I joined netflix on a 2 week "free" trial period. Before the two weeks were up I returned all dvd's and cancelled my membership online (Only because there was no phone number on the site to talk to a person to confirm that I would not be charged) I received confirmation that my membership was cancelled. I felt ok thinking there would be no charge to my credit card. After cancelling I had an emergancy for which I almost maxed my credit card out but I was still under my limit, I tell you this only to lead into the fact that on the very day that I cancelled the membership (3 days before it expired) netflix charged me $19.20 that I was not aware of or expecting. Since I did not know I was chareged for my "free" trial and used my credit card it sent me over the limit and I was charged another $29.00 for being over the limit. Netflix should not have charged me before my membership was up nor should they have charged me after cancelling my membership. Unable to find a phone number I emailed their customer service and am still waiting on a reply on how and when they are going to refund my money. I dont think its fair for them to make me wait on a response to a refund when they couldn't wait until the trial was up before they charged me. I would like people to know that a "two week free trial" ended up costing me $48.20. Beware if there is no way of contacting customer service.

Please add a disclaimer if the series or movie contains woke content, so I can stop avoiding anything made after 2018.
I'd like to skip perversions, forced inclusivity and historically incorrect shows just to cater to the less than 1% on this planet who actually want this.
If you fail to do this within a few months, I will end my subscription.
omg they put aload of crap on this site ,why do we want tv programs on here its all on the freeview channel and when you put a request in for films they aint there , i hate dubbed films or subtitle films , its all repeats as well , not really worth paying for it,a membership ,its absolutely crap .
How dare netflix cancel the only good shows but keep the dumb ones like Riverdale. I was looking forward to season five only to find out netflix has canceled yet another one of the only good shows on there this is a disgrace and I will be filing 50 more complaints!
Please stop putting gay characters and relationships in EVERY show and movie!

When I login it says update. But update button is not enable. I re installed it but same issue. It's active on my phone. But TV login is not accepting same login id and password
why are chargeing customers. With your high rate telephone number beging with 09 ... Unacceptable, pleas can you provide. Me with a alternative. Number , do exspect me to ring your number if i want to upgrade...NO
The account regulation that doesn’t allow more than one household to use an account has screwed me over because I’m a student who travels and works away from home using my parents netflix that I help pay for, and now I’m locked out and do not have a way to continuously reset my account to prove I’m allowed to be on it!

I am a loyal, long-term customer and always pay on time. I pay for four screens, and I can’t even have two screens going at the same time due to different Wi-Fi systems. I have at my residence. They are the Nazis now!
Im tired of having to unplug my tv (which requires me to move furniture) to refresh it before watching a movie because it keeps kicking me out. I had to call today (6-29) and leave tv unplugged for 3 minutes and still isn’t working. I shouldn’t have to keep calling the help desk.
my billing date is 26 of each month and every month I will get a notification on the 25 that my Netflix could not be paid because there are no fees available. Please stop doing this as I get a negative effect from my bank. My debit order went off and I received the sms on 25 August 2023 at 06h43.

Could you please explain why Narcos has a rating of MA 15+ when there is drugs, sex and extreme violence? Shouldn't it be R 18+?
If the rating classification is wrong, then the Parent Controls are useless.
