NewChic shoes

Ordered a size 10. What was sent not close to fitting. After hours of trying to get on the "chat" line was told that I could send them back to China, at my expense. I argued and they had me send pictures of my foot, the shoes, a tape measure etc. (I couldn't make this up).Was told within 48 hours they would handle it. after 6 fays waited 3 hours to get on chat again. Was told it's not their fault...I can send back to China. To bad, the shoes were nice. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY . mY ORDER NUMBER WAS [protected]

NewChic order # [protected], ordered placed 8/18/17, paypal cancelled order???, I paid for order by credit card, it went through, pay palreinbursedacct???

I have never used pay pal in 3 purchases made to newchic, with no problem I have received all 3 orders. I would like order # [protected], dated 8/1//17. I leaving for vacation, October 1st. after I received the letter of cancel, I went on line to get info from pay pal. they then sent me verification that pay pal sent newchic payment of $265.75, Receipt No. [protected]. dated Aug.18, 2017, 12:32:04PDT. the statement read; Hello Ray Ebberman, This charge will appear on your credit card statement as payment to Pay Pal*NEWCHICCORP. I HAVE YET TO HEAR ANYTHING ABOUT THE ORDER. PLEASE correspond

NewChic online purchase

I ordered a bag from newchic website on 16/8/17 price £38.41
The money has left my account and I've received nothing confirming my order! I have no order number for purchase because no confirmation email but money has been taken from my account
How do I check/track my order to find out if I'm going to receive the bag?
I've tried to contact newchic directly but they require my order number which I haven't had!
Please help because I need to know I'm going to receive what I've paid for!

NewChic parches para reducir papada

El 16 de julio de 2017 hice un pedido de 3 parches para reduccion de papada, los cuales me fueron cobrados el dia 18 de julio en mi tarjeta de credito. Lo que me preocupa es que cuando quiero ver en su compañia newchic, el estatus del producto, por el cual no ha llegado, me dice que no he hecho ninguna compra y por lo tanto no se me ha mandado nada. y eso me preocupa pues a mi ya me fue cobrado. NewChic no return shipment labels, charged for products out of stock, no way to return items without calling over seas number!

I originally places an order with NewChic on 7/12/17 for 6 items. weeks later I checked on my order to find that 4 of the items shipped. It took over a month to receive these items. After receiving them, I found the quality, and sizing to be less than stellar. I then received my credit card bill, and found they charged me for all six items, although to date I've only received 4. I wish to return all but one item, and want credit for the items I never even received! I've tried contacting the company on the internet to no avail. On their site they tell you you must contact them and get an "approval" number. I AM NOT making an over seas phone call just to be able to return products! I expect the company to correct these errors, and return proper credit to my card, but there's no way to contact them, other than to go ahead and return everything along with all the corrections they need to make. I can see there are a LOT of complaints against this Company, is there anyone who can help us out? P.S. the shipping label, what was left of it, gives a partial address of Dept. CA #42 8551E Arenth Ave. City of Industry, Ca 91748.

NewChic bra purchase

I purchased 2 bras, one shown in photo. Has stain on it. It did not come with packing slip or any way to return it. I do not still have outside packaging or order number. I sent photo with sku # from product packaging and tag on product. I would really like to return and or replace product. Please advise on how this can be accomplished.

NewChic new chic dresses

I had purchase three dresses from new chic on 26th july 2017. receipt no being
[protected].amount paid 50096.48 INR ($75.52).
I have been awaiting the parcel eversince and would like to know when it would arrive. When i am typing in my email id the website says it does not exist. [protected]@gmail.com.
Kindly let me know when i would receive the said package.

NewChic two pair of shoes

I ordered two pair of shoes SEVERAL weeks ago. Invoice #[protected]. I finally received one pair of shoes and they are terrible; they look like they were made from recycled pieces. The other pair I have yet to receive. The worst part is they have charged my credit card TWICE.
87.25 x 2 = $174.50
I WANT A TOTAL REFUND X 2 AND I WANT TO RETURN THIS PAIR OF SHOES.
Very poor service and absolutely horrible quality.

