulting in a penalty in excess of 5 yards. Reviews can be made quickly without slowing the game down. TV commentators quickly review all controversial plays and the public comes away every time either happy or very upset with the officials. Offensive holding is probably the most abused call. Virtually in nearly every play offensive linemen could be called for holding, but it's left up to the refs, not whether there was a hold or not.

Finally, the new "worst calls" quickly overtaking holding, come from the new rules to try to protect the quarterback. Players are being flagged for roughing the quarterback for merely touching the quarterback's helmet. These kinds of rules are likely to be the beginning of the end of American football
; certainly the end of the popularity of the game.

National Football League [NFL] Release emails from WFT investigation to NFLPA.

NFLPA Plans To Request Release Of Emails From Washington Football Team Investigation.
Great idea. WFT gets fined for a toxic workplace. Gruden's brother and Allen were fired in 2019 now Jon Gruden resigns. How did Snyder get away without having to sell the team? Duh, Goodell works for the owners. Talk about misdirection. PFT stated the NFL was ready to leak more emails until Gruden was fired or resigned. How did they get access to 700, 000 emails? I agree with Derek Carr, owner's, GM's, coaches' personal emails should all be looked at. I would add the media and all NFL personnel.

Desired outcome: Release the WFT investigation emails to NFLPA.

National Football League [NFL] Scoring of blocked punt

I believe the NFL got the scoring of the blocked punt wrong on Thursday, 10/7/21. It is listed as a normal 68 yard punt, but in analyzing the rules should have been a blocked punt and a second punt on the same play. I would like the NFL to review the scoring on the play- Draftkings bases their scoring on the NFL's decision and was the difference in large sums of money for many participants.

Desired outcome: Change the scoring to a blocked punt

National Football League [NFL] Goodell is a pathetic woke joke!

Goodell: You woke, Commie, gutless schemer. Gruden was right: Football is the last thing on your greedy mind. Aside from being the worst commissioner in the history of professional sports, the brown shirt operation that you currently manage, aka, the NFL, continues to eat itself from within, and while revenues may be up, you will soon rue the day when you catered to the woke mob in an effort to anoint yourself the King of the SJW Losers.

You're a bum, Goodell. Millions of TRUE NFL fans now wait for two things: 1. The day when you move on to your woke, Commie pasture and 2. When the lights finally go off on the fraud that you people label as the NFL.

Desired outcome: Goodell to resign immediately

National Football League [NFL] Liberal left shaming and intimidating those that do not agree with their wrong agenda.

The Liberal left wants to shame and then intimidate the NFL and those that do not agree with their (wrong) agenda. I support Christian values and do NOT like the Saddom and Gomorrah beliefs of the Progressive left. Our country is NOT well and great change is coming. GOD Bless America !

NFL needs to take a stand against the Liberal left, look what their policies are towards the children. In the future if nothing is done, the league will be known as the fairy 🧚‍♂️ league.

National Football League [NFL] Officials

I would love to know why roughing Ryan on first drive of game was a correct call. It seems a lot of your officials lack true football judgment. Same scenario in Raiders game. Fields was simply bumped into and went down like a soccer player. Another terrible call. NFL needs to start hiring younger officials who played the game beyond pop Warner football

Desired outcome: Replace official

National Football League [NFL] Officiating, or lack thereof or referees on the take

Anyone who witnessed the debacle, otherwise known as the officiating of the October 10th Browns-Chargers game is likely expecting a formal response from the league office. There were repeated bad calls and/or no calls and they all seemed to go against the Browns. One would have to question the terribly one sided bias of the aforementioned problem and immediate action should be taken against the entire officiating team.

As a long term viewer of NFL football, I really am questioning how such continued poor officiating could last for an entire 60 minutes. I hope that the league office is inundated with similar complaints and the party, or parties, held responsible for such an atrocity.

Desired outcome: Fines, suspension or firing of the official(s)

They need to replace the current officials with former football players who at least played at a D3 school. These doctors, lawyers, etc. don’t have a clue on how to manage a game. Most probably never played above pop Warner

National Football League [NFL] Leaking stories

Leaking stories goes back quite a while. One of the most famous leaks that was later proven false was Mort's 11 of NE's footballs were 2 psi over limit. Why only 4 of the Colts footballs were checked and Walt Anderson not remembering which gauge he used is another story.

Now, it's a story about Gruden sending an email to Allen about the head of the NFLPA. The NFL leaked it to the WSJ. After assembling the facts, it's a head scratcher. The NFL looked through 600, 000 emails looking for offensive/racial content. The NFL found the Gruden/Allen email. The NFL leaked it to the WSJ. Why not just banish Gruden? Why leak the story to the WSJ? It appears the only purpose was to create a media firestorm. Couldn't the NFL just be upfront and make an announcement or hold a press conference? You own NFL.COM and the NFL Network. Really shady stuff. The NFL should have just handled it themselves. Now, the storyline is will Gruden be fired? Come on! Gruden should have been fired as soon as the email was discovered by the NFL.

Well, now it's obvious what happened. The NFL used the media to do their dirty work. First, leak the racial email, then leak other offensive emails by Gruden. An organized hit job. Instead, of being upfront about things and saying Gruden isn't the type of person wanted in the NFL, they use the media to create a stir. Shameful because this action is so common. Be a coward and leak stuff.
All this brings up a question, how did the NFL get access to 600, 000 emails?

National Football League [NFL] Pitt/gb game 10/03/21

The touchdown Pitt had gotten on the blocked field goal attempt. Why was it not officially revise after the score. Replay didn't show any penalty. Refs need far more training.
The extra point after that series hits the upright but goes in. One ref signals good and the other just stood there looking at the other ref.

Desired outcome: More consistent ref calling.

National Football League [NFL] TV Networks

I'm tired of missing the first half of my team's game when it's scheduled the second game on Sunday. For some reason the TV Networks (FOX and CBS) think they need to show the finale of a game not even scheduled to be televised before switching to the game shown on their schedule. Therefore falsely advertising what as a consumer I am expecting to view.
Today 10/3/21, CBS had 2 games slotted back to back. The first game was KC Chiefs vs Philadelphia Eagles then the second game was Pittsburgh Steelers vs Green Bay Packers. The first game finished a little head of schedule so CBS took it upon themselves to televise the end of the Tennessee Titans vs NY Jets game (this game was not slotted to be televised in my area). This extra 'bonus' footage went into Overtime and CBS did not switch to the Pittsburgh Steelers vs Green Bay Packers game until it concluded. It was ridiculous that myself and thousands of other fans missed over a quarter of the game we were expecting.

Desired outcome: My desire is for the NFL to mandate the TV Networks carrying these game to actually televise what they promise.

National Football League [NFL] Missed calls failure to turn ball over

Today the Carolina Panthers were in a position to wear in a position to where there were 2 fumbles each time the ball was not overturned and the calls that were not made on holding inevitably led to yeah get to Carolina Panthers losing the game I really think that this game should be reevaluated and not even added as a viable game if possible

Desired outcome: Remove game from count

National Football League [NFL] Availability

Rams-Cardinals Norty Niners-Seahawks. Two critical games and neither one available to the real fans who cannot afford $100 a month for NFL or streaming. Fox has a stupid Xss rule about our local Fox station only being able to carry the early game many weeks. This is one of those weeks and both of these are late games. Perhaps we should change it to MFL, Money Football League. I am 80 years old and live on a social security check smaller than
most peoples mortgage payment. I also remember the 50-s and 60's, when
football was broadcast for the fans, not the dollars.

Desired outcome: Anything would be fine, but, nothing is more likely.
