How many branches does one need to visit in one day to get help with a simple transaction? Two. The answer is two.
I mean, they're not Wells Fargo, so I suppose there's that.
Navigating that maze must have been a real test of patience—could've been worse if you had to visit a third branch. At least you found one that could finally get the job done, even if it felt like a mini tour of the city. Sounds like Nevada State Bank might want to rethink their "customer service" strategy, but hey, at least they’re not Wells Fargo!