NewChic order not received

I bought a pack of platform shoes 3 months ago and the transaction reflected on my bank account but it seems my order did not go through?
I have tried to track it on the app but there is no indication of the order being taken or that it is on its way.

I have attempted to send a complaint before but I did not receive a response.

I have also not yet reversed the transact and am still interested in the item.

NewChic shoes don't even match each other

I bought a pair of blue sport hiking type shoes from Newchic. The shoes don't even match! The loops for shoe laces are different, colors are different in places, shoes sizing is different, the insoles have different writing in them. I could go on and on. These shoes appear to be made in two separate facilities! they are absolute junk., Trying to get this resolved is worse than having a kidney stone.

Ordered these 4 weeks ago and still not received. Had email saying not in stock, but when you go to website it says they are in stock. Very disappointed has I go on holiday on the 28th August. I would be obliged if you could let me know when or if I am going to get these if not I would like a full refund. Or will Jane the ones in the photo enclosed

NewChic shoes

I ordered a pair of leather and mesh loafers and when received, the "leather" looked more like recycled plastic grocery bags. After several back and forth emails including pictures I had to take, they "decided" that there was no quality problem and refused to offer a refund upon return--even though their return policy on they website said they would do so. Total rip off.

NewChic fibroid bras

I ordered two bras though an ad I saw on Facebook on May 16, 2017. The money was taken out of my bank account on May 17, 2017.
Today is August 2, 2017 and I still have not received my bras. This is totally unacceptable. My money is valuable. I called once at the end of June and was told they were on their way but they were shipping from China so it would take longer than something from the United States.
I would like to either have my bras or have my $24.88 returned immediately.
I don't still have the order number unfortunately but here is my information:

NewChic product not received and account was charged $77.82

On April 9th I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Newchic, and never received them but my account was charged on april 10 in the amount of $77.82. I would like a refund to my account as soon as this message is received. I was very wary of ordering on-line to a company in China but my sister had ordered from Newchic and had no issues. I tried her shoes on and was very comfortable in them so against my better judgement, I placed an order. If this issue is not resolved in that my account gets credited for the amount of $77.82 I will report your company to the Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney Generals office. I don't think you want negative publicity as you expand Newchic here in the states.

NewChic clothes not a universal size

I normally buy medium size clothes. I bought one size fits all too, it fits me. The 3 medium size and 1 Extra Large are far too small. All in all it cost me US$117. It will cost me the same amount to send it back. I want a refund, sending me a small size is not my fault. Why should I pay shipping to sent it back? The yellow top is the one that is one size fits all .

NewChic never received a confirmation email for my order, but was charged for it.

I ordered a travel bag on 7/12 from NewChic, and my Visa posted a charge for $18.02 on 7/14. I never received a confirmation email with an order number, and I never received the product. When I inquired about it via email, I was simply told that there was no record of it... although they managed to charge me for it!? I have tried the live chat option, but it didn't work.

I now just want a refund on my credit card, but I have not heard back from this company since my complaint. Not sure what my next steps would be...

NewChic customer service regarding returns

Order #[protected] - both items were too small even though I ordered my correct size. I have tried to phone several times and your phone number will not work for me. I sent an email requesting return information. This did not work out for me either. I have packaged the items and want to return them and have my account credited for the amount of $48.87 but do not have the address. This has been a totally unpleasant situation. I WILL APPRECIATE AN IMMEDIATE ANSWER so this can be resolved ASAP.

I will NEVER EVER EVER order from this company again! WARNING: THEY WILL PUT YOU ON A 'CHAT' FEED BUT NEVER FOLLOW UP after hours of 'chatting' and finally getting the order and item number that I need to exchange. I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM WITH THE ADDRESS TO RETURN THE ITEM, AFTER I WAS PROMISED IT WOULD BE IN MY EMAIL WITHIN 2-3 HOURS.

WHAT A RIP-OFF COMPANY! And I would have certainly used them for more purchases if the exchange had gone smoothly. BEWARE FELLOW BUYERS!

I tracked my order [protected] and it said my items were delivered they were not delivered to my P.o. Box.I had this problem once before and resolved it on live chat.I had you send the shoes to my home address.I can't seem to find the live chat only for software not for clothing or shoes
